Likes

Discipline is taken care. Good environment for studies.
College is very safe. Almost zero ragging.
Curriculum is very nice and faculties are friendly.

Dislikes

College life is more than expected hectic.
Social life is almost zero as we have sp many exams DAs abd quizzes.
There are some stupid rules. In tume in hostel is way too strict.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose CSE because the average package is the highest of all. Job opportunities are growing in this field and also this college's coding culture is pretty good which helps in brushing up the skills required to excel in this field.

Internships Opportunities

Internship opportunities are pretty decent. Many people do off-campus internships as well. There are people with PPOs also. So it all depends on the students. Opportunities are there. One has to be good at coding and should have done some projects.

Placement Experience

Placement scenes are pretty decent and very good if you are from CSE or circuital branches. Mass recruiters are also there but may big tech companies do come so one student has the opportunity rest depends on his preparation.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is divided into five categories from category 1 lowest to category 5 highest also there are two groups. There also fee structure varies accordingly. The fee is relatively high from other colleges.

Campus Life

College life is very hectic. There are two mid seems so we get very less time for entertainment. Social life is almost zero. Although clubs are pretty amazing and they have amazing events which focus on overall development.

Hostel Facilities

The hostels are very nice and comfortable. Mess food is the best. You will not find better mess food anywhere else. After 1st-year hostel selection will be based on Ranks. Hostel and mess are preferred over PG except for research students.

Hostel Fee: INR 150000 per year

Admission

For admission to B.Tech courses, you have to give VITEEE exam score good marks and get the branch you want. No reservations are there. The application form can be found on the official website of VIT. What can be improved is the marks and percentile should also be shown in results along with the Rank.

the attendance is strict at 75% and subject attendances upto 80%
you cannot exit campus before 3.15 pm under any circumstances

The placements are very decent and they provide internships as early career opportunities as well in 3rd year of studies and the college possess high conversion rates through these internships which support the resume with actual corporate exposure

At 8th semester the students can become eligible for campus placement and the companies visited more oftens are win etc the highest packages about 25 LP and average packers about 2.5 lpa percentage of students getting placement is above 80 percentage.

Here there is no gender separation like boys and girls should be seperate and stuff like that.
It is a autonomous college so courses are changing regularly with the shift in education
Here we have relative grading system therefore there is no ranking and easy to get good grades

Dislikes

We have to pay yearly fees not semester wise it difficult for low income earning families
Money is collected from students for all events happening in the college.
There is a rush for collection of fees at the start of each year and unpaid students might face absent issues

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate but i don't know much about other courses but for civil engineering the average placed ctc is 3 lakh per annum one or two students got higer package but most of the students got lower package as a fresher.

High fees the government college but charging high fees making it difficult for students from lower income background to access quality education
often have limited seats dealing to intense competition and disappointment for some students
College provide only theoretical knowledge students for practical skills

It's like Schools .There will be special class if you didn't get much marks like schools .

Placement Experience:

From 5 th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placements. Lots of companies. The highest package is 26 lakhs and the average package is 1.5 lakhs. 98% of students get placed. Doing my best in a career as an entrepreneur.
