Remarks

Christ University is one of the best places for those who want to achieve expertise in business administration. Students get a chance to increase their knowledge base and expose themselves to a new and challenging environment.

Entrance Preview

Christ University, one of the most reputed institutes for BBA in our country, holds entrance exams once in a year. Candidates who successfully fulfill the passing criteria are required to appear for the interview and group discussion. Subsequently, shortlisted candidates are required to get themselves enrolled within a stipulated period of time. I chose to pursue BBA from Christ University because of the value that this degree carries and the interactive way the faculty teaches each subject.

Course Curriculum Overview

BBA is said to be one of the most practical courses. Studying BBA helped me to enhance my knowledge as to how the business environment works. A great number of case studies form part of our curriculum which helps us to know and understand business problems in depth.

Internships Opportunities

Our first internship was held this year. We were sent to work for a firm as junior analysts. Average stipend was 3000

Placement Experience

A good number of companies visit college every year. This year Genpact offered a whopping 800000 to one of the students. Around 70% of students got placed this year.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees per annum is 150000 which does not include accommodation.

Hostel Facilities

There are good number of options as far as hostels are concerned. There are located quite close to the main campus which makes commuting easier. Food served is decent.

Exam Structure

Studying at Christ University is a completely different experience owing to its rules and policies which make sure that discipline is maintained within the college premises.

Faculty

Faculty is one of the several reasons which compelled me to be a part of the institute. Their teaching methodology is such that they abet the students to understand and cram concepts simultaneously. Regular QnA sessions are held to clear our doubts.

A quick sneek peak about our wonderful college!

Likes

The fees structure is very affordable for me and the fees for this kind of quality education is what I would really appreciate.
The intership opportunities and the placement records is also a very distinctive thing of our college
The faculty is very approachable and experienced and teach us real world skills along with the academics.

Dislikes

The college is very disciplined in terms of attendance and it is mandatory to maintain 75% attendance

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities from our college are amazing as the average package is around 700000 and the highest is around 900000. We even have a lot of value added certification couses which will give a boost to our CV. Many renowned companies such has Grand Throthon and the BIG four companies have came for placements.

The location advantage is something you can't afford to miss, as in Bengaluru you always have loads of opportunities
The campus and its ambience is one of the beast you can locate in the bengaluru proximity. It is safe, sound and enjoyful.
The mentors, teachers are very approachable and always ready to help you whenever needed.

Dislikes

Discipline is a factor which will always be in count here and you need to have a attendence above 75%.

Placement Experience:

The placement of the college is excellent there is 100% record of those students who choose to sit for the interviews or jobs. The average package for BBA is 7,00,000 and highest is 9,00,000. The big companies that visit are Delloite, KPMG etc.

Likes

The first thing i love the infrastructure of ISME and then the facultys and then also the batch size is less which we are getting personalized attention and more
The campus life is modern and it feels good and everyone in the campus are friendly and worth to make new connections.
The placement in ISME is good as a business school and they also have tied up with more top companies like KPMG etc...and the placement here is totally good

Dislikes

The only thing i disliked from my personal experience in ISME is attendance...because this attendance is soo mandatory here and strict in attendance
Also the campus is slightly far away when you are from the city

Placement Experience:

The placement in our collage is actually good ...even ug students who want to get a job after ug...isme is placeing the ug also in top companies and the placement here is really good and most of them getting placed in top companies

I likes the Hospitality Department Placement efforts
The quality of the infrastructure, including campus amenities and learning facilities is very good

Dislikes

Most of the teachers are freshers and not have experience on teaching domain.
Syllabus does not have depth and clarity
course curriculum to your personal and professional development is highly poor

Placement Experience:

In my course 3,4 and 6th semesters are internshisp amd it's mandatory to do. For the placement department has track record and very effective. I'm planning to move on hospitality field and taking interview.

Amrita mysore campus is great for studies but not for parties or enjoyments

Likes

People are nice and very interactive so it helps a lot
Faculties are one of the best in this college they are experienced
Exams are very easy to pass it's not like other colleges

Dislikes

Infrastructure is low only few departments and buildings
Mess food is not that great which I personally felt
Hostel facilities are very low and not that good

Placement Experience:

Placements here happens at 3rd year and at the end of 2n year you will be provided with an internship and placement will depend upon cgpa both 6-8 cgpa and 8-9 cgpa have great options on placement package starting from 2LKH Pa. And yeah most of them go for MBA after this

Gardencity University from the perspective of a student

Likes

I love the campus it has lots of figurines, and visuals etc
The canteen is really great looking and serves awesome food
There's sitting area almost everywhere and washrooms everywhere for convenience.

Dislikes

Washrooms are a bit dirty and unclean sometimes.
The canteen food was sometimes found to give food poisoning to students.
Campus is too small, cud be bigger to take strolls

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from 5th semester which is the second last semester. Infosys, Indigo, Aditya Birla, Wipro, IBM, TCS, Cipla, and Domino's have visited the clg as far as I remember. The median package awarded to UG (3 years) and PG (2 years) during placements 2022 stood at INR 4.5 LPA and INR 7.5 LPA Garden City University placed 146 PG (2 years) and 388 UG (3 years) students overall. I wanna open my own restaurant chain after degree.

It’s very well disciplined and good college. World class infrastructure, clean and beautiful campus. Experienced and well-educated faculty members. Placement is also very good but it also depends on the business market.

An Idea Before you step in about Christ University Central Campus.

Ok so when it comes to BSc Life Sciences as a course I think in Karnataka I guess only 3 educational institutions provide one is Christ University, Mount Carmal College(MCC) and Atria University as of I know . As soon as i got to know I applied and ya I got selected in all three (that was surprising for me too) so I got a chance to choose so I had to do it wisely finacially , reputation , facilites, campus etc I considered so Atria was out of my list even tho it had many plus points just because it was too expansive for me , they charged around 3L per year which was too much when compared MCC and Christ .So now why did I choose Christ over MCC this was simple , Christ is a university and had an option of Honers with research and I also got a schlorship here worth 20,000 and ya they have their way of selection which you can find them on their website and ya it is also clear there so you will not have a problem understanding it....Read More

Christ College Life: A Rollercoaster Full of experience

I chose this college over other law colleges because this provides a good location advantage, and also it has a great reputation, also it provides really good future opportunities. This college also provides better placements than other colleges. Other colleges that were better than this college are national law universities, but I was not able to get admission there because my CLAT rank was not high enough to get admission. I chose Christ university over st josephs and Jain. I recieved confirmed admission from all the 3 places but I chose christ because of its placement records, infrastructure and its campus life. I applied only to this college as back up in case i dont get NLUs, however this college turns out it is better than a list of NLUs as per rankings. Straight up choose christ coz its very convenient here for bangaloreans, as i am one. Its campus is quite big and its run by trustworthy organisation.
