I've written sathyabama entrance test and qualified in it to get a seat.There is no interview process to follow before seat allotment.I'm doing Computer Science Engineering and I love it so much there is no other reason for me and I don't want any

Course Curriculum Overview

Till now Computer Science was good,but the university should focus more on practical training and involving of students into projects,for research all I can say is sathyabama had better research facilities than other universities around India.

Internships Opportunities

Yes they allow us do an internship all we can do is enjoy ourselves while doing it.when it comes to stipend it's based on student potential and his\her knowledge.

There are 4 sharing,6 sharing rooms in hostel.Sathyabama`s food is the best of the best when compared to other colleges and the cost for hostel and food is 60000

There is no much interaction with alumni it still need some work to provide better alumni

Exams can make anyone tired I'm not going to lie about it but the schedule for exams takes the weight off from you

There are good facilities in sathyabama university with good experience(avg of 10 years)at the same time they are also interactive at every possible way

Overall Good Experience at EEC

Likes

good infrastructure, clean campus and well equipped classrooms and labs.
Faculty members are supportive and explain concepts clearly with practical examples.
Good placement opportunities, career guidance and opportunities to participate in activities.

Dislikes

The workload can be huge sometimes, especially during examinations and project submissions.
some subjects could include more practical and industry-oriented learning
More campus activities and student interactions opportunities would improve campus life.

Placement Experience:

Students can join job drives from the 7th term. Many firms visit the campus for jobs and offer roles in tech and other fields. The pay varies by firm and role. EEC has a good job rate and gives help for job prep. After my degree, I plan to work in the tech field and grow my skills.

College facilities and faculty is good .

Placement Experience:

An average of more than 90% of rhe students were placed during my term. Companies like amazon, juspay, adobe, hcl, cts, tcs, adp etc came and there are 500 companies that visisted our campus during my batch

Sathyabama is value for money

Likes

the classrooms in specialization are air conditioned
faculty is supportive for academic growth

Dislikes

the attendance is strict at 75% and subject attendances upto 80%
you cannot exit campus before 3.15 pm under any circumstances

Placement Experience:

The placements are very decent and they provide internships as early career opportunities as well in 3rd year of studies and the college possess high conversion rates through these internships which support the resume with actual corporate exposure

This is the best college overall

Likes

The curriculum provided is really nice and understandable.
It is relevant and is effective as well.
The boy girl ratio is on the other hand a little less as in 45:15.

Dislikes

The way some facilities behave with students is really bad especially in our branch.
Some facilities are too rude and they often don’t want to listen to students point of view

Placement Experience:

Students are open to campus placements from 2nd year onwards. There are many companies who visit such as Delloite, Accenture, Cognizant, TCS, Amazon, NatWest, Nokia, etc. Highest package offered is 42 lpa and lowest is maybe 2-4lpa. Around 90% of students get placed here. My plans is to get a job through campus recruitment. Currently I got an internship through campus recruitment in Cognizant so the recruitment is quite nice here.

Likes

The thing I most liked is the campus the infrastructue
There are a many clubs so it's exciting for people who like other things then studies
The opportunities as well the alumini network

Dislikes

The campus is very crowded there are many people compared to other colleges
The category wise fee structure and the increasing fees
Charges for hostel are little more then others

Placement Experience:

As of my information the placements are pretty decent..first the placements used to take place in Vellore campus but I guess jow they have started here as well ..as of my opinion the placement stars from the 7th semester

Placement is very excellent in this college. Nearly all eligibility students get placed every year. Many recruiters are recruiting their employees through this college. The minimum package is 3 lakh per annum.

This is the best college overall

I chose this college over others because it has a level of strictness which is good. If a college is not strict, then students will not feel the pressure to work hard. I didnot apply for any other college as this college was my first preference and as soon as I got here, I felt very happy. The admission process is quite easy. especially for my specialization students, they are providing air conditioned classrooms and a personal computer for each student. SIST history

The registration form is 500 rs and you can apply through online or directly at the admin office. Compared to other colleges the fees is less and we get free food and the transportation. The course syllabus is also upgraded and it is good for the new batches....Read More
