Campus is good faculties are also good I like cuk
Courses also very good I like geology course and geology faculties are also very good

Dislikes

Mess food is not good and we can't eat like that food
Here summer is so hot we can't tolerate that much sunshine

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose BSc geology because I'm interested to study the rocks structure of the earth etc and the geology course is very good in Cuk And here faculty members are very good they teach very well And here every faculty did phd in their respective specialisation here we can pass easily if we studied well.

Class Size: 23Course Fees: INR 22000 per year

Placement Experience

I don't about placement that for which semester students become eligible for campus placements In our course no placement is there in other courses placements are there like the physics chemistry department

Fees and Financial Aid

Here fees are too much to pay Scholarship facilities are there like nsp ssp The scholarship will come within a year but the scholarship process is too long do they do not respond early and we have to do more hard work

Campus Life

Cuk campus is very good here very Greenery campus there and Fest also will conduct more in our department geo fest farewell fresher etc It is a very good campus to study and the environment is so good pollution free campus

Admission

Eligibility of my course is 12th pass from any board and I got a seat through hkr region it is beneficial for me The improvement I want to see in the admission process is they are taking so long to get admission

Positive experience with internship training

Likes

The principal is very supportive and helpful to students. The management listens to student problems and guide us. The college campus environment is good.

Placement Experience:

The college also provide basic placement support like career guidance, interview preparation, and skill development program. After completing my degree, i plan to gain work experience in my feild and improve my professional skill for better career opportunities.

About the college life

Likes

Teacher are well indulged , they help you .
Very good area where students get stuff they need.
Provision of canteen and stationery given

Dislikes

Campus is tooo small for a student to even have lunch
Strict and actively don't support in athletics
Sometimes, dealing with admin-related processes like society budget approval or fest dates approval can be slow and confusing.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As I got admission in 2024 so BCU started SEP Batch which is totally new , and we really don't find any book to refer on the basis where we don't get help as much as we need and it's new , bsc has alot to do .

IISc at a glance: An Institute with a Legacy of Excellence

Likes

Research culture, cooperation and a distinct lack of competition
Active student bodies, cultural groups, regional groups
Friendly professors, good understanding of mental health on the professor level

Dislikes

Bad decisions taken by admin regarding mental health, such as removal of ceiling fans and attempts at coverups.
Apparently Caste Based discrimination. Seems to be a lawsuit right now.
Difficulty with time management in early semesters.

Course Curriculum Overview:

There wasn't really any. It was mostly the friendliness of the profs that pulled me into maths. Do note that in IISc, the first three semesters are common and you pick majors after that. The maths curriculum prepares you for a future in either industry or academia. Moreover, one can take courses in other departments to help their industry pursuits. Only way would be to make some courses more interactive, but this hasn't been a problem for me personally. Most high level courses have two exams. Sometimes not even that. And exams generally aren't difficult for someone who has kept up with the course.

Friendly and supportive faculties who guide in our studies and future career suggestions
Best teaching methods by conducting various activities and exams

Placement Experience:

from 6th semister onwards students are eligible for pkacements. I dont know about the companies of placements as iam a fresher here. The placements here are really good in this course. After Msc forensic science the annual package in an average here is 2-5 lakhs. Almost 80% of forensic students get placement here. As iam pursuing my bachelors here, iam thinking of writing the entrance exam for NFSU gujarath for my Masters.

All you need to know about BASEU

Likes

Infrastructure is really good, the campus is huge and is filled with greenery
The curriculum is extensive and is based on real world applications
The campus is happening with a lot of clubs

Dislikes

The placements are not upto the mark, could be better
The mess food could improve. It is puke worthy.
Although it is a college, there are a lot of restrictions

Placement Experience:

Our university has a training and placement office for the fourth and fifth year students. Before that you need to find internship opportunities yourself. The significant companies include EY, MoSpi, RBI, NSE etc. The is around 50% placements. The highest package was around 40 lakhs and the lowest 5 lakhs. I plan on working in the RBI after my degree.

It is a reputed college and the course I wanted was available. They were also well known for their extra curricular activities which was something I wanted. It is not far from my location. It is a college from where a lot of my family members have graduated

I applied for a few Central University based on my entrance marks. But i couldn't able to make into other colleges due to shortage of marks.
