VIT- placement and internships(overall review)

I am really passionate about computer technology so I joined with interest There are enough faculties (around 250 imk) in my department to manage around 3800 students in 2021 admitted. Every Faculty is well qualified with Phd and Doctorate degree and each has a unique teaching method but overall it is fine Here term exams are often challenging but that depends totally on how you prepare

Currently for my batch 2021 the following internships are offered: BalkanID-Super Dream : Role: Stipend: will be announced later Microsoft- Super Dream Role: SWE Intern Stipend:125000 Motorq - Superdream Roles: SDE, SDET, AE, ASSOCIATE DS Stipend: 1.6,1.6,1.2,1.2(Lakh per month) Trexquant - Super Dream Roles: Quantitative Research Intern, Infrastructure Developer Stipend: Rs 6,40,000 + Rs 80,000 (Relocation Bonus) + Rs 4,80,000 (Bonus over 2 months -awarded to 2-3 best interns every week)

starting from 3rd-semester students become eligible for campus placements currently 904 companies visited with Dream (CTC 6 LPA) and super dream(CTC 10 LPA) INR 1.2 crore per annum is the highest package and 8 LPA is the average for B.tech degree in 2023 around 14345 students were placed My plan is to get placed in Dream and Superdream jobs

The fees here depend on the rank category in VITEE. there are 5 categories and it goes to a maximum of 5 to 5.5 lakhs per year for b.tech cse. If selected in the first category it comes within 2 lakhs of Meritorious students from an economically weak background who satisfy the criteria specified In the application provided by the institution.

The great cultural festival "Riviera" is celebrated annually in a grand manner during January and a tech fest called "Gravitas" is celebrated annually during the months of Aug or September for a period of 5 days where various hackathons, workshops and events seminars are conducted by clubs and chapters There are currently 2,44,575 books and journals allocated in a well structured vast library. There are various sports facilities available here including Olympic size swimming pool and students with record performance in various sports and games would be selected for the award of sports scholarships and cash prizes Some popular social groups and websites by students are VITtrendz and VITspot

Eligibility: Should have passed in 12th grade and should have scored well in the VITEE(within 50,000 ranks is preferable generally although for b.tech cse a rank within 30,000 is a must) Entrance Exam: Many courses at VIT require candidates to take the VIT Engineering Entrance Examination (VITEEE) for B.Tech programs or other relevant entrance exams based on the chosen course. Usually for cs PCM and aptitude and for bio PCB and aptitude Application Form: The application form is usually available online on the official VIT website. Candidates need to fill in their personal and academic details accurately. Application Fee: There is a non-refundable application fee(INR 1350) that needs to be paid during the application process. The fee can be paid online through various modes like credit/debit cards, net banking, etc. Result and Counseling: shortlisted candidates are allowed to select their preferences based on their ranks for counselling.
