Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Studying political science was my dream. Well, getting admission to my dream university I also got excellent faculties. Most of the faculty members are Ph.D. holders from JNU, BHU, HU, or some other top universities. Honestly, faculty members or teachers are always ready to help you out. Let me tell you the college conducts exams twice a year. It's easy to clear the exam.

Internships Opportunities

4

For Political Science Students, the college provides internship opportunities in Sansad TV. Apart from that college also provides internships in political consultancy. Aryabhatta College believes that doing an internship is the best way to learn at the college level.

Fees and Financial Aid

For BA (Hons) Political Science, Aryabhatta College charges 18 thousand yearly. Although, the Total course fee is around 54,000. Aryabhatta College provides scholarships to needy or talented students. For needy and talented students college conducts scholarships examinations to provide financial assistance up to 10,000.

Campus Life

3.5

My campus life was amazing. I mostly spend my time in the college library. Apart from that, Sometimes I used to play cricket or football on college grounds. Our college faculty runs a social media group of alumni to get connected.

Admission

For pursuing BA (Hons.) Political Science, Candidate should be passed out 12th examination from any state/central recognized school. For getting admission to Aryabhatta College, the candidate needs to visit the official website of the University of Delhi. Then, need to register for the respective course. Admission is on a merit base. They calculate the merit and cut-offs according to marks obtained in the 12th examination. For courses like BMS college conducts entrance examinations for the enrollment of students.

Interview Experience

4

I faced an interview before getting admission to a political science course. It's not too hard to clear the interview round as the panel only asks about your's and your future expectations from the course.

Almost 100% as our course students dont have to do much as getting to this college is enough. Our economics society and placement cell both work so hard to get the best companies here and that is why placements at St, Stephen's are amazing not just of our branch but overall as well.

Remarks:

The courses which are available in our college are termed as sacred. As we all know that in today's world cultural subjects are no longer given importance but our college provides courses on the subjects such as Sahitya, jyotishi and many others. So, the cultural importance of our college is very high.

Remarks:

Positive- Faculty is one of the best in among all colleges of Delhi University. It has the biggest infrastructure in Delhi university. Located in central Delhi which makes it easily accessible to reach Central park, red fort, and many more places in New Delhi. Negative- Annual fest is very poor in our college. Placements are not very good. Lack of sports facilities. Very strict rules and discipline.
