Course Curriculum Overview

It's my passion. The faculties are very friendly with every student. As much wanted faculties are available. Almost faculty follows advanced lecture method that is smart classroom, cooperative teaching, chart and model-based, video or live demonstration, Assignment based problem-solving, etc. Exams are conducted at the correct time. The question papers are medium-level and difficult to pass.

Class Size: 1001Course Fees: INR 250000 per year

Placement Experience

4.5

At the end of the 6th semester, students are eligible for campus placement. The number of offers is above 10000. 100% of students get placements from SRM. After this degree, I want to its higher study.

Fees and Financial Aid

For the Btech course, 250000 per year. That is very affordable when compared to other institutes. They provide scholarship opportunities for every student with competitive exams. They also offer campus jobs with a stipend.

Campus Life

4.5

MILAN 20 is the annual cultural festival of SRM conducted on March 5-8,2020. SRM library has a large collection of text and reference books covering various branches. It is a completely automated, centralized Ac, well-protected security system, and fire alarms. Outdoor games are played in the evening as well as early morning. Indoor activities are vibrant. The Robotics Club is initiated by students.

Admission

I took direct admission from the official website that SRM Institute provided for admission. On their site, they provided all information about the whole courses which they offer. The application form is also available online.

Overall Good Experience at EEC

Likes

good infrastructure, clean campus and well equipped classrooms and labs.
Faculty members are supportive and explain concepts clearly with practical examples.
Good placement opportunities, career guidance and opportunities to participate in activities.

Dislikes

The workload can be huge sometimes, especially during examinations and project submissions.
some subjects could include more practical and industry-oriented learning
More campus activities and student interactions opportunities would improve campus life.

Placement Experience:

Students can join job drives from the 7th term. Many firms visit the campus for jobs and offer roles in tech and other fields. The pay varies by firm and role. EEC has a good job rate and gives help for job prep. After my degree, I plan to work in the tech field and grow my skills.

This is the best college overall

Likes

The curriculum provided is really nice and understandable.
It is relevant and is effective as well.
The boy girl ratio is on the other hand a little less as in 45:15.

Dislikes

The way some facilities behave with students is really bad especially in our branch.
Some facilities are too rude and they often don’t want to listen to students point of view

Placement Experience:

Students are open to campus placements from 2nd year onwards. There are many companies who visit such as Delloite, Accenture, Cognizant, TCS, Amazon, NatWest, Nokia, etc. Highest package offered is 42 lpa and lowest is maybe 2-4lpa. Around 90% of students get placed here. My plans is to get a job through campus recruitment. Currently I got an internship through campus recruitment in Cognizant so the recruitment is quite nice here.

Placement Training and Career development at CIT

Likes

In my college , I experienced diversed equality and gained more knowledge by training staffs and assessments

Placement Experience:

One thing I really need to appreciate at CIT is its placement training program. The placement team conducts regular sessions on 1. aptitude 2. coding 3. communication skills 4. group discussions and 5. interview preparation which helped me feel more confident during placements. The trainers were friendly and always encouraged us to improve our skills step by step. They provide continuous guidance and feedback throughout the training process. Mock interviews and one to one assessments helped me to understand my strength and weak areas and I work on improvements . These sessions not only improved my technical and communication skills but also boosted my confidence . The placement training team played an important role in preparing me for career opportunities and industry expectation
