Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course because my family is middle class this course cost is cheap and BSc is the best course at the present situation. The faculties are brilliant, they explain all concepts, and the faculty-teacher ratio 1:20. All faculty members are well qualified. The exams are conducted in the semester wise they are not highly difficult at all times.

Class Size: 12Course Fees: INR 7410 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes, the fees are increased this year because of NEP. Many scholarships are available to study like the SSP scholarship, SC, and ST scholarships. Vidya Nidhi scholarships are available. After the competition of BSc, we have so many opportunities for jobs.

Campus Life

Campus life is unbelievable and very nice in this college all combination students are like one family more than we are all best friends, annual fests celebrate a very richest level. This year more than one lakh rupee books have been newly purchased by our college with the help of the government all types of books available like UPSC, IIS., IPS, and PC all competitive exam books are available in our college library. Yes, all faculties support sports and other activities.

Admission

The admission process is almost conducted online like online application, online payment, etc. The eligibility of the course for BSc is 12 pass or any diploma's. Application form available at college. All fee payments are at online only. At the time the admission application website is very busy this is the improvement in the admission process

About the college life

Likes

Teacher are well indulged , they help you .
Very good area where students get stuff they need.
Provision of canteen and stationery given

Dislikes

Campus is tooo small for a student to even have lunch
Strict and actively don't support in athletics
Sometimes, dealing with admin-related processes like society budget approval or fest dates approval can be slow and confusing.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As I got admission in 2024 so BCU started SEP Batch which is totally new , and we really don't find any book to refer on the basis where we don't get help as much as we need and it's new , bsc has alot to do .

Likes

Research culture, cooperation and a distinct lack of competition
Active student bodies, cultural groups, regional groups
Friendly professors, good understanding of mental health on the professor level

Dislikes

Bad decisions taken by admin regarding mental health, such as removal of ceiling fans and attempts at coverups.
Apparently Caste Based discrimination. Seems to be a lawsuit right now.
Difficulty with time management in early semesters.

Course Curriculum Overview:

There wasn't really any. It was mostly the friendliness of the profs that pulled me into maths. Do note that in IISc, the first three semesters are common and you pick majors after that. The maths curriculum prepares you for a future in either industry or academia. Moreover, one can take courses in other departments to help their industry pursuits. Only way would be to make some courses more interactive, but this hasn't been a problem for me personally. Most high level courses have two exams. Sometimes not even that. And exams generally aren't difficult for someone who has kept up with the course.

Friendly and supportive faculties who guide in our studies and future career suggestions
Best teaching methods by conducting various activities and exams

Placement Experience:

from 6th semister onwards students are eligible for pkacements. I dont know about the companies of placements as iam a fresher here. The placements here are really good in this course. After Msc forensic science the annual package in an average here is 2-5 lakhs. Almost 80% of forensic students get placement here. As iam pursuing my bachelors here, iam thinking of writing the entrance exam for NFSU gujarath for my Masters.

All you need to know about BASEU

Likes

Infrastructure is really good, the campus is huge and is filled with greenery
The curriculum is extensive and is based on real world applications
The campus is happening with a lot of clubs

Dislikes

The placements are not upto the mark, could be better
The mess food could improve. It is puke worthy.
Although it is a college, there are a lot of restrictions

Placement Experience:

Our university has a training and placement office for the fourth and fifth year students. Before that you need to find internship opportunities yourself. The significant companies include EY, MoSpi, RBI, NSE etc. The is around 50% placements. The highest package was around 40 lakhs and the lowest 5 lakhs. I plan on working in the RBI after my degree.

It is a reputed college and the course I wanted was available. They were also well known for their extra curricular activities which was something I wanted. It is not far from my location. It is a college from where a lot of my family members have graduated

good supporting lecturers and the principal. they are supportive to almost everything. even the director is a very soft person. lift facility is worst where there is timing to lift. if you miss the timing you have to climb 5 floors by steps. hostel Facility need to be changed with quality. syllabus need to be upgraded
