- The atmosphere is good here, lots of greenaries, Good facilities
- There are good maintained building including academic blocks and Hostel Blocks.
- The faculties are very well behaved, and are very well qualified
Dislikes
- Academic block(Main block) is too long from my hostel block (P Block), would I loved to in some other nearby blocks
- Fees is another important factor, college fee per year is too much.
- I like cricket very much , there is no cricket team here.
Course Curriculum Overview
I'm very much interested in Pursuing Robotics for my master's degree, So I had to choose mechanical engineering to pursue it in the master's degree. The faculties are good, except for some. The student ratio must be less. maybe 10:1. All teachers are well qualified. Exams will mostly conducted every month.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure is of 5 Categories: 1st- 2L, 2nd category-3.5L, 3rd category- 4.02L, 4th category- 4.30L, 5th category- 4.6-4.8L. The category is alloted to your VITEEE rank. And there are many other scholarships for District Toppers, etc.
Campus Life
The annual fest is Called the Riviera, it happens for around 3-4 days. Each day many celebrities across the country. The fest has Dance, music and a lot more. And the tech fest is Called the Gravitas, where many hackathons, and workshops take place.
Admission
I wrote VITEEE, an entrance test for VIT University. I got a 51K rank and I got my seat allocated in Mechanical Engineering Core 3rd Category in VIT Vellore Campus. VITEEE registrations start 3-4 months before the examination, i.e., if the exam is in April, the application opens in November. The application is online. The syllabus for the Exam is the 11th and 12th syllabus, with 50% weightage from both the class's syllabus.
