It is a very big campus qnd has got eateries like dominoes.
Library is world class and all kinds of book are availabe.
We get to pick our own teachers and courses.

Dislikes

Our hostel in time is quite early 8:30 .
Vit is very strict and if you are caught strict actions qre taken.
There are a lot of tests and assignments.

Course Curriculum Overview

My course is IT it is an excellent course. Can't say the same about all the teachers. Some are good some not so much. However in VIT you get to chose your own teacgers so can't reqlly blame the college so much.

Internships Opportunities

There are a lot of internship oppurtunities available throughout the 4 years and the college is very supportive as well. The oppurtunities are paid and you can get a stipent of as much as 7 thousand a month.

Placement Experience

Placement oppurtunies are abundant but so are the number of students. More than 500 companies visit such amazon microsoft etc. Avg package is 10 lpa highest up to 1Cr. About 90% students get placed .

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is quite complex with their being 5 categories based on your rank. Now about scholarship upto 100% based on your rank. The campus jobs are quite good going upto as much as 1Cr packages but the competition is even tougher.

Campus Life

Campus life is as good as it could be. There are 2 annual fest Gravitas and Riveria in october and february respectively. The library is huge amd all kind of books are available. The classroom are non ac but labs are. There are more than a 100 clubs and the hostel rooms are amazing so is the food compared to other colleges.

Hostel Facilities

The hostels are ac and non ac with 2,3,4,6 bed options. The meal quality is quite good. Regisration process was smooth. The hostels can get a bit pricey if you go for the expensive single bed ones. Otherwise it is affordable.

Hostel Fee: INR 120000 per year

Admission

I had to give an exam called viteee and the cut off was different according to the category you chose ans so was the fee system. There were a few moments of confusion but all in all the admission process was more or less smooth. The fees went from 2lpa all the way up to 6lpa.

The placements are very decent and they provide internships as early career opportunities as well in 3rd year of studies and the college possess high conversion rates through these internships which support the resume with actual corporate exposure

Here there is no gender separation like boys and girls should be seperate and stuff like that.
It is a autonomous college so courses are changing regularly with the shift in education
Here we have relative grading system therefore there is no ranking and easy to get good grades

Dislikes

We have to pay yearly fees not semester wise it difficult for low income earning families
Money is collected from students for all events happening in the college.
There is a rush for collection of fees at the start of each year and unpaid students might face absent issues

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate but i don't know much about other courses but for civil engineering the average placed ctc is 3 lakh per annum one or two students got higer package but most of the students got lower package as a fresher.

High fees the government college but charging high fees making it difficult for students from lower income background to access quality education
often have limited seats dealing to intense competition and disappointment for some students

Ncc is my favourite .I makes me discipline human being .

It's like Schools .There will be special class if you didn't get much marks like schools .

Placement Experience:

From 5 th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placements. Lots of companies. The highest package is 26 lakhs and the average package is 1.5 lakhs. 98% of students get placed. Doing my best in a career as an entrepreneur.
