3.5

The faculty is average But the qualifications of the faculty are very good. They are extremely qualified And the course structure is also very good. It provides good knowledge about the computer science industry.

Internships Opportunities

2.5

Every year a lot of companies visit for internships mainly for software developer roles with a good stipend offering which lies somewhat between 30000 to 50000 per month and they take a lot of students every year.

Placement Experience

The placement in my college are pretty decent the average package stood at 9 lakh per annum with around 90 percent of students getting placed every year And every year around 1000 company visit my college for placement.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure depends upon the course which you are opting for and the course fee for computer science is 400000 rupees per year and they usually increase it after 2 years. But no need to worry about it as there are a lot of scholarships available.

Campus Life

The amenities in the classroom are very good every classroom has ac and is equipped with smartboards for teaching students. Also, many clubs are there which help you in your personal growth like communication skill development and leadership skill development.

Admission

Srmjeee was the exam that took for admission into college. For computer science engineering the cutoff was 60% percent in the 12th boards. One can easily find applications on the college website. I haven't applied for any reservation benefit so I don't know much about it.

Overall Good Experience at EEC

Likes

good infrastructure, clean campus and well equipped classrooms and labs.
Faculty members are supportive and explain concepts clearly with practical examples.
Good placement opportunities, career guidance and opportunities to participate in activities.

Dislikes

The workload can be huge sometimes, especially during examinations and project submissions.
some subjects could include more practical and industry-oriented learning
More campus activities and student interactions opportunities would improve campus life.

Placement Experience:

Students can join job drives from the 7th term. Many firms visit the campus for jobs and offer roles in tech and other fields. The pay varies by firm and role. EEC has a good job rate and gives help for job prep. After my degree, I plan to work in the tech field and grow my skills.

This is the best college overall

Likes

The curriculum provided is really nice and understandable.
It is relevant and is effective as well.
The boy girl ratio is on the other hand a little less as in 45:15.

Dislikes

The way some facilities behave with students is really bad especially in our branch.
Some facilities are too rude and they often don’t want to listen to students point of view

Placement Experience:

Students are open to campus placements from 2nd year onwards. There are many companies who visit such as Delloite, Accenture, Cognizant, TCS, Amazon, NatWest, Nokia, etc. Highest package offered is 42 lpa and lowest is maybe 2-4lpa. Around 90% of students get placed here. My plans is to get a job through campus recruitment. Currently I got an internship through campus recruitment in Cognizant so the recruitment is quite nice here.

Placement Training and Career development at CIT

Likes

In my college , I experienced diversed equality and gained more knowledge by training staffs and assessments

Placement Experience:

One thing I really need to appreciate at CIT is its placement training program. The placement team conducts regular sessions on 1. aptitude 2. coding 3. communication skills 4. group discussions and 5. interview preparation which helped me feel more confident during placements. The trainers were friendly and always encouraged us to improve our skills step by step. They provide continuous guidance and feedback throughout the training process. Mock interviews and one to one assessments helped me to understand my strength and weak areas and I work on improvements . These sessions not only improved my technical and communication skills but also boosted my confidence . The placement training team played an important role in preparing me for career opportunities and industry expectation
