SRM life

I chose a computer science engineering (core) course as I aspire to code programs and build applications in the future. I'll choose jobs in the same field that computer science engineering can provide. The faculty: student ratio is 1:60 1 faculty per subject for every 60 students, which is a very decent faculty: student ratio in my opinion as it is the ratio that is sufficient for every student to understand. Every faculty is qualified and every faculty has a unique teaching method some teach using projector ppts and some teach using chalk and board with handwritten notes. It is both a traditional method and a modern method depending on the subject and concept. We have a set of exams CT(cyclic test) every month in the sem. These exams are moderately difficult. We can pass if we know the basic concepts in every chapter and learn the important questions perfectly.

Am in 2nd year therefore I was not offered any internship opportunities. Internship opportunities and stipend starts from the 6th sem I.e third-year second sem. We made a protect every sem which is 4 projects already by 2nd year as assignments. This sem I had to make a project on bubble sort visualization, a modern traffic control system, and a mini project in java and Python about currency converter and random quote generator.

From semester 6, students are eligible to apply for internship placements and stipends. Job placements are from sem 8. The highest package in srm was 1.25 cr and the average package is 5lakh. Almost 90 students get placement. After getting the degree i plan on doing the job for at least 2 years.

The general college fee that is tuition fee is 450000, and every semester we have to pay 3000 for exam fees. If the attendance is maintained then no extra fees but if attendance is lower than 75? , we have to pay 15000 per course and stay back summer month for summer course/ compensatory course. Am in 2nd year so my job placements and scholarship hasnt started yet.

Social life in SRM is extremely good. We'll find groups in every language and people from every state. It is very easy to create a friend group with the bare minimum of socializing skills. We have 2 major fests. The Aarush fest during the even sem and the milan fest during the odd sem. The Milan fest is the most popular and we'll celebrate the fest as various celebrities accross industries come to the campus and perform events. Every book like novel, thesis, etc is available in the library we just have to be quick in borrowing as it is first come first serve basis. We have several amenities in the classroom such as AC, projector, blackboard, proper seating arrangement, etc. We have every sport such as basketball, football, badminton, etc we have a special attendance portal run only by students named srmcheck.me.

First I filled out the online form for srmjeee. It asked for all the information like the 12th percentile, name, address, educational, and personal details. A minimum aggregate of 60? is required in math, physics, and chemistry in 12th grade to apply for this srmjeee exam. The information about the application form, application fees, and application dates is all provided and updated on the official SRMIST website. The is written offline on campus, and the results decide about the seat. No, I don't want to see any changes in the admission process as it is already made simple and easy.
