Entrance Preview
MUOET- it's Manipal University's own entrance exam....it's relatively easy compared to JEE mains n very tough compared to KCET, it's an online exam which will be conducted in the month of april-may , no there was no interview process followed,
Course Curriculum Overview
The course is upgraded regularly. MiT emphasize on overall growth rather than only academic achievement, the practical learning of given a lots of preference here in manipal, we have huge labs IT,other machinery labs, yes there are research initiatives taken by the college each and every (almost) all the departments have their own research centres.
Internships Opportunities
College doesn't provide internship to students. But during placements companies offer internship, we have to search for the internships, stipend amount depends upon the companies usually around 8k per month, we need to have internships done since it helps us in the placement.
Placement Experience
Most of the top core and ITES companies visit campus.almost 70-80% students get placed in our college, the average package is between 8-10 lakhs per annum, the major companies like google,infosys, reliance,eBay and other core companies visit our college.

Fee Structure And Facilities
It's costly. Its not affordable to everyone. But MiT provides schlorships to those with exceptional achievements, it's around 4-5 lakhs per year, but if you are talented enough then yes you have an opportunity here to get back the fees you paid by the scholarship,

Hostels are very good we have ac and non ac rooms, ac rooms are pretty much costly and fees is also much, we have 2,3,4 sharing rooms

Faculty
Faculties are better relative to other colleges. Each one of em has a pHD...n that's it!! They are very much interactive with the students sharing their life experiences which inspires us most of the time. The standard of teaching is very good and the practical way they teach us very good.
