Reality of MDI Murshidabad

So basically there were 6 semesters which consists 3 months of period each. Almost every sem has 7-8 subjects. In first year these subjects covers all domains ie marketing, finance, HR and operations. In second year it will be based on you, whatever subjects you wanted to opt for.

Almost every students got placed for thier SIP's till February. most of them get average stipend of 40k. May be the role offered was more towards sales and HR but placements record was 100% till date.

Talking about placements, we have 100% placements record, but in the year 2024, due to market conditions we are facing some problems. Although average package was around 12LPA and talking about average stipend, it was around 40k.

So the actual fees of batch 2023-25 was somewhere around 14-15 lakhs and our average package was around 12LPA so we can infer that they are giving quite well in reference to ROI comparing to other MBA colleges.

The college was about 10 acres, we have a green environment but we don't have much space to conveniently complete an sports event. Apart from that, we celebrate all festivals and administration values every students sentiments to contribute towards their ethnicity.

So there are two buildings of boys hostel named Siraj and eklavya and both are for double accommodation and single accommodation respectively. They provide us all basic possible facilities. Talking about food, it's really very good and hygienic so that we can say value for money.

We had an PI round in which two panal members used to ask questions which is related to GK, previous work experience and your ability to critically think. After that, in span of 1 month, you will get to know weather you are shortlisted or not.

While applying in the form for MDI, it was written that admission is based on your performance of GD/PI and WAT but, we only had an interview round with two panal members. Those members are faculty of this college only.
