- Examination System - their examination system is very good and supplementary examination and make up examination also conduct by the institute
- College Faculty - College faculty is nice. Our HOD sir is very helpful and nice behavior.
- No Ragging - In our college their is ragging is not allowed in the college which is some time goods for students.
Dislikes
- Campus - College campus is very small. All the departments are nearly located.
- Hostels - Their is not sufficient hostels available for students and hostel mess is very bad. Their is no student union available so it is very difficult to make some change in college.
- Grounds - Their ground condition is also not good. grounds are in very bad condition.
Course Curriculum Overview
Faculties are good. They have complete their education from such reputated institute. Only the college compus is one downgrade for NIT Raipur. Because Campus is very short. Exams will come frequently with stress.
Placement Experience
Placements are good. from 7th sem students are able to sit in the college placements and from 5th sem students are able to sit in internship programs. NIRF ranking is also good of this college and company is come in regular basis. But there some big companies like Google,Apple ,Amazon not come. For these company students have to apply off campus. in my branch biotechnology placement ratio is very less according 40% in good condition but now a days company also refuse for employees. If any student not placed than some students go for civil servise and some goes for CLAT. there are many companies will come some are - Phonepe , ZS ,Jindal ,Delloite ,Pharmace etc.
Fees and Financial Aid
total fees is 135000 rs per year without income certificate. If students apply income certificate than the total tution fees is 9000 rs /yr. hostel fees is 55000 per year. NSP and State Government scholarship will provides. NSP scholarship will provided according to rank. And Students will take other scholarships benefits also.
Campus Life
There are many types of functions held. Maximum functions are comes in even semesters. There are EDM nights and Celeb Nights also organised via functions. There science project fest also organised by Technocracy. There is one sports function , one cultural function and Science fest also and other fest like E-summit, Ted-X ,I-cell, Motosports, NSS and some other fests also. Eclectica - Cultural fest. Samar - Sports fest. Aavartan - Science fest. The fest are comes in regular basis.
Hostel Facilities
Hostels are very less. one hostel is provided for second , third and fourth year. small hostels also available for 1st year. not all students are able to get hostel. hostels are provided one the basis on cgpi and jee rank in first year. the meal quality in hostel is bad kind of eatable but not good. and loacl area is also not good near to NIT. local pg is very expensive without any facilities. And local mess food is worse not eatable. so there is only one option to eat food that is make food by own hands.
Admission
Students have to crack JEE MAINS. The admission is take via JOSSA or CSAB on the basis of jee cut off. NIT have homestate reservation but there is not seperate seat for home state and sc-st students their cut off may be less in comparison to others. Students only focus on JEE to get addmission in this college
