There is no hostel facility. Also the surrounding area is local . The college canteen is not so good.

The college is specially for arts and commerce as it's signifies. Also the college environment is better. The college faculty is very strong and specialised. Also the college's ranking is in top 10 of best arts and commerce college of university of Delhi.

I chose BA Hons history course because history is my best subject and also have an interest in it. This course is very helpful for preparing various competitive exams and other also for masters in history. Also, there are other options after graduating from history Hons.

College life is full of cultural and management festivals. Every student enjoys their departmental seminar and other educational and cultural activities.Also college has various societies like NCC ,NSS and other departmental societies. So every student enjoys all the activities being a part of these societies.

The fee structure is very feasible because Bhagat Singh college is a government college. For first year the college fee is around 5000 or 6000 Rs.

Yes, the college provides a scholarship to each student who belongs to poor income family. Also, the college refunds the whole fee or does not a single rupee from PWD candidates.

The college organizes fest's, seminars, inter-college debate competition on various subjects, sports meet, annual prize day and educational and cultural programmes and activities. The departments have their own society to foster the skills of the student.

There is no hostel facility in the college. So the students of other states have to take rooms or PG on higher rent. But the college has its own canteen. The college canteen provides the best quality of food materials. But this is not like north campus colleges.

The senior students are very friendly and helpful. There is no ragging in the college campus. They help their junior students in all the activities of college life.

There is semester system method. The university exam system is not like the school system. But it is not so tough as that. The students have no headache of examination and for other study materials. The college students are free and cool. Also there are many guide books to prepare for semester exams.

The admission process is based on merit list issued by the university of Delhi. I got admission in Shaheed bhagat Singh college after fourth cutoff list. One of the staff member checked my marksheet of class 12th and others forms and gave admission. The admission process is very simple. There are various college student's to help the admission seekers about cutoff, college and other facilities.

The college faculty is highly experienced and dedicated professors. They have good knowledge of there subject. The college professors are very friendly. Most of the professors have studied for JNU which is one of the best universities of India. They teach in a very simple manner.
