Campus life,faculty, infrastructure is good where you are provided with ac classrooms and the campus is green lush

Dislikes

Class hours are hectic sometimes we'll have continuous class from 8-5 including labs

I am a CS AIML student and in SRM there are good labs and facilities for the course The course fees is very high, honestly it's not worth the fees we are paying And I'm first yr every branch needs to learn every subject including biology

Class Size: 73Course Fees: INR 450000 per year

Placement Experience

You can do internships in 4th year and you'll be eligible for placements on 4th year and there are many students who got placed during 3rd year also There are good companies visiting the college like Google, Microsoft,Amazon,Infosys, Accenture, TCL etc

Fees and Financial Aid

If you want scholarship then you should have a rank inside 200 then you'll be availed for scholarships For every BTech courses especially for cse and it's specializations the fees are high For cse it's 4.5L

Campus Life

There is a technical fest called Aarush for exclusively for BTech students and then there is Milan a national cultural fest where all the SRM campus students come to the main campus The campus life is good as there is greenery everywhere and it's very vast The are a wide number of clubs and there are so many workshops conducted by the clubs which is a great opportunity for the learners

Hostel Facilities

For girls there are like 3-4 hostels and 2 are ac The ac hostels are pretty good and m block which is like a premium hostel where you have all facilities inside like gym, furnished rooms,cafes etc but it'll cost like 2.6L per year The mess food is also fine comparing to other colleges it seems Hostel booking will be online and it's like first come first serve(it's very difficult to get if you don't book quickly)

Hostel Fee: INR 260000 per year

Admission

You should write SRMJEE entrance exam which is conducted by the University and you'll be eligible to choose your course with your rank If you want CSE then you should get a pretty good rank The application dates and other info will be provided in their official site

Overall Good Experience at EEC

Likes

good infrastructure, clean campus and well equipped classrooms and labs.
Faculty members are supportive and explain concepts clearly with practical examples.
Good placement opportunities, career guidance and opportunities to participate in activities.

Dislikes

The workload can be huge sometimes, especially during examinations and project submissions.
some subjects could include more practical and industry-oriented learning
More campus activities and student interactions opportunities would improve campus life.

Placement Experience:

Students can join job drives from the 7th term. Many firms visit the campus for jobs and offer roles in tech and other fields. The pay varies by firm and role. EEC has a good job rate and gives help for job prep. After my degree, I plan to work in the tech field and grow my skills.

Experienced faculties, their constant encouragement to students to participate in seminars, lectures, internships, intercollegiate programs and other research based conferences and activities.
The college had good infrastructure, modern laboratories, smart classrooms, sports facilities and a slate clean campus.
The placement cell, incubation cell, and intellectual property cell of our college are easily approachable and they help in developing our ideas, patenting and registering them.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum covers important subjects such as cell biology, microbiology, biochemistry, genetics, immunology, bio processing, principles of chemical engineering, and wr have hands on practice through pur well-equipped laboratory sessions.

This is the best college overall

Likes

The curriculum provided is really nice and understandable.
It is relevant and is effective as well.
The boy girl ratio is on the other hand a little less as in 45:15.

Dislikes

The way some facilities behave with students is really bad especially in our branch.
Some facilities are too rude and they often don’t want to listen to students point of view

Placement Experience:

Students are open to campus placements from 2nd year onwards. There are many companies who visit such as Delloite, Accenture, Cognizant, TCS, Amazon, NatWest, Nokia, etc. Highest package offered is 42 lpa and lowest is maybe 2-4lpa. Around 90% of students get placed here. My plans is to get a job through campus recruitment. Currently I got an internship through campus recruitment in Cognizant so the recruitment is quite nice here.

Placement Training and Career development at CIT

In my college , I experienced diversed equality and gained more knowledge by training staffs and assessments

Placement Experience:

One thing I really need to appreciate at CIT is its placement training program. The placement team conducts regular sessions on 1. aptitude 2. coding 3. communication skills 4. group discussions and 5. interview preparation which helped me feel more confident during placements. The trainers were friendly and always encouraged us to improve our skills step by step. They provide continuous guidance and feedback throughout the training process. Mock interviews and one to one assessments helped me to understand my strength and weak areas and I work on improvements . These sessions not only improved my technical and communication skills but also boosted my confidence . The placement training team played an important role in preparing me for career opportunities and industry expectation

My bad campus life

Likes

The environment is very good.its very natural atmosphere.
Teaching and facilitys are nice.we can learn very much.
The all facility is near by near .its a good thing.

Dislikes

The management is very bad.they not consider our students.
The fees structure is very different for all students.its too bad.and they decided the fees category is very cheep.
The hostel facility is not good.and also food its very bad.

Actually i like computer jobs. So i selected the course. Its very different one. Mainly programming. But its very interesting and valuable.cse computer science is a very high value course and i have lot of opportunities after completing the course. I.think in this types of course in curriculum they want to include practical sections more than text books.

Colleges which I have applied for was Sree Ramachandra institute in tamil nadu, MGR University IISER But I only got confirmed admission from SRM by writing a medical entrance exam.
