Likes

Course was affordable like one of the cheapest plus you get the sppu brand
Faculty are good and qualified and are always available to help
Sports facilities are ample in the campus you wont get bored

Dislikes

The canteen food was not of good quality needs a lot of improvement
The network connections are not good and the college do not has a wifi on campus
There are no placements at all which really needs a lot of work to do on this

The curriculm needs to be updated it is same for the last 10 years also more practicals, viva must be included in the course. Teachers are good and hardworking but needs to focus more on skill building rather than just in cramming up the subjects

Internships Opportunities

The college help with getting internships with neaarby banks branches and NBFCs. The projects mainly involved understanding the overall sector and analysing the companies USPs and strategies. The internships are unpaid

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees was rs 20000 out of which 5000 was for the trust and the rest was for the tution fees, computer labs, library etc. Apart from this there are no other major costs, the events are usually free of cost

Campus Life

There are lots of events organised by the student committes. Starting with Garba Day where all the students dresses up in traditionals and perform garba, prizes are also alloted for the best dance and best dress. Post that we have group day, bollywood day. halloween day. Also sports day is organised in the month of jan and in feb annual fest is organised. Apart from this the college has 3 grounds and a basketball room. a very good sports complex with games like table tennis, carrom, chess. There is a good library and a computer lab. There are cultural committee and NSS group in college

Admission

The admission was on first come first serve basis, the cutoff being 40 percentage. The admission at my time was during covid so form filling was online. Their are 2 semesters every year difficulty level is moderate. The college must provide scholarships for bright student

IMDR Pune: A Good Choice for PGDM Aspirants

I liked the vibe carries right from the induction period.
Faculty is approachable and friendly, Teaching is practical based
Presentations help improve students in their communication skills

Placement Experience:

Since, I am currently pursuing my PGDM I have not yet experienced the placements offers by the college. However college gives better career opportunities to start with by offering good placements with minimum package for 600000

Likes

Most important thing I like about my college is they are like the whole college is so creative.
There are many different batches or mat department but when it comes to fest or festivals they comes together to celebrate it
Talking about placement, the placement cell is soo good that I'll say every colleges should have this level of college cell as they invited, big companies such as Deloitte, hdfc bank,KPMG

Dislikes

The point which I dislike about my college is they should increase campus
Some of the teachers really need to behave like when they talk to students they don't know the manners
Basically the watchman is not good at all I personally feel that they really need to change their watchman as their is many girls in my college so at least one or two lady watchmen should college hire for their safety

Course Curriculum Overview:

In my college they provide us a presentation concept in which they teach us about how to face the real world and the remove the fear of speaking to world .they try to make every student more confident in any manner. Basically my department is soo good that they teach us alot of real world how to speak,how to look,how to handle everything in professional manner

Memories with study

Likes

I like that boy and girl are very comfortable and good friends and the there so many activities of girl to enjoy in library and in sport room there was a particular time of play for girl and boy to enter in sport room and there was activity of dance
Also I like teacher and the staff was very cooperative they help students in study and also help in other activities like in sport music dance and Also there are separate teacher for other subject
Also I like the canteen of my also was very good and the food was very good and the staff of canteen was very hygienic and very neet the price was also affordable

Dislikes

I don’t disliked any thing but I want a change in the college because the play ground of the college was big but not clean
And the second thing i disliked was the class was so small and the space was so big

The course curriculum is generally relevant and comprehensive especially due to specific aspect like its practical ,updated syallabus ,aligned subject which strongly influenced my decision to choose this course for my future aspect and the exam frequency and timming are managed was fair not difficult theory was little hard

College with amazing experiences.

Likes

Faculty over here is amazing , well educated qualified friendly teachers u will get
Canteen food is hygeinec and very nice they prepare everything fresh.
Sports are being conducted everyyy month there is gymkhana for students to play

Dislikes

Washroom facilty can be made better atleast for girls washroom
Some crowd over here is not decent according to the locality here.
Notes material are not provided completelyy

Placement Experience:

Placement in this college is nice they are offering good perfentage of placements over here!. Everything is consideredd well. 15000 20000 salary can be given to freshers which is good according to market. My plans after degree is to do CA.

Likes

Teachers are well qualified and experienced
The curriculum is suitable for students who are doing professional courses like CA CS ACCA etc.
There is always a scope for starting a side hustle in this college. You will find many associations and clubs

Dislikes

The examination results are always unexpected. Correction of papers and result declaration is unsatisfactory as marks are not given properly.
The extra facilities provided in college seems to be just for name sake because there is very limited time to access the facilities.
The schedule of the college is dynamic and there is no concrete timetable. Teachers complete their syllabus in last moment

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course is relative to Mumbai University curriculum. College takes intiative in making the student confident as it includes practicing presentation skills and builds communication skills simultaneously.

The faculty provides proper and needed attention to all the students. The way of teaching of the faculty is highly appreciated. The teachers creates an attentive, interactive and lively environment and teachers along with real-life examples. Exams aren't that difficult to pass as the teachers make every subject and topics easy to understand and learn and pass the exams with ease.

I am from the small town, and to stay in mumbai is difficult. So my college contains hostel facility and also it is reputed college. That's why I choose Sydenham College and I think its well college under Mumbai University.

Our college is very good. Our teaching staff is also very helpful but in our college staff which is working in college they are arrogant. Our college campus is not that much of good. But as per education I like this college very much.

ICEM for MCA is good or bad

I chose Indira because I got it on the basis of my cet score of 98 percentile for a TFWS seat and another reason was my senior was there from my city and I asked him and he said it is a very good college with respect to the placments. The colllege is literally good with respect to the placements compared to other lower colleges . Crowdstrike has given 4 students 12 LPA . My admission process was smooth .
