Likes
- The campus and the infrastructure is pretty much great with new architecture.
- I also like the gardens and play grounds in the vicinity of the college which are generally filled with greenery.
- The e-library is too good with new additions timely and the infrastructure is good too with sofa and seatings.
Dislikes
- The university portal is not much great as it often hangs and is not updated properly.
- Sometimes the classes are suspended without any notice which is not good for students coming feom far places.
- The administration faculty are not much polite and don''t work in a manner they are meant to and often are not helpful.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course and curriculum is updated on the regular basis and is reviewed by the authorities and also it is under ugc so newest course is followed with the relevancy. Teachers are good and follow a good approach while teaching and regular assignments are held for keeping watch on the students learning progress. Some areas can be improved that are regular classes and often coming holidays. Also exams are regular that are every 3 months as it is a semester course and they are medium hard.
Fees and Financial Aid
Tuition fees is increased at a period that matches the inflation and is not spiked suddenly without prior notice and if one has taken admission while fee was low and fees is spiked for new admissions then fees will remain same for old admissions. The complete money spent is around ? 290000/- with all fees examination fees and other fees. I am not much knowledgeable about the scholarships and stipends though.
Campus Life
The one thing that is not at par with the name of institution is that it don't hold much festivals and all and the cultural life is not soo good. The library is good and is an e library that is updated regularly and creates all the newly added journals and books. Technical aspects of the classrooms are pretty good and are nicely updated with the time. There are some clubs but not with University recognition and some with recognition are not much active.
Admission
Admission is on the basis of the 12th standard percentage and all other details are updated on the website portal itself and other details can be found out by reaching out to the university helpline. There is no entrance examination and hence th process is hassle free but also it creates less opportunity for people who have calibre but scored less in 12th coz of circumstances
