Likes

The culture and traditions are totally good and they follow many strict rules which make students well disciplined
The climate was so peaceful and enjoying there is no stress of studying by teachers or management

Dislikes

There is strict rule on eating non veg, and the non veg is not allowed inside the campus
There is no airconditioner in the classrooms and as they take lot of money but they are not ready provide even airconditioner in classrooms
There are some faculty who torcher their students with lot of actions that are not so good for students

I choosed electronics and communication engineering because it is ever green course and we have all the advantages, it is heart of engineering and it also has many applications in AI which is presently in trending.Our circulum is very well designed, when one lecturer of one subject is teaching particular lesson the same related topic will also be viewed in other subject so that all the students can understand the motto of that topic.The area of improvement is not only teaching we also have to understand by physical examples.the exams are perfectly arranged but if you are upto date with subjects you will not feel difficult to write exams.

Class Size: 65Course Fees: INR 400000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

My tution fee is 6 lakhs per annum including college and hostel fee overall.There will be no decrease of fee but if you are slab 1 you may go to slab 2 according to the cgpa that you score in each semester but slab 2 cannot come to slab 1 by scoring good cgpa. There are no scholarship or financial aid available for students, basically scholarship depends only on the exam you write.No employment for students in the campus

Campus Life

We have many cultural fests and mainly Anokha a tech fest, Gokulastami which is based on lord Krishna in a religious way.There are many books and journals in the library which every one can access even on online.There is only projectors inside the classroom nothing much with technology inside a classroom.There are some competitions in between the semester in which you can show case your talent and get a chance to represent your college.There are many clubs in which you will develop management skills and you will learn how to conduct an event.

Admission

Writing of entrance exam is compulsory for getting the admission in the college and eligibility of course is decided by the rank that you get. The exam date and centre will be allocated when you pay admission fee and the exam will be in seperate campus near your hometown and the exam will be based on Intermediate syllabus,there are no benefits for reservation on the caste, the admission process is very well implemented but the only problem is you will not know whether you got seat or no for many days.

Here there is no gender separation like boys and girls should be seperate and stuff like that.
It is a autonomous college so courses are changing regularly with the shift in education
Here we have relative grading system therefore there is no ranking and easy to get good grades

Dislikes

We have to pay yearly fees not semester wise it difficult for low income earning families
Money is collected from students for all events happening in the college.
There is a rush for collection of fees at the start of each year and unpaid students might face absent issues

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate but i don't know much about other courses but for civil engineering the average placed ctc is 3 lakh per annum one or two students got higer package but most of the students got lower package as a fresher.

I applied for vit, snu, cuet examination. A decent university

I applied to many colleges like Thapar College, Manipal College, VIT, and LPU and others. I got selected from many colleges, but I chose this college because of its ranking as it ranked 4th best university and 1st in the best private university. This was the only reason for the selection. Now it is also the 7th best university in india and 2nd in private universities. I only got rejected from the Manipal College of Engineering, and they didn't mention the reason for the rejection, but I assume the entrance exam was not so good for me. I rejected other colleges because I find Amrita University better than others. There are many ways to get admission, like from JEE mains or advanced and Amrita's own exam, AEEE.
