Course Curriculum Overview

4

Since banasthali is an esteemed university we have our own curriculam. Two periodical tests, two assignments, and one semester exam. Subjects taught are very relevant and now they have introduced artificial intelligence too.

Internships Opportunities

4.5

There were many big companies for summer internship like barclays, ubs, goldmann sachs, salesforce, american express etc. Stipend offered is also great since they are all very good companies. Students also get pre placement offers.

Placement Experience

5

For cse students in our 7th semester we have to do a compulsory internship and companies also visit campus at that time only, but since you are in the internship so you are relaxed during placements. Almost every big company visits banasthali so you will get placed for sure. I am also placed so I will be exploring tech industry a little bit more.

Fees and Financial Aid

Since it is all girls college, fees is lesser as compared to other private colleges. Banasthali also provides scholarships to students with financial issues, not sure about the process though. One can also intern under any professor they like during their course in banasthali.

Campus Life

3

Since it is a closed campus it doesn't have much to offer. But there are several clubs of which you can be a member off. For cse we have tech fest called that takes place around march start. There are total 8 libraries in the campus which makes it a great plus. Classrooms are tech smart. There are variety of sports you can play in banasthali including horse riding.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

Hostels are all very clean and hygeinic. Food is also okay. We dont have non veg anywhere in the campus, not even eggs. Hostels are very affordable though. Most of the students here are hostelites only. Meal quality is pretty decent almost homelike.

Admission

There was an entrance exam around mid june. It was not as tough as JEE but yoy need to be thorough with your concepts. Results came out around end of June and then there was branch allotment. They initially ask about which branch you want to opt but final decision is made based on your score in the test. You are then alloted yoyr branch and by july end classes also started. Banasthali especially computer science engineering is excellent with placements. Even with the recession going on a lot of companies visited the campus.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the course curriculum as very good. It covers important topics and provides useful theoretical and practical knowledge. The syllabus is relevant to our field of study and helps develop our skills. However, including more practical sessions and industry-related topics would make the curriculum even better.

Course Curriculum Overview:

the cirriculum is designed in a way such that most of the outdated and uselss things are removed this year and the labs of each subjects help you well enough to dive deeper into the application of the subject . some areas for improvement can be removing unnecessary subjects like manufacturing process for cse students . main exams are held every 3 months and the difficulty is moderate

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum includes lab works, workshops and seminars. Which influence the choice to choose the course. But they are lacking to get hands on experience. Though they are guest lectures and seminar which is highly beneficial. Need to provide report on summer internship, industrial training, which is mandatory according to curriculum. Which helps in gaining hands on real life skills. But students still pass this barrier using fake certification and copied reports. And faculty is not strict about this. I believe the latest technologies which is not integrated in curriculum like AI/ ML ,recent frameworks , even if integrated not taughtd in depth. Like we have subjects AI , ML but no practical learning. Assignment are huge burden with little learning we need assessment that tests understanding rather than memorization. More subjects needed on softs skills especially in last year during placement season. Live project with company as all student are not able to land good internships. Frequency of exams like midterm( 2 in 3-4 months) ,practical( at the end of semester just after 2 nd midterm exam). End semester exams - 10-20 days after practical exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because here the course is relevant and infrastructure is good also they give scholarship to study here . Curriculum helps very well in improving real world applications in day to day life . Teaching methods are impressive but some times it looks like a burden as they give load to students in improving themselves so this thing they should improve . Timing of the exams are of 3 hours . Their exam pattern is like other government college but they take exam strictly. Difficulty level is medium level .
