Likes
- College campus was good and vast . There was a greenary which is most beautiful thing I liked in college, college canteen was also appropriate and satisfactory, there was different variety of foods which gave us many preference to eat and also tasty.
- I have done my graduation in Shyama Prasad Mukherjee college, Delhi University which is located in west Punjabi bagh, Delhi , the area was amazing there was no conjugated,no crowd, urban area , all kinds of facilities are available, good pg or female
- The Faculty was also good and cooperative with their students and well knowledgeable about their subject. Senior was also good and cooperative no ragging in the college, sanitation was perfect, Library is also big and have many books of each subject
Dislikes
- I have already told campus was big due to this we have to walk more through this we get tired specially in summer, each subject class conduct in different room so we have to go from one building to another we get tired and no AC facility was in class
- I live in South Delhi and college is in West Delhi which is far for me , shyama Prasad Mukherjee college is not good for South,East,North Delhi people you have to travel more and spend more money in convenience of metro you have to change metro line
- Cleanliness was good but in one washroom there was no water availablity regularly, sitting facilities in canteen was no satisfactory for me , only three fans was available in canteen.there was only 2 hall room which is not well maintained,not cleaned
Course Curriculum Overview
In Shyama Prasad Mukherjee college curriculum was good . activities was conducted for every student . Extra curricular activities was also conducted in the college . Syllabus was vast in every course but all things are well covered in the syllabus
Placement Experience
So, I did BA programme I don't have any idea regarding placement session. But I think commerce subject students like finance, business, etc got the placement session. Some professional courses also got the placement
Fees and Financial Aid
In the Shyama Prasad Mukherjee college the fee structure of BA course was around 7000 per year and I don't know about other course and yes there is availability of scholarship in the college for reservated categories i.e obc, sc ,St and ews , for disabled
Campus Life
In the Shyama Prasad Mukherjee college festivals was celebrated like before the one day of any festival. Srijan was the fest name was conducted in the college. Infrastructure of college was good and satisfactory.
Admission
Basically in that time when I took admission in the Shyama Prasad Mukherjee college, admission process was online and based on merit list but now you have to give cuet exam for the admission. Cuet is moderate exam.
Faculty
The Faculty was good and well knowledgeable about their subjects in Shyama Prasad Mukherjee college. they are very cooperative with students and teach their subjects confidently one of my teacher who always helped in study whenever I didn't understand the concept and topic she again teach me that concept without being anger on me. Faculty was very friendly with the students. If we asked queries of any another subject they told us without any hesitation which seems they have good knowledge. The Gestures , behaviour of faculty was good. They were very polite with the students and even teach very politely. They are not beat to any student. Teaching method of faculties was good. They also conducted online classes for revision and for those students which have queries.behaviour and way of talking was good.
Interview Experience
No, it was merit based addmission but I just explore more about the colleges for delhi university before the taking addmission about their infrastructure, campus, faculty, courses, canteen, environment etc
Night Life
Gym was available in the college campus, canteen are also available, Library was good and big, public area was fine. Hostels were not available but PGs were available near the college. This college is located in Punjabi bagh area
