Likes

Campus is very good and beautiful. Every student feel fresh due to open campus.
Various curriculum activities are conducted.
Different types of programs are arranged through out year.

Dislikes

Syllablus is not completed on time and before the exam.
Faculty members doesn't have proper knowledge about subjects they assigned to teach.
Practical knowledge is less in compare to theory.

Course Curriculum Overview

Theory knowledge is good but there is a lack of practical knowledge. Teachers should have to focus on giving practical knowledge instead of giving power point presentations only. They should improve their communication skills too.

Various online internship programs are conducted but offline internship opportunities are not provided. Students can apply for the online internships on Various companies according to their choice and needs

Placement Experience

In 5th or 6th semester students become eligible for placements. Placements are not guaranteed but their is 40% chances to get the placement. Various companies visits the college campus for placements

Fees and Financial Aid

Course fees is Rs. 55000 per year. Scholarships are available. Their is a exam name called SU-JEE, based on this exam score you get Scholarship according to your score. Other fees are different like college bus and hostel fees.

Campus Life

College infrastructure is best. College campus is well structured and we'll design. Their is 250+ acres is occupied with College campus. Various activities are conducted throughout the year. Overall College campus is best.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel Facility is good. Hostels are well cleaned. There are 3 members in 1 room each having their separate bed, study table and cupboard. Hot water Facility is available. Washrooms and toilets are common for each floor. Mess food is not that good but okay okay.

Hostel Fee: INR 100000 per year

Admission

Eligibility for this score is you have to pass 10+2 criteria with having maths in your 12th class. And you have to get 50+ marks in all subjects in 12th. Their is no such entrance examination. Your admission is based on 12th class percentage.

Faculty

Faculty members are good at helping and behavior but they doesn't have huge knowledge about the subject they are assigned to teach. They should have to develop more skills before teaching. Overall they are good but just need a small improvement.

The teacher Staff was very supportive and helpful

The canteen was very small and unhygienic
The Infrastructure is not that much upgraded

the curriculum included both theoretical and practical subjects related to computer science ,which matches my interest in technology and career growth . The curriculum provided foundational knowledge ,practical assignments ,and project work that helped in understanding real word application More industry oriented training is suggested the exams were conducted after 6 months every semester some times the results are delayed by university

An Honest Review of My BSc Computer Science College Experience

Likes

The staff and faculty members are very supportive and good in nature.
Friendly student environment. Never heard of any ragging incident taken place.
They conduct Events, workshops, and different activities regularly and neatly.

Dislikes

Canteen food is limited and quality is average
Limited Campus placement opportunities and less industry experience
Lab equipment and resources needs to be improved,

Placement Experience:

Campus placement are limited in the college. A few companies visit during the final year, and students usually becomes eligible fromo the last semester. The packages offered are generally modest, mostly for entry-level roles. Only a small percentage of students get placed thorugh campus drives, while many prefer to apply off-campus for better opportunities. The college provides basic placement support such as info about job openings and guidance, but students need to build their own skills and prepare independently. After completing the degree, students prefer to pursue higher studied, professional courses, or entry-level IT jobs.

The campus itself is huge and beautiful tbh.
The Events or Fest Days like it was crazy like ganesh utsav, Holi , Etc etc.
The exam envoirment was strict but only if we had exams at foundation college otherwise it was not that good if we have exams in same department

Dislikes

The faculty. like they dont even know the subject core or anything from the subject
Food and canteen services. i had worst experinces about the food quality from sandip university.
Campus was Huge but not safe. sometimes hyena comes sometimes cheetah sneak in our campus. at night it looks like haunted college tbh.

Course Curriculum Overview:

like i was sure that i want a course that will give me experince about AIML with subjects like 3D design + Coding + Envoirmental studeis and all. and the course from the sandip actually have all these subjects in a single course thats why i choose this course. curriculam was good it was updated on time. the course helps me to land a internship with goverment cause i learn the basics of AI from this course. the ares of improvements should be the faculty members like they are horrible sometimes they dont even make the notes for the subjects they ask students to make notes and shared with other students. even one of the faculty member shared a playlist form youtube for a specific subject and ask us to take notes from it and prepare for exam not a single leccture he takes at that time. the frequency of the exam is also not that good cause the want us to prepare for the final semster exam which is of 6 months in just 3 months with all the paper works , projects , assignments etc etc.

A relational Day at a SANDIP UNIVERSITY

There is no ragging of any kind in the college. Due to the large number of security forces, bodyguards, and bouncers, there is complete security and privacy in the college.So girls don't have any fear in college, everything is safe.
The faculty speaks in unison with everyone. If someone does not understand in English, they are also explained in their mother tongue, so that no child faces any inconvenience while learning.
In college, not only education but also a lot of attention is paid to culture. Which is very necessary for current students and I have also participated in many new cultural activities.

Dislikes

The college follows the time rule but sometimes there is no understanding about a child or his late arrival. He is stopped at the gate, no matter how far you have come.That there is no one available at the gate to understand the person concerned
The college is completely technical and only blackboards are used during lectures and no projectors of any kind are used. Projectors are used only during presentations and that too at very minimal times.
The highest fee in the college is for MBA and smart classrooms are provided only to them, which is tantamount to partiality to the rest of the students.This makes those people realize that the faculty is poor.

Placement Experience:

After taking admission in the college, the placement drive is started for the student immediately from the second semester. All the information about which is sent to the class wise group and if the student is eligible, you can apply immediately after seeing your experience. The experience is very beautiful. You learn new things. You also understand how the interview round is conducted and what the eligibility is. Most of the companies that come to the college include renowned companies like Microsoft, Infosys, TCS, Deollite, etc., which hire students. The biggest package of Rs 7 crore per NM has been given so far from Sandeep University in the entire Nashik district.Which is a matter of great pride. Sandeep University is the only college where the largest job fair seminar in Maharashtra is attended. In which students from all over Maharashtra come and give live interviews to companies that have come to the college, give their region and announce hiring on the spot.Therefore, this college provides the greatest opportunity for students to meet all the renowned companies under one roof in one place. During the interview, the student's critical thinking skills and his/her inclination are shown rather than CGP and marks to determine whether he/she is eligible or not. In my experience, the college provides such strong education that at least four students are placed in companies every week. I am currently completing my graduation and will be starting my career immediately after that.

Likes

I like the infrastructure of the college, the campus area, the availability of canteen services. Everything is great from student perspective. It also has a seperate study room and a library which can be very helpful to many students.
The staff is pretty supportive but can be a handful at times. Other than that it's understandable. The security services are good and it's very much good overall
Many activities are commenced by the college and there's a variety of different stuff like cultural activites, nss clubs, NCC club. Etc They also have many events and seminars that can help students in many ways. Sports events are there too.

Dislikes

At times, the faculty fails at providing support to students and end up adding pressure usually during exam times
The college has uniforms with not enough variety of colours and at times it gets confusing to many people while looking for students from a specific department.

Placement Experience:

Not sure but I've heard a bit that students are eligible for campus placement since the 5th or 6th semester. If one has enough skills, then they'll be able to get a job of a huge package even while being a fresher. The college offers placements but you'll only get placed if you prove yourself to be better than everyone else in the room.

My First impression at VU

Likes

All clear paperwork for admission, no hassle of domicile or and other extra documents and direct admission.
Options to choose between subjects as they are not gonna force any thing on you and you could select subjects from different streams also as like I've selected business etiquette from commerce faculty.
The library is well furnished and equipped. In my free time I just sit there and complete my assignment or read some magazines.

Dislikes

Some classrooms lack finishing and somewhere the paint is peeling of.
Some of the guards are arrogant, some in parking lot and in buliding entry gate.

Placement Experience:

I think 5th sem is where students start getting placements or internships. I don't know much about the placements as it's my first year and my colleges started just a month ago. My plans aren't straight forward as I come from a business background I can't predict what would I be doing but I want to have a career in operating system development .

The Campus Story : the lands of horror.

Likes

They give non-typical college feel where you don’t have to think about anyone as a stranger and can talk openly but within some limits and moderation.
Their courses are out of the norm which are fundamentally created around sports and can make a career in that specific field.

Dislikes

Their management is just the same as any other college as normal procedures just take too much time.
Strict rules to be followed by the university guidelines.
Not to expect any good events to be hosted by them

Placement Experience:

My college gives campus placement placement opportunities typically after 4th semester, which is the 2nd half of the 2nd year. As my college has a partnership with IBM so the standards of campus placement go right up as the placement depends on the curriculum performance of the student so can't really say much for this. If saying as a stalemate, getting a placement is basically confirmed if the student maintains his/her CGPA of 6-7, which shows the consistent of the student in their field.

As a student in the Modern College and being a biotechnology student, the College is star rated college under DBT (Department of Biotechnology) . And gives the opportunities to study in Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology , Australia 2.)RASA life sciences, Pune .3.) Applied Nanomaterials pvt.limited, Pune.etc . The students getting out from here also get into Boston , Sydney and other well known institutions. I plan to complete my M.Sc Biotechnology and go for the industrial biotechnology in a drugs and chemicals field.

A relational Day at a SANDIP UNIVERSITY

It was my decision from the beginning that after completing science in 12th, I would do B.Sc. Computer Science and AI.On this basis, I was searching the internet for where to find AI streams in the entire Nashik. This course was offered at only three locations in the entire Nashik city.The first college is Sandeep University, the second college is KK Wagh Engineering College and the third college is Matoshree College. Since I took admission in 2022, their criteria were definitely different. After giving the CET exam, I scored 85% and I started looking for colleges based on that. When I first went to college, the college refused to give me admission even though I scored 85% marks. On the contrary, they are prepared to take a donation of Rs 10 lakh and keep it on waiting list, which is a very wrong approach. The second college, Matoshree College, also demanded a donation of two lakh rupees, so I refused there too. And the last college, Sandeep University, is run completely on a max basis without any kind of donation method and admission is given there after understanding the situation of the students.Sure enough, when I went there, all the faculties verified my marks and suggested me the BSc Computer Science AIML course. And immediately started preparing for admission by explaining the admission process.First of all, the required documents were prepared, then the parents were accompanied and the entire rules of the college were explained. You are completely guided through the admission process. First, you are given a form in which you have to fill in your previous details. After that, all the original documents are collected and their xerox copies are delivered to you. It initially demands an admission fee of ten thousand rupees, which is much lower than other colleges and is also reasonable. I chose Sandip University because it offered a combination of modern infrastructure, diverse programs and good placement achievements, which matched my academic and career goals. I am pursuing my B.Tech second year in Sandip University Nashik.The Eligibility of this course is Intermediate education or 12th board certificate.I have found the application form in this university only.My application fee was 10,000 rupees and I have took admission August 2023.There is no reservation for me in this University. If you are from other state then you get direct admission with package no exam required. No I didn't applied for other colleges because after completing my education in intermediate my father took admission in this college and I joined in this college . I also asked my seniors about this college they said it is a good college with better placement .
