Course Curriculum Overview
The course is very relevant and comprehensive to what I want to learn and have an interest in. I am pursuing a btech in information security and college is providing me with all the required subjects and workshops to acquire the necessary knowledge to become successful CSE graduate.
Internships Opportunities
Every year a large number of companies give intership opportunities like Adobe, google, and Amazon most renowned for their inter vit internships and stipends so as come for placement or internship vit comes first in every place.
Placement Experience
VIT is best for their Placement. The average package of vit is around 9lakh per annum. As for Vellore and Chennai, the campus placements are conducted in the Vellore campus. The highest package offered by a company in vit was 1.02 cr per annum.
Fees and Financial Aid
SoVit provides you with five categories while taking admission in the first category you have to pay around 1.7lakh for 10 months and for the second category you have to pay 3 lakh for 10 months, for the third category you have to pay around 4lakh for 10 months, and for five categories you have to pay around 4.5lakh for 10 months. For the last category you have to pay more than 5 lakh for 10 months and this fee can change from branch to branch.
Campus Life
The campus experience is pretty good there are buses run by vit which take only 15 rupees to transport you from any other place on the campus. As club offers you extra things to learn apart from academics like for me i am in a robotics club where we have to come up with new ideas to make robots.
Hostel Facilities
There are air conditon rooms provided to student there is 24 hour supply of water and electricity.hostel warden are very friendly and approchable.No electrical appliance are alloweded in hostel room.Hostel room allotment is also done online.
Admission
First, you have to give a vitee entrance exam paper to get admission in Vit Vellore. Then after your rank comes.It was very seamless and easy. The admission process was online throughout each and every imoprtant message was provided through mail and messages.
Faculty
There is total 70 student in a class . Every facuty comes from phd background teaching skills of phd teachers are very good.Every teacher is very much interactive as you can ask any question every time and even you can go to there cabin to ask for doubt.For weak student they conduct extra classes.
