Course Curriculum Overview
Subjects such as Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Mechanics, English, Electrical Technology, Engineering Drawing and Graphics, Programming, Data Structures, etc, are common subjects in the BTech curriculum.B.tech is a technical course that influenced me to do this course so that I can have job after its completion.It makes you industry ready.It teaches you all fields like personality development,about the law and constitution.It teaches you coding so that you can work from your home also.I think the teaching methods should me improved by using practical applications.The timing of the exams should also be changed because the syllabus is so vast and they take it so early.
Placement Experience
Students are eligible for placements after 7th sem. Max package-22 LPA Avg package-4.92 LPA Companies visited-Acccenture,Wipro,TCS,Cognizant Jobs offered-more than 500 Percentage of students placed- More than 70%
Fees and Financial Aid
The hike in fees is very rare and even if it increases it will be minimal.The overall cost of my course is Rs.403195,per semester it will be around Rs 45000 excluding examination fees which is Rs.1200 per semester.The college offers us financial help like SVCM Scholarship and student credit card
Campus Life
College fest is held every year in the month of June.Freshers party is also organise by our seniors.There is a vast collection of books in our library which is easily accessible. Projectors and speakers are installed in our classroom.There is a huge football ground and a basket ball court in our college.We many clubs like sports club,Cultural club,robotics club etc which enhances our ability and knowledge.
Hostel Facilities
There are both AC and NON AC rooms are available.Wifi is available 24 hrs in the room.Elecricity is also available for 24rs but there is problem in water supply,sometimes it is not available.The food of the mess is average like every college mess.You can consider for PG which is very near to the college.
Admission
You should have passed class 12th with 45% minimum.You should have appeared in any one of the exams like JEE MAIN,WBJEE etc.For application form you have to go to the admission room which is in the main building of the college which will cost you Rs.1500.The timing of exams is very bad according to the difficulty level of the course which needs to be improved.
Faculty
The faculty in our college are very qualified and experienced.They are very helpful.Their method of teaching is not so good except few.Some teachers teach in a very good way and interact with students so that they can learn in a better way.The faculty to student ratio is pretty good
