Financial technology is a very new concept started by Manipal itself, Choosing computer dcience snd financial technology is a very good decision for me because we have courses from economics and everybody knows, adding eco and finance to any subject enhances its value, hoping to have a lot of fun while studying this course from the 2nd year basically.

Students sre eligible for placements from the third year itself if their internships get converted to PPO And everyone is placed its just that packages vary I suppose almost 7 people got 54 lpa last year and otherwise top 250 students got 30 lpa avg package which is very good according to me Placement drive is fully fledgedly run in the final year only, there is no concept of dream package, id yoh appesr for a company and get selected you have only option to quit from the drive.

Exam Fee - 2000 (MET ENTRANCE) Caution Deposit- 10000 Total Course Fee- 19,58,000 Hostel Fee - 1,75,000 for AC double room attached bath, currently, includes mess charges and electricity also, excludes laundary. Caution deposit is refundable Tution fee for 1st year is 3,04,000 but additional fee is 1,83,000 which sums to 5,19,000 for this year 2024-2025 Hostel charges breakup (conpulsory for first year unless you are a localite)- Annual hostel facilities - 97000 Deposit- 15000 AC Electricity advance- 10,000 Mess Advance- 53,000 Total- 1,75,000 For non ac - total- 1,41,500 Triple non ac- 1,13,500

Clubs are many, technical and non technical, infavt there sre various student projects here, for all branches and open for all branches infact but ine has to explore themselves, in the first year there is something called the task phase where students explore working with other club or project members and have to complete certain tasks within given time frame.

I have provided this detail before as well, Otherwise food is very nice, all varities covered, there sre total 5 messes here and you can join anyone besides food is no limitation there are many eataries in the vicinity, and even the snacks are tasty here in the mess Veg Non Veg and Jain food are served Hostel fee is around 1.75 lakh for a double ac, 2.25 lakh for single ac where as 1.81 lakh for single non ac 1.4 lakhs for double non ac rooms

All other private colleges are not that good, i think that after BITS PILANI only Manipal stands for quality education and provides a top notch student friendly environment, facilities here are unmatched, and i feel that no other private college except bits can match manipal's placement, because student intake is limited and a lot of cream is here, in terms of student quality. Admission process is MET EXAM and admission is solely done on the basis of merit in 10+2 and this exam which is done via ranks provided by the institute.

Faculty memebers are all PhD and well diversed in their respective feilds, they teach well, one can ask doubts any time, The marks are 20 for internals, 30 for midsems, 50 for endsems Internals are conducted in terms of labs for lab shbjects, for cse students there are only graphics amd programming labs Assesments are don online on LMS portal and even exams are conducted on E pad for a very authentic process
