I was like the fact that the college Union is so friendly.

Dislikes

I didn't like that our college is not set to a strict rules about college pass students allowed related.

My course is B.A philosophy honours. I love my subject my course. That's why I decided to complete the college with this course. It's a great subject to us and me because we want to know about this subject very well.

Fees and Financial Aid

the course fee is 2450 rupees per sem And scholarship will be approved there some of scholarship's like - Swami Vivekanand scholarship, Nabanna Scholarship, Oasis scholarship this 3 was accepted. Some teachers are good. My fees of the total completing the college course is more than 18000 rupees. The college doesn't help Student's in financial problems.

Campus Life

One bad things of our college is we don't have any college campus. Our social is so nice, we do our best in social program of college. We know the value of social programs. Our college social programs are totally held to Union.

Admission

Because I like the environment of this college. And this college is the best college in our District. This college provides NCC, NSS, also. And the college is near by my home. I admitted the college since 2023 my admission process is easy. I don't trouble to any problem's

Our faculty members is not good behaviour in her self. And college course structure is not well. Exam system is good because of strict behaviour in exam halls. I don't know about marketing systems. But our college provides carrier counciling meeting in every month.

My honest experience at college.

Likes

The fees structure was affordable compared to many other colleges
Various extra curricular activities, cultural events, and competition were organized through out the year

Dislikes

Communication regarding important updates and procedures was sometimes unclear
Administrative processes were often very time consuming, and students had to wait a long time for approvals and documentation

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum was relevant and covered the fundamental concepts, but it could benefit from more practical learning and industry exposure. Exams were conducted regularly, and the difficulty level was moderate.

A holistic experience: my journey at CFI college of Law

Likes

Teachers and faculties are very supportive, I like the style how they use day to day life examples to solve complex things.
Faculties are highly educated they support us at not only campus but also outside of campus life.
I got many internship opportunities because of the college, coz with many facilities internship support is also in their list.

Dislikes

Sometimes buses was late, I often waited on the bus stop so it was late.
Classes has AC, some people like AC and some don't I do not like AC.
Canteen tea, I think they don't know how to make tea

Course Curriculum Overview:

I'd say the BBA LLB curriculam si quite relevent and comprehensive. the blend of business management and legal studies really made me choose this course because it gives a holistic understanding of both fields. The curriculum is pretty practical and prepares us well for real- world applications like internships and moot courts and also sets a strong foundation dor further studies in law. In term of Imporvements i think the curruculum could benefit from more interactive workshops and practical training sessions and somtimes a bit more hands on experience and indusry exposure help bridge the gap between thoery and practice. Regarding exams, I find the frequency and timing are well balanced. the semester exams come at a good pace and whike some subjects can be challenging they are definately manageable with consisnent study.

Likes

The faculty members are highly qualified and experienced who provide quality education and guide in practical aspects of life.
The college is equipped with basic infrastructure including library, seminar halls and computer labs that help students in their academic pursuits.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course is an ever evolving subject and the college keeps the cirriculuam updated from time to time to equip students with contemporaray developments. The college is located in close proximity to various legal institutions such as Calcutta High Court which provide opportunities for internships, training and exposure real world proceedings.

Jalpaiguri Law College- a small review

Likes

The teachers and principal were extremely helpful amd insightful
The library and the e-library were well equipped
The moot court discussion were well rehearsed

Dislikes

It is a Small college; no campus as such
The students are very much into politics

I was always intrested in societal issues and how to deal with the social demons and that why i choose law as my course subjects The course teaches you the tmrules towards the course of society. It teachers us every nooks and cracks of the society and how to deal with them The course will teach you the bookish values and is completely oblivious towards the real life outside the books the practical is different when it comes to working in courts. There are internships but until you enter into the world of law and practice on your own you won't get a grasp of any understanding One year ending exams with 2 practical papers and the difficulty level depends on the depth of the student

Taking admission in this university was hassle-free as all the administrative staff were really very polite and provided the best assistance on their part
They claimed to have impressive internships and placements for the students.
The infrastructure, campus amenities and learning facilities are just average. They need to work alot on every aspect of their development.

Dislikes

I didn't like the kind of faculty they have hired, they cannot speak proper English, they don't dress formally and behave so uncultured and informal. They are mean and non- assisting towards the students.
Moreover, the professors they fail to cover the syllabus and prefer quantity based answer over quality. They provide pathetic mentorship and doesn't help the students to improve their credentials for the future pursuits.
They compel the students to witness counterproductive seminars and sessions. They need to meditate on the kind of guests they are calling to conduct their events, the guest should be worthwhile listening.listening

Course Curriculum Overview:

Law opens the door to several job prospects and my dream as a child to be a part of the judiciary has influenced me to choose the course. The curriculum prepares definitely prepares me for higher legal studies and have a strong foundation in legal knowledge. SNU needs to improve the quality of faculty they have and there's a long way to improvement. End semester exams are held over a period of every 4-5 months, they conduct MSA in between each semester. The set the papers really tough.

Department of Law - The Best Law College In West Bengal

Likes

Hazra Law College: Overall structure and ambience of the college. I didn't expect it to be this good since the Google reviews suggested otherwise.
Faculty: The faculty is fantastic. Professors are understanding and very professional. They're good when it comes to thie respective subjects.

Dislikes

Office: It is best to try to avoid the office because of the unreasonable amount of time taken to resolve queries/obtaining signatures is frustrating

Course Curriculum Overview:

Law as a course has developed throughout the years and there are only a few shortcomings in the studying aspect of it. Law, in a broad sense, can be applied to almost each and every problems that citizens of India face, be it corporate law, criminal, civil law. In an even broader sense, there is Constitutional law. A major fault in the teaching and course is the excessive teaching of landmark judgements and lesser number of moot courts which in practice might land young lawyers in trouble coming from the judiciary since they're just too much aware of different landmark judgements but not the cases/context behind it. Mainly, four exams are held which concern the actual marks- Internals and Externals. First internal and external is typically held on January or February and Second internal and external during July or August.

What to expect from my College.

Likes

The faculty members as they are friendly and most teachers provide notes.

The campus is small, not much space to explore

Course Curriculum Overview:

I always wanted to pursue law so I chose this course. Government college provides the best faculty and my college takes regular students to attend various seminars in WBNUJS or any such seminar Our College have LLM-completed teachers, some are PHD holder as well. The exam happens every six months. It's easy to pass only if you study properly but CU check copies strictly, it's hard to get more than 90.

I choose the BALLB just to fulfil my dream which is to be an INCOME TAX LAWYER. the main reason to select this college is the Professor They are very good at teaching. In the BALLB course Exams will hold twice a year as it is known as Semester.

As it was a period of lockdown in 2020 I applied in colleges like Siliguri college of commerce , Salesian college siliguri, Goenka college kolkata and St joseph's college darjeeling which was my college. Unfortunately I could not make it to Goenka College of commerce Kolkata , But I did made it to salesian College Siliguri and Siliguri College of Commerce but Salesian college fees was way too high and Siliguri College of Commerce had very negative reviews as nothing was good there. I apply for other colleges also as I didn't get much facilities there like comprehensive studying library, canteens facilities, etc. I don't get rejection from the other colleges that I have applied the reasons behind not choosing those is the facilities that I didn't found . The admission process was online; we needed to fill out our details through portals, and there was a specific verification date when we called regarding the verification of our application. After that, if everything was okay, then our admission was confirmed. Then, after a few months, standalone admission was introduced in my college, which helped many students get their pending admission.
