- Our college provides so many facilities other academics like student activity centre where each type of indoor game is available , 4 gyms are there we have 4 big stadiums, swimming pool and so many things.
- Our faculties are very good not only in academics but they help us and give us some great suggestion for our personal and professional life to get success in life.
- Our college placement graph is getting high again which is most important thing as a student to like in his college.
Dislikes
- Our college is 17 km far form the main city which is a very big drawback of our college because after 4:50 we don't have any safe transportation system available to go to the Sangrur.
- The quality of mess food of all the hostel of college is so bad.
- I don't like the 75% attendance criteria that much.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course because the placement of this course is very high and the thing that makes our college different from other colleges is its course curriculum our college believes in 60% theory and 40% practical knowledge where students learn real-life application and industry knowledge rather than learning the bookish language. We have two lab teacher available in each lab.
Placement Experience
from 7th-semester college students eligible for college placements. There are many local companies from Mohali, Chandigarh and national companies come to my college like Khanna mills, Mahindra,infosis and many more.the highest [ackage of my college is 18LPA and the median package is 4.5LPA . The graph of placements is increasing .
Fees and Financial Aid
we have to give fee per semester means after every 6 months we have to again do registration for new semester and the fee for per semester is 35,000 rupees, which is very less as compared to other not only private but the other govt. engineering colleges. adn yes scholarship is also provided in our college for those students whose families are not that financially stable and also for those who get good rank in their semester exam.
Campus Life
There are many clubs in my college like technical clubs, cultural clubs, and social clubs. Every year our college fest is named Madhuram and Techfest, in fests students also come from other colleges and enjoy and participate in events. A large collection of books in the college library in every department or domain and in the library every day 15 newspapers come. we have 5 big sports complex areas where we can play football, volleyball, cricket and other sports.our college also has NSS and NCC
Hostel Facilities
we get a three seater room in which every student has a chair, a study table, a bed, an Almeria and overall my hostel room is good enough and in 3rd,4th year we get a single room. The mess food is not that good the quality is ok. The menu for mess is seasonal and healthy. if anyone don't want a hostel he can rent a room or pg outside college
Admission
I get this college by my rank in JEE mains after giving my JEE mains I take part in CSAB counseling where I get admission to this college. In CSAB round 2 I got this college at a low rank compare to other colleges
Faculty
In 1 semester exams are taken 3 times whihc are minor 1 and minor 2 and the last major. the marking schemes are two minor of 15 marks and one quiz of 10 marks and 10 marks of assignmant and 50 marks of major which total is 100 marks.j and our faculties are very highly qualitifies . all faculties have done PHd and some new faculties are also doing theri research and some guest faculties are doing thesis. so all over the faculties of our college is our pride.
