Likes
- The campus area is good and it has two grounds.
- The staff is friendly and the teaching staff is also nice all the teachers teaching method is different but understandable.
- The extra curriculum activities are conducted in college. There are various days and festivals celebrated in collge in discipline.
Dislikes
- The library of college needs improvement as there is limited place to sit and the amount of books available is less.
Course Curriculum Overview
• I have chosen the course B.com according to my career aspect. • The teaching methods of every teacher is different but it is understandable. If any student does not get any point then they explain again. • The library area needs improvement as there are many students in library so sitting area is small so it needs to improve. Also the availability of books needs to increase.
Fees and Financial Aid
• The yearly fee structure of college is Rs.21,000. If you paid admission fees in one time payment you get discount and you need to pay Rs. 19,950. • You have to fill exam form fees separately which is not included in admission fees. • Sarhad College of Arts,Commerce and Science Scholarships are given to the deserving students. Several freeships and scholarships are available for SC, ST, OBC, VJ(A), NT(B) , NT(D), SBC, EBC or Minority category students.
Campus Life
• There are various activities conducted and festivals are conducted in college campus. • There are various books available in library but at limited amount. • Sports day is conducted and other extra curricular activities are conducted in campus. • Social groups,clubs and students portal are there they help to built their confidence.
Admission
• I have applied in other different colleges too. But did not get admission in it due to cut offs. • Then I selected this college as it is near my home at walking distance. • Admission process is quite good as it does not required any table round or cutoffs. • The overall admission experience was good.
Faculty
• The relationship between college faculty and students is quite good. • I like mostly the cultural faculty the most because the teachers are quite friendly. • The other faculties are also nice but I like the cultural faculty the most. • There are 2 semester exams helds in our college. The exams are conducted in proper manner. The papers are in the form that no one should fail but few students fail due to their behaviour.
Interview Experience
No I did not face any type of group discussions or test or any interview for admission process. The admission is open for call it does not have cuoffs. There is not any preparation for these rounds. You can get admission easily.
Night Life
• The college have hostel. • The locality of college is safe to roam around at night. Also near college there is police station if any problem is there you can ask for help. • There is not any type of gym,cafeterias in college.
