Course Curriculum Overview

3

Curriculum is suggested by VTU but it is not suitable for the current situation that is going on in the world . It lacks current requirements needed to get job . We will have semester exams for every 6 months and it is difficult to crack it or atleast get a good cgpa

Placement Experience

2

From 7th semester students are eligible for placemnts till now none of the companies have come for placements. Some of the companies that may come are tech mahindra etc the highest package till now is 11,00 00 and average is 3 lakh. Percentage of students placed are very low. I have decided to join a course outside after graduation

Fees and Financial Aid

Since this college comes under VTU the fees depends on it I belong to general category and my fees is 91k throughout four years , people who beling to other category also have same fees . If they come under snq quota it may be less.60k is tution fees, other 31k is alloted to other expenses

Campus Life

3

There is not a lot of fests that take place . The fests happen in the even semesters . Dj ,etnic day, college day takes place. Hackathon takes place in while . There was no club till now ,recently they have started cultural club . Still this did not make any difference since it just started

Admission

Since i wrote kcet and according to the rank i got ,i was suggested this college . This college gives admission to the people who have rank in the range 50k to 100000. Since i came in this range i got this colle if my rank was better i could get more good colleges and the admissions are done through the kea board

Faculty

4

We have almost 200 lecturers , who have done atleast mtech , some have even done phd . The student faculty ratio is 50:1. The teaching method is good. Exam is done according to VTU. So the question paper evaluation is done by them. It is little bit difficult to pass these exams

Night Life

3

Since the college is in the interior there is not much hangout spots. We have a collegr canteen that serves sverage food . There is iskon temple and forum mall near our college so this maybe students hangout spot. There is no night life in our college and locality is pretty safe to hangout in night

Placement Experience:

Excellent placement training and reputed companies visit the campus. I had received offers from three companies which reflects the quality of opportunities available. Placement is one of the college's biggest strength. Student with no backlog and good academic records will get easily placed.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The aspects like: we had 2 internal exams in the semester and after completing these internal exams roughly at the 5th month we had practical exam + end semester exams, these exams would be mainly theory based inclusing some conceptual based questions & based on our understanding only, we can able to write the answers. One thing, I would suggest was we shall give more weightage to the practical based learning, that too during our days we were just the beginning of AI & Iot era was effectively going on, if we had some advanced eductaion covering these aspects we would have got the opportunity to shine more in our carrers. As a student, we faced slight diffuclities and challenges matching the real-life happenings with the acdemics, that would be one of the shortcoming I can say.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I feel the curriculum is well planned, balanced and easy to follow. We start with the basics and along with theory there's a good amount of coding practice, assignments, and hands on learning. I like that the course isn't just about passing exams, it also focuses on building skills that will be useful later for internships and placements. So far it feels relevant, practical and not overwhelming for someone who's just starting out.
