Course Curriculum Overview

4

Statistics course is comprehensive and need for future and that was my major reason to choose it. The course has room for improvement as the frequency of workshops and guest sessions can increase and also giving guidance after ug is lacking a bit. The exams can be managed and they're pretty moderate level.

Internships Opportunities

4

There are many companies that come to hire for internship namely ferns n petals, deloitte, ukti, bharatFD, tapgro, LeadIn, Wellversed, apollo24/7, Grant thorton bharat, internshala etc. The position is mainly of sales execultive, junior associate, client servicing, marketing intern etc.

Placement Experience

4

The students can apply for internship in the first year or the second year itself, and for the placement, the student can sit in the third year onwards. Students are eligible to sit for placement after having a significantly higher attendance, good score and a great practical resume. as far as I have observed, most of the job offers are around 4 to 5 LPA. There are a number of companies that hire from the college and the students can also apply off campus if they have a good CV. Many small and big companies higher from here, for example ferns and petals, Deloitte, bookMyShow, accenture and many more. The highest, and the lowest packages have not been disclosed clearly, and the percentage of students has also not been declared clearly. As far as I know the placement rate is pretty decent If the person has a good resume, which can be anything around 70 to 80%. My plans after getting the degree are not crystal clear to me, but I plan on doing masters in the same field from a good university, maybe abroad and then make a career ahead. Meanwhile, I also plan on doing several internships to build my resume and learning both hard and soft skills.

Fees and Financial Aid

Year wise fees is 25500 when i joined. There's a cpllege canteen which provides decent food. All amenities are present and there hostels nearby. Scholarships are available on basis of merit and reservation too. The other charges include the charges for semester end exams. And that's all you have to pay

Campus Life

5

There are 2-3 major fest that take place in the campus year around. The one I remember goes by the name, Josh, which takes place every year. There are tests that take place during New Year or Diwali or small gatherings that happen whenever festivals are nearing. Society. Culture of the college is very diverse and great in its own. There are dedicated society for different fields, For example: consultancy , finance, art Society, dance Society, et cetera. Other than this There are competitions that take place on a regular basis.

Admission

I choose this college because of good reputation in my field and good hands on experience in the particular industry. It provides variety of Opportunities and faculty expertise. I got this college after filling my preference list for CUET and this is the best college I could get for the course I wanted to choose. Though this college is new, but it is really good in providing all the amenities required for all the particular courses. Admission process was very smooth and straightforward in which, after finalising the college which I got According to my preference list, I just had to pay the course fees and then the orientation took place. This is the best college I could get on the basis of my CUET marks. I scored a very average score. If my score would have been higher, I would have gotten a better college so that is my reason of getting this college.

Faculty

4

The batch size is around 40 for my course, the ratio is 1 teacher for each subject. Lab classes regularly take place and internal exams also take place properly. It depends on the course but if one attends classes regularly they can pass all exams. All teachers are good with the topic they teach

Night Life

4

to be honest, I have not explored the night life a lot as I don't reside in the hostels nearby. However, I don't know about the locality nearby. There are a lot of cafes, which one can visit to spend a good time. Some of the examples are third wave coffee, subway, burger king etc. campus timings are usually 8 am to 5 pm but one can stay longer if there's some activity going on. Yes the locality is very safe as it's mostly residential area nearby.

I will rate the course curriculum 8/10. I like the labs specially they are modern with well equiped systems. According to me I suggest to improve the course structure to include more practical based learning instead of theory. Overall course is good.

I think that the course curriculum is good and well managed . The curriculum has all necessary subjects related to our course as well as all other necessary subjects like human values and basic ethics. I find our course curriculum is apt for our course . Thought their is a lag for more practical learning and skills. It will be better if they add more practical learning.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The syllabus of Electronics Hons and Electrical Engineering is same but makes it different is how we perceive it. We study the syllabus with theoretical aspects while the engineers with practical aspects. We have a chance to opt for the 4th year, which only comprises of Research. One of the optionals is Generic Elective and if you take GE from same department for all semesters, you will attain a minor degree. The Faculties and whole curriculum is great but the other optionals require improvement. The other optionals only make the Student Life hectic, that stumbles the Student's focus from Course track.

The highest package as per my knowledge is 13 lakhs and the average here is 6 lakhs. Sorry for the inconvenience but I don't have any knowledge regarding the job profile given. The placement percentage changes every year depending upon the respective batch. My planning after the course is either placement otherwise my prime goal CSE.
