Course Curriculum Overview
For extra curricular activities. There is a special societies for the commerce student named Aakrya, which helped student to enhance their skills and to get the exposure of the corporate world. They also get companies on board and help student to get internships and placement opportunities. The exams are not too difficult. You just need to go through the syllabus that you have been provided.
Internships Opportunities
The college provide internship opportunity, mainly for BCom student, and the profile offered are mainly HR, marketing, sales. The typing provided is around 12 to 14,000 for two months. You should have great communication skills, and other soft skills to crack the interview
Placement Experience
Students are eligible for sitting in the placement round in the last Semester of the course. The minimum criteria to sit in any company for placement is to have a decent CGPA during the overall semester, which is around 6 to 7 CGPA. The average package offered is around 3 to 4LPA.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees for the whole course is around 30,000 approximately 10,000 per year. The course is quite affordable in comparison to other colleges. And the University also provide various kind of scholarship to the students like PMSSS for the students who are from Jammu Kashmir and many other scholarships on the basis of marks and category
Campus Life
My overall experience is great in the college. There are a lot of things happening simultaneously regarding the academics and cultural events. I get to learn a lot of new things during the course. There are a number of societies and clubs in the college for extra curricular activities like 3PS, Rotaract club etc.
Admission
The college is quite a affordable. The locality of the college is also good, and you will get the exposure to the outside world, hence, I choose this college. The criteria for admission is done on the basis of 12th marks, but nowadays they accept only CUET score for the admission in various courses.
Faculty
The faculty members are very experienced and helpful. They will guide you throughout the course. The course is divided into a three year program with two semester. In each year. The level of difficulty of the exam is moderate. You have to choose your subjects in each semester.
Night Life
Yes, the college have the library and cafeteria but do not have any gym. no, the college does not provide hostel facilities to its student, although they can find affordable PG and flats around the College area. There are a number of places to visit near the College like Malviya market hose, Khas Village and Green Park area also
