Course Curriculum Overview
The course syllabus and also the brand value of being a Delhi University student influenced me. The curriculum will surely teach you real world applications as teachers will ask you to invest in stocks to understand the market. The areas where it could be improved are like making classes more interactive and not cancelling classes at the end moment. The frequency and timings both are giod as the paper gaps you will be get will be of 4,5 days, so if you haven't started yet so can study from the beggining.
Fees and Financial Aid
40000 is the fees for each year. Also you will get chance to avail fee concession every year. According to categiry your fees grts reduced 40000 is for General category students One scholarship will be offered from Delhi University for students with family income less than 5lpa One another scholarship will also ve offered to students where you need to give the interview and accordingly your fees will be deducted.
Campus Life
We have 3 fest Karwaan college fest in the month of February Departmental fest Iidaira during October Spardhaa sports fest during February Library is of 3 floors and has good amount and good quality of books Classrooms have sufficient benches and white board and spacious Sports is being offered as you can practice it daily in the morning also during sports fest you get chance to represent your college Tes there their any many socities like dance drama social work and music socities which you can join it helps students ti become better versions of themselves
Admission
I applied for Shaheed Sukhdev and Rajguru because only these 2 college offer this course But fortunately or may be unfortunately i didn't get Sukhdev because i couldn't clear the cutoff. You need to give CUET exam English maths and General test and after results you need to register yourself on DU website. Eligibility is to be a student of class 12. Cutoff is a bit high but overall you can easily crack this exam by studying ncerts.
Faculty
The faculty us good but most of the professors are Guest teachers and tey keep on changing every year. The best faculties we have is our Hod and Teacher incharges for sure. All are good. Exams are easy you have internals and externals exams. Both are easy. So everyone has to give 2 Internals and 2 external for each subject in 1 year. 98% of the students pass the exam. The course curriculum is good and seems relevant.
Interview Experience
No there was no group discussion or interview required to get admission in Delhi University. You just need to give a exam called CUET to get admission in Delhi University only your cutoff of cuet will be seen
Night Life
Gym is good Cafeteria has bas hygiene Library is good And overall campus is good but cleanliness needs to be maintained Hostel fimings is 8pm Best hangout places, you can chill and sit in ground whereas you can also go ti mac market for eating snacks its just a 2min walk from our college, also it is safe at night too
