Entrance Preview

I took SRMEEE and got a call with a rank of around 9000. Heard about the infrastructure and the fantastic placement records they hold.

Internships Opportunities

I did my internship from Voltas Limited and Garden reach ship builders. I was not offered any stipend as I opted for these, not through our college reference.

Placement Experience

5

SRM University is not wrong when they boast of 100% placements. I could not get placed initially when the companies started recruiting. But there was a long list of recruiters and you can be rest assured of a job in your fourth year.

College Events

5

Starting from Baha, to other tech events, maths olympiads, etc SRM had it all. Celebrated every event like holi, diwali, eid, christmas etc. Flag hoisting during independence day was a must watch.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure was 1.5 lakhs for 2009-2013. Heard the fee structure has increased. But you can recover the cost of education within 3 years as the companies that come for recruiting pay a fairly decent package.

Fees and Financial Aid

I have no clue about this section as I have neither applied for loan, nor was I eligible for scholarships.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is fairly relevant and comprehensive, covering both theoretical concepts and practical applications. It provides a good foundation for technical knowledge, but including more industry-oriented projects, hands-on training, and updated technologies would make it even better for future career opportunities.
