Remarks

The College is simple and humble. No negative comments , though sone shortcomings regarding the infrastructure are often felt.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

The College follows the curriculum prescribed by the University of Delhi. The curriculum is vital and regularly updated accordingly . The recent update has been in the year 2019 itself for the CBCS courses. Du colleges aren't known for their research , however , this one is an exception . There is a summer research fellowship named ELITE too. You get served according to your needs .

Placement Experience

2

The scene of internships is not that depressing. The College has a dedicated entrepreneurship cell and also a placement cell. Commerce grafuates earn a humble package of approximately 3lakh INR per annum right after graduation. The College is bustling with internships, contact the concerned department for the same. You can easily avail INSA or ELITE fellowship.

College Events

5

Though the college has a small campus , all the events are celebrated with full fervour. Fresher's party , Farewell and the College fest , leiothrixx are some to be listed. There are departmental fests and talks organised by renowned people too who are the best in their fields. They all are scheduled from time to time.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees are very nominal , approximately 7-10 k for all the courses. Since the College does not boast of a hostel , you will have to look out for them in the govindpuri area. Although , they are plenty as many students come from far off places. The canteen charges are Very nominal .

Fees and Financial Aid

The College provides plethora of scholarships and they are department specific. On top of that , you can avail scholarships awarded by the university too.

Campus Life

3.5

The campus life is happening , there is almost one or two events going on at every instant. The College boasts of SPIE chapter , which is an international organisation for optics and electronics . Faculty from foreign universities visit now and then. People are humble and you won't find the flashy crowd of the university here. Age ratio is balanced except for the department of biology , where girls are on the heavier front.

Alumni/Alumna

The College teachers have links all over the world. Also , the alumni network is growing rapidly with most of the students being in Germany and the UK . It is of a great help when looking for internships and guidance.

Admission

The college accepts students through the centralised DU cutoff that they keep updating on www.du.ac.in during the admission period. The cut-offs are accepted from one to until all the seats are fulfilled. Detailed information regarding this can be found on the College website. You would have to take a print out of your college-specific form from the website and submit it at college along with your 12th and 10th standard certificates. Do take your category certificate if required.

Faculty

5

The faculty in the college are some of the best people throughout DU. Almost every department has a teacher or two who have been awarded prizes for being the best teacher in in the university. Contrary to the general norm , teachers here are really vested in the betterment of the children and always go out of their way to help them out.

I will rate the course curriculum 8/10. I like the labs specially they are modern with well equiped systems. According to me I suggest to improve the course structure to include more practical based learning instead of theory. Overall course is good.

Placement Experience:

Students of 6th sem are eligible for the campus selection process. Our course also have placement programs. Some companies that visit here are TCS, Wipro and few more the no of offers made depend upon the performance of student in the placement cell. The highest package as per my knowledge is 13 lakhs and the average here is 6 lakhs. Sorry for the inconvenience but I don't have any knowledge regarding the job profile given. The placement percentage changes every year depending upon the respective batch. My planning after the course is either placement otherwise my prime goal CSE.
