Remarks
There are both positive comments as well as negative comments. The positive is that the college provides is the best teaching environment and also other extra curricular activities like clubs etc and the campus placements are also good. The negative comment is about the infrastructure of the college which could be made more better.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course which I am studying is bachelor of engineering under the branch computer science. The college environment is good and the faculty is also good and the teaching is very appreciable. The course offers more on the software technique. About the exam structure it involves three internal Exams and one main exam which is used to calculate grade obtained.
Placement Experience
The job opportunities and placements is really quite good. Every year around 30 companies visit our college for various engineering branches. In the last year about 300 students were available of job opportunities. The internship is not provides but our college.
College Events
Jamboree,malnad fest these are some of the events which are celebrated in our college. The jamboree is the main college function which includes sports, cultural events among various branches. There will be singing and dancing during the function. The other function is related to other technical competitions.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee is feasible where the fees costs about 56,000 rupees. It can be balanced by the students and their parents. The fee structure involves the examination fees, college maintenance fees and other tuition fees.
Fees and Financial Aid
The best known scholarship that can be availed by the college is the Vidyasiri scholarship. It provides the scholarship of average amount 19,000 rupees. This will be provided to background class students.
Campus Life
The extra curricular activities are very appreciable by the lecturers. The college also provide financial support for the project which are designed but the students and which are useful for the society. The labs are very clean and good for conducting experiments. Sports is also included in the semester subjects so that every week the students could play freely.
Alumni/Alumna
The alumni networks is very huge for our college. Every year there will be meetings between the alumni and the students where they discuss about their path in their careers and also motivate the students by their words.
Admission
Common entrance test is the one way of admission for this college. The exam is provided by the Karnataka government under the test name common entrance test. The other way of admission is by the management seat where you pay certain amount for private seats whose cost is usually more than the government seat.
Faculty
Our college faculty is very good in behaviour and also in terms of teaching the subjects. They usually encourage students and also provide confidence about both study related and also about the extra curriculum and other projects. So I admire them very much.
