when i started college. no much events are organized. but when i reached to 2nd year of my college, we started to celebrate many events. we have started with ROARING SREZ carnival. that lasts for 15 days. sports, dance, singing and all other activities is covered in this. then we celebrated techfest, then robofest. and too may others as well. at last we organized adhisthana, and that is open gate for all college students from GUJARAT state. we did campaign for this event as well. even i was one of that. so overall great experience.

There is very good exam structure in GTU, seat and numbers are allocated by GTU, and placements is like 2 students in 1 bench. and the person beside is from different branch, every year GTU gives different seat numbers to students. kind of shuffle they did. supervisors are not from our college as well. GTU also set supervisors from different college in order to stop cheating and this is good thing i can say.

There are two ways for Admission into LPU. 1: Then fill in all the required details like your basic info, Academic Info, what course you are interested in and type of room you want to stay etc... Then it redirects to payment page. then pay a partial advance fee. Then you will get a message saying that you are admission was done successfully into LPU. then they will call you what is the up coming process that needs to be done. 2:Visiting campus and going to admission team then they will look after everything to get admission into LPU.

I would categorize faculty into two types 1:Experienced 2:Freshers Experienced: There are less faculties who are much experienced, But they know the topics and Subject in much depth. They used to tech in a different way.Freshers: They are simply passed outs of B-Tech or M-Tech in LPU itself, Their way of teaching was worst. They used to read what is present in the Books.

Our College lacks any serious educational intent or resources. it is more towards networking and getting to know the people of your city and neighborhood. there is very little od System which is followed. no timelines. no indictment towards detail. no up gradation of skills. no teaching to be proactive and most of all. NO GUIDING THE STUDENTS TO FOCUS ON THE WORK AT HAND

The main Event that happens is the Christmas celebration or the Christmas fun week, with competitions every day leading towards the final day annual Event with a proper outdoor stage, sound, lights, audio visuals and generators. all the performances are internal and the prizes and trophies, sponsored.

The campus life in the college is wonderful. There is no discrimination on the basis of gender, ethnicity, religion, politics , or economic standards. There is a sense of unity among the students of all subjects and years. A lot of extracurricular activities take place in the campus like story writing compitition, sports , cricket tournaments, indoor and outdoor games, quiz compititions, cultural programs and many more. Life outside the classroom is never dull.

Regular events are celebrated in the college both by the individual departments and the students union. The events celebrated are independence day, republic day, saraswati puja, holi, chrismas, etc. The events are celebrated by the teachers, students, staff members alike and the atmosphere of the celebration is wonderful. This provides a much needed break and refreshment from the monotonous studies and also strenthens the bond between students and teachers.

This is a tricky part. Well I would say that most of the faculty are well informed and qualified and are dedicated to the betterment of the students. It's just that the students would have to be in constant touch with the teachers as the students have to understand that the teachers in the college are professionals who are working and will be busy with their respective work.

The gender ratio was healthy. The ratio of girls was more to boys. Extracurricular activities are encouraged but academics is prime. The students are quite helpful to one another but there is the usual politics that is present everywhere. It all comes down to your skills and personality and there is a lot to learn in the process.

The gender ratio unlike most other colleges that do not offer architecture is generously in favour of females. There are about 40 girls per 20 boys in every class. Parties are subject to class interests such as my class celebrates anniversary and a few other occasions together. The atmosphere is very liberal. There have been no records of any sort of discrimination since I joined the college.

The permanent faculty is well qualified. Visiting professors would keep on changing with different subjects. Standards are raised as compared to other colleges but they might improve further as the college plans. The faculty is easily accessible and ever ready to provide guidance in not only matters related to academics but also extra curriculars and personal.

Faculties are very enthusiastic and interested in the respective subject. You have internal faculties which do the actual marking on your assignments. Then you also have visiting faculties who are specialised in various topics related to the subjects, who come to the college to guidance through lectures and seminars.

The campus is beautiful. People are helpful. Some teachers are wonderful. The college is safe with CCTVs installed everywhere. It will transform one's life. But you got to spend more to enjoy more as they say there are nofree lunches in this world.

I had to clear NATA and score the required marks in +2 examinations with Science subjects. I had an interest for studying Architecture. Getting the subject at a prestigious institution like om dayal group of institution was a great opportunity for me.

It’s a ragging free campus. The infrastructure . The computer department lab is also good with PC's of good quality. The college has a , a gym, e-library, a big playground and a basketball court. Wi-Fi is available to students at all times.

This college welcomes all students who wants to give their best,work harder for their future lives .Not all students are ready to do this,so they are being disqualified from the process.All the deserving students are given admission to the college as per rules and regulations.

College has a great library where students sit and study peacefully.Students can find a lot of books as per their requirement in the library and study greatly and prepare themselves for exams and their final semesters.

Internships are very much necessary for further corporate life.In order to gain more and more experience,one is supposed to do internships.Through the help of these internships,one gets to know more about the outside world,how they are supposed to work,etc.etc.

Admission to the college is done in various ways.The management Quota of the college is also great and very helpful.Any problem the students face ,they are ready to help them in any possible ways.Administration system works very well indeed.

I personally got admission here in this college by the help of my relative.The college is very famous and people from all over India knows about it.They told me about it that how I can get an admission here and the rest of the things.I am thankful to them to show me the right guide.

A canteen is also provided by the college for the refreshment of the students.Students gather themselves and engage themselves in various social interaction which takes place between people .Various food is available there where students eat and enjoy.

This is the major advantage which has the biggest full-time available teaching faculty with great experience and dedication who have so much to give and easily approachable. These 5 years can easily make you a extroverted person as it involves a lot of discussion and sharing and expressing of ideas and creativity.

There are is a great diversity in male an female students as it is a course favored by both genders so its not gender-specific people come for different backgrounds with different experiences and it is a pretty decent exposure. Campus life is pretty happening although the infrastructure quiet the expected

there is no discrimination on the basis of caste, gender, race , religion, etc. There are ample opportunities for extra curricular activities and cultural societies such as dramatics, dance section, music section etc. which provides students with platform to showcase and further enhance their talent.

Campus placement is almost 100%. All renowned multinational and other Indian companies visit the campus. All IT companies such as westin electromech,hero,maintech,come for placements. Electronics firms, Oil companies, you name it and it is there on the campus.

Faculty is very qualified with few professors having immense amount of experience and knowledge. Though now, a recruitment of a young team have helped creating a balance between experienced and young energy. They are quite keen towards the development of the students and very supportive even in small personal problems. The quality of the faculty improved with time during my stay in the college.

Many student got placed this year to the best of my knowledge. From architecture branch, many were placed in different fields like consultation and business development, software development, etc. According to their interest with a package of around 8-12 lpa. Many were also placed in core companies with an average package of 5-7 lpa.

Events are being organized in a very grand way in this college.Students tend to enjoy themselves a lot during this interval of time.The events are organized by the members of the college and everyone seems to spend quality times with each other.

The internship facilities provided by the college are indeed vast and numerous.Students get a lot of opportunities here in order to prove their abilities and talent and skills.It is the best platform for a student to show case their talents!!

There were a lot of job opportunities in 2004 as a lot of independent architecture studios were practicing all across India. The starting package was Rs 15000-20000 per month in 2004. A lot of Multinational companies also established their offices in the Country there after so the market was opened further for fresh candidates.

Campus life was very chilled out all five years. Gender ratio was 50-50. Work life was hectic and mostly group works along with personal design assignments so the students were very cooperative with each other and formed great bond with each other barring any gender, race, caste or gender issues.

Campus is safe and much friendly and all activities are celebrated students are always friendly and no mis understand takes place the gender ratios is almost 2:1 for boys and girls and all student cant get hostel rooms.

The exams are conducted by the school itself as the school and the exams will be announced well in advance and dates are normally not altered unless some emergency is there the exams are with study leave before start

College is quite active in co-curricular activities although most of them pertain to design and construction. College parties are highly refreshing and entertaining. For enthusiasts of different fields, there are options to indulge in other schools of the university. University has teams for all sports and other fields

Since architecture offices are small to medium sized (5-50 persons) there are very few campus placements. However, all students secure jobs within 1-2 months of graduation in the metro cities or tier-2 cities.Salaries vary from 2.5 lacs to 4.5 lacs depending on the nature of work taken up by the employee

The Tech Fest was called E.N.G.I.N.E.E.R. A number of colleges participated in this Inter-college festival , and we had evens like Tech Nites, Robot Wars, which was every Nerd's dream. The Cultural fest was called Incident, and this was the more popular one. We had dance, drama, arts and fashion show. There were people from various colleges ready to walk the ramp on our college, which is no small feat. Apart from these two, there was the three day Intra-college fest called Crescendo which was awesome as well.

The gender ratio was quite less, about 20 girls in a class of 100 if I'm accurate. We had only one Girls hostel, whereas 9 Hostels for Guys. Plenty of opportunities in every field were available, like NCC, Cricket and Football team tryouts, debates. Labs were in plenty as well. The major projects in the Final year encouraged the students to participate in Robotics , Learn about new technologies like IOT and Machine Learning languages etc.

Labs and workshops are the major source of inspiration in pursuing Engineering, as they provide the best source of practical exposure. The students of OmDayal College of Engineering have the benefit of exemplary facilities with heavy investment which are generally and rarely available. Every department lab and workshop helps the students to have a wide industrial exposure, under the close supervision of expert faculty.

Numbers of girls in electrical, civil and mechanical are less as compared to the girls in other branches and courses. No politics here, if any student tries to become much smarter, college will give him/her internal back..kiddin'. Yes our college is very strict and discipline is their first moto.
