Placements and job opportunities are good in SJCE.Especially for circuit branches CS/IS/EC will get good job offerings from reputed companies like Microsoft,Google, Oracle, Cisco etc.,Non Circuit branch will also get good opportunity but less than circuit branch studeannum. More than 100 companies come to SJCE to hire the students,Companies are divided into Mass,Core and Dream companies based on package they offer and college-Company relationship, Mass companies offer approximately 3.5 lakh/annum,Core companies about 4-5lakh/annum and dream companies offer more than 10 lakh/annum.

SJCE is a Government Aided College till 2016,and now Its JSS technical university From 2017 onwards and I have taken Karnataka CET in 2012 and got decent rank in State level to get into EEE Branch,All branches are good in SJCE and I interested in Circuit branches So chose the EEE Branch which I can get Easily. There is no interview direct admission once seat alloted by KEA.

The study tours and trips were also organised by the university which helped us to interact with faculty and other students. The study events like quiz competitions, debates, group discussion, expert guidance, project presentation, and get together's well also arranged by students. The campus of university was beautiful it was spread over few hundreds of acres. overall the balance with gender was seen throughout the department and also with hostels. There was also a strict rule and law for ragging cases from university and government as well.

After Bachelors degree there was an entrance test for getting admission to this university. The syllabus for this entrance was CSAT and bachelor's degree portion. After entrance there was merit based on reservation. To get the admission 55 to 60 marks would be considered as safer side and I was on the edge, and merit was of 70 plus. There were rounds for admission based on the capacity of class, 3 rounds would full fill the it. for the round there was a personal interview and document verification and admission was confirmed.

The course structure is according to pune university. Yes it is focused on research. The syllabus is focused in detail of the topic. How to start research what are the ways. How to present all things are elaborated in simple manner. I would like to say that the course assessment is good and teachers are very co-operative.

Gender ratio, according to me gender ratio is 1:1. Campus life is free healthy. One can focus on his choice like sport, singing, music, etc. while studying. College environment is free and tolerant. One can express himself freely. Events are soul of this college it supports students to participate in events.

Admission on the basis of marks in best 4 subjects . Admission process was very convenient . Just brought the required documents , got them verified and paid the fees . Hardly took 2 hours . Members carrying out the process helped a lot . Seniors of the college were also there and they also helped us so that the admission process can be carried out smoothly and without any problems

There are a plethora of events taking place in the college throughout the year . Annual fest 'Yuvaan', Commerce fest 'Crusade', Electonics fest 'Electrozeal', Sports meet, Youth divas, Departments fests, Societies competition etc, Internship fair, Dance and singing competitions, Workshops related to academics , Self-defense classes for girls

Mahotsav is the fest one of the biggest in south India held in our college.Vignan Mahotsav, the institution's annual and national level youth festival is a unique initiative undertaken to promote & showcase the innate talents possessed by budding professionals not only across engineering colleges of A.P.but from neighbouring states as well. The brand objectives of this annual youth fest is to provide a competitive platform (through a wide gamest of events both technical & non technical) for a stimulated exchange of knowledge, skills & culture among students of various colleges, and thereby develop them into harmonious and proactive individuals. A galore of events is brought forth through Vignan Mahotsav, under categories of Sports & Games, Technical Tryst, Literary Rendezvous, Fine Arts and Cultural Masti. With handsome cash prizes worth more than ten lakh rupees being on offer, event is most awaited and it draws a participation of more than 20,000 students from various Engineering Colleges across the country. A unique feature of the Mahotsav is that the entire event right from planning to execution is takenup by various student committees .

The college was quite strict about dress code . Girl studentswere not much allowed to wear western clothes . The girls and boy ratio is somewhat around 60:40 except mechinal stream as they have mostly boys in mechical stream. There are great labs for research which opens for quite long time good grounds to play and good cultural activity hub.

Sorry I am not aware of much about scholarship as it is mostly offered to the person student who topped in the classes and I was not the one. Well, There were some schlorship being provided to needy students that was. Being decided by the teachers and head of department to whom they give . As every stream as its own .

Summer internships at University give students a head start as compared to their peers from other universities. Students of GNA University are placed in some of the leading industrial houses. So many companies came to our university like: Airtel, Vodafone, Wipro, Genpact, TATA, Infosys, Cipla, Pidilite, ICICI Bank etc etc.

Auditorium is a multi-use hall with wonderful acoustics and a warm and welcoming ambience. It is a perfect venue for musical, dance, theatre and other performances, as well as lectures, conferences and graduation ceremonies.

I have opted for ECE . I am an average student. But the teaching method here is not ordinary. The lecturer in the institution are amazing. They don't teach ordinary. They bring one or two good company . And most of the people are placed with off campuses. People have already been placed in the top organization. Though college tries its best to bring on campus. But no lucky yet. Hope with last 8 years there is some improvement in this bucket.

nothing special events in our college. they are not give importance to the events. bacause that is the govenment college. that time when we have studied in that college that college started two years before m only.so nothing special events there.they are not organaised any special events.

The faculty or teachers are over head weighted persons. comparing male faculty female faculties are over head weighted persons. they don't respect students. but they are expecting over respect from students. they are teaching is average. not good. but they have a over confidence.

I was not much interested to go out of home town and i got pretty good reviews about PDIT and I joined as a management payed student. Initially they gave me a time slot as first they preferred the free seat students and later some time they called me and informed about the availability. then the further process happend discussion about the final fee.

i feel this college as my main guru in my life. i learn't lot of things here which is the result where i am now. studies, friendship, respecting, patience, helping each other, unity, economics, life. college don't have outstanding facilities in all the aspects but have enough quality were once can come in and achieve something in life.
