When we left college, the call center boom started and almost everyone who did not go for further studies joined a call center with a good enough package for those days. But to get really good corporate jobs, additional masters degrees were essential. Again, not sure if this have changed in the last 14 years.

For junior college, SSC results are used. We fill forms and wait for the shortlist. For BCom, we get direct admission from junior college. I don't know if the system has changed now. Process was smooth but stressful. Maybe for students joining from outside the junior college the system will be different.

The selection of this college is going through EAMCET exam that we are after completion of intermediate and the selection process goes under the circulation of government of Andhra Pradesh. First we are got the maximum marks in entrance exam.

It's very good environment I feel really awesome for got sear in this college. Its very environment to learn subject and comfortable with seniors there is no ragging in my campus.

College faculty was talented enough their way of teaching was as simple as possible moreover the nature they provided is was quite friendly Campus life was awesome we stayed to spend our time after college in the campus itself gender ratio you can judge from the fact that college had 3 hostels for boys despite a very big hostel for girls as big as that it can beat boys hostels too extracurricular activities were quite gud every event was organised at state or national level.

Gender ration was around 40-60 women and men lab and Library is really good they have limited sports option within campus although. However they have these clubs - marketing, HR, communication, finance etc which is student driven. There was not much ragging at my time. It took place initially but soon they took strict actions against it. Cultural activities are plenty. There is not politics within student groups. The management is too strict at times regarding monetary fine and timelines.

Since it was recession time, very limited companies came to the campus and those who got placed initially were lucky and rest of the batch had to struggle. I think 50-60 percent were placed by the campus. Companies that came - ICICI Securities, EnY, Genesis, Deloitte, Redington Package was also less as compared to previous batches. Avg salary was 20k per month.

Here no entrance exam and that is why this is great college and study is very good here some course available ba llb bba llb and llb also here and the staff and teacher is very helpful nature and here sports game and competition organized time to time.

There were two levels of entrance tests. First one being a mix of Analytical ability with creative/sketching skills. After clearing this, there was a situation test where in we were supposed to create a 3D model using plastic sheets threads and straws in a given time frame using our imagination and visualization skills. Based on these two we got our rank and were called in for counseling sessions to select among-st different course options & centers.

Only Army brats are eligible to apply for this college. the candidate must be pursuing intermediate or have passed intermediate exam . On the month of December the forms will be available in official website of college. one have to fill the form for written test. then college will send admit card for written examination. Written exams are held in the month of April. in written exam they ask questions from basic math, science, english, general knowledge, current affairs, and general science. After that the result will be announced in the official website of Army institute of hotel management. they will announce the the names of top 60 candidates. according to merit list top 60 will be selected from all over India. Once get selected one will get a joining letter from college in which one have to make a demand draft of registration fee. And have to send the acceptance letter to the college after that college will send the joining date along with receipt of fee deposited by you. On joining date you have to submit your all educational documents and other documents related. They will provide you the hostel room and your college I'd card.

Every year we will organise two functions.one function in even semester (induction) and other in odd semester (technotryst). Two hands on workshop will be organised every year in which students from all colleges attend. I took the exam of UIIT entrance straight away and then i scored 129 in it,i did not opt for any other exam as such because it was located in my home town only and further it was a government institute i had a nag for cse since my high school days and since the cost of batch is quite high in private colleges hence it was a good deal to study from UIIT shimla in cse trade further i also have a chance to be a freelancer.

The faculty is highly learned and experienced some of them are permanent and some are guest ones and they are on contractual basis the faculty is interested and regular classes take place everyday with 6 day week and students are required to be present in collage in order to have a minimum percentage of 75 in context to attendance the faculty here is having a minimum qualification of Ph.D in case of permanent ones.

I have passed my diploma in CSE from CIT, Assam. afterwards I have came here (MACET- Maulana Azad College of Engineering & Technology) for doing B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE). So I have taken admission in the college by ,lateral entry, for that i was not required to give any entarance examination. I had filled the admission form and submitted the required documents and submitted the fees. That's all. I have got admitted in B.tech for CS.

The Course curriculum was good, but I think it needs to be upgraded and should follows the latest course curriculum. It follows the curriculum of Magadh University, which is outdated. Its good curriculum, but I think it needs to be updated. And some latest and new technology aspire should be included, so that the students should get more benefits and stand ahead in the race of real world.

The teaching staff at TSEC is good and well-qualified. They have proper knowledge about the subject. Teaching abilities, however, vary from professor to professor and depending on your luck, you may get excellent or average teachers. Lectures are communicated in English. All the teachers are extremely friendly and sharing an amazing rapoort witht the students.

Thadomal Shahani Engineering College (TSEC) is a renowned college so placements are definitely good. All the good companies place students with decent salaries. TCS, Infosys, and Accenture are the major recruiters offering an average salary of Rs. 2.8-3 lac/year with highest salary even reaching a whopping Rs. 11.3 lac/year. In short, 100% placements.

There are many events celebrated in our college such as in first year we have freshers day,and in second year we have onam and christmas celebrations, in the third year we have a grand tech fest and cultural fest which was a wonderful and big days for us we hosted the techfest kapricious with highly variety programs there were participants from other colleges and coming to the last year we are going to host an international grand tech fest with joining hands with iits.

Our course curriculum is actually elaborated such that it contains 10 subjects and 2 labs in first year and 6 subject and 2 labs upto 4th year all are interdepartmental subjects such as maths, IT, electronics, electrical, automobile etc i opted for mechanical engineering because i want to go for higher studies in marine engineering the elective paper i took was automobile engineering it was good to study the parts of an automobile such as cars and bikes.

BBA in ipu is focused more on research work. You have prepare reports, project and all. Where as papers are like more of theoretical then practical. In subjects like accounts there is more of theory then practical sadly. Mark structure consist of 25 marks for internals and 75 for external paper held outside college at ipu centers every semester.

Since our college is affiliated with ggsipu university we have a feasible fees of about 60000-70000 per year i.e for 2 semester and BBA os for 3 years. So at a rough 2.1 lacs for 3 years. As compared to colleges like amity whose fees is 10-12 lacs it s more feasible and provides quality education.

Faculty are helpful and in majority chill some may not agree with chill part but rest are ok marks wise cse department is very cool enjoy the stay and bunking are frequent college faculty are nice (leaving a very few) however you have to prepare on your own for majority of subjects.

160000 is overall fee for one year 34000 hostel fee 6000-7000 pocket money will suffice hostel fee is 40000 rupees for one year and monthly we should pay 3000 rupees for mess food is very good class rooms are very good and the college gives all the facilities to read.

Here placement is rare. if they arrange the placement salary may be very low. only local companies are arrived they recruit the students but not given offer letter if offer letter given they are not called even after five to six months the college placement only arrange for the information technology related campus drive this was not use for other department like eee, civil, mech.

Exam are conducted strictly lab facility was not bad every day class test was conducted as one subject per day for all days inn the week the answer paper given on next day the result was also recorded and monitored if any failure to attend the exam or not well score attain by the student they have to attend re - exam until they pass the exam.

Its very good. Faculty is good they give u full freedom to you. So you can live as per your wish. There is no spoon feeding here education is completely independent. And this college is autonomous so you need to maintain good discipline here. And that's all about institution.

I wrote ecet 2014 and got a good rank and joined in the college. Similarly as other engineering courses after diploma and attended councelling and verification and later web option entry and finally joined in the college. It's coll atmosphere here

This college is near by my home so i processed for admission. Also i interact with some seniors who belongs from my side they gave fabulous response to me. So it is the story to get admitted in the college. I tried my best get admitted in such kind of college.

The newspaper article stated a date to come to the NIIT office in gurgaon and all the formalities were to be completed there itself. On arrival to their office, we were asked to fill out the admission process application form which had all our academic details.We were told to get our original certificates to and a set of xerox, which were attached with our application form. There was a written interview of MCQ for 1 hr, and the selected candidates were asked to wait further for the verbal interview. The verbal interview was with the course proffessor who asked us about any projects we have worked with and other general GIS related question. Once that was over we were sent home and were told we would be told the results via mail.

The faculty is well knowledgeable about this course. This course being new and upcoming there are more innovative ways to teach, which the faculty uses. There is external professors taking a few seminars, if not physically, but through skype. There are physical activities where we were told to do digitization by ourselves withing the campus. Since the faculty is available on campus, help is always available. The study and homework is not textbook limited, but more research oriented, which allows the student to think on their own lines. The faculty is always available to guide us with out research work. I think the teach methodology keeps the students engulfed.
