I passed out of this college in 2005. I got through the internal assessment with respect to marks scored in Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science in 12th State Board Exam. The interview process involves the evaluation of the prospective student and the future goals on completion of the course. I chose this college because of the infrastructure, faculty and encouragement to extra curricular activities.
The course curriculum includes theoretical and practical exposure. Field trips to various industries will kindle the thought process and know the opportunities in the real world. Tech fests are also actively held and participated. New technology experiments are also done in the state of the art laboratories.
Faculty of the college was very experienced, knowledgeable and pioneers in their own field of teaching. Gust lectures were arranged every Sunday with industry veterans or successful high profile people. Most of the faculty members are IMM / IIT passouts and also teach at these institutes currently. Moreover, each student was assigned a faculty member who would be a mentor in addition to having a mentor in the candidate's organization. Generally this mentor would be someone very senior and high up in the ranks in the organization.
The Exam structure was very innovative. Some of the exams were open book exams. Generally, we feel that its so cool to have the books allowed in examination halls, however, doing this course, I realized that open book exams were more difficult - simply because the time pressure to find the right answer while scouting a 600 page book is not easy! Better to read the book well and know your content rather than waste time trying to find an answer in the exam hall.

I have joined in the starting days of the college and I am curerntly not aware of the happenings of the college. Keeping these in mind I will mention the pros and cons.Pros:Nice infrastructure.Teachers are generally nice except a few.Favoring girls.Good outdoor environment.Cons:In a very remote location.Favoring girls.Under construction.Allowed only twice a month to go out of college.
Since ours was a fresh college and they have to make a name for themseves so the management did everything they could for the placements. The placement was very good. The mass recruiters were TCS, Infosys and Accenture. The package was 3lpa. Around 99.99% students who cleared their aptitude test got placed.
I took up AIEEE Examination and pursued 3,50,0000 rank with 58% in PCM. I opted for this college because i found the infrastructure and location very good. The college is located in faridabad but its just next to South Delhi. I have gone through many universities like Amity, Lingayas, Apeejay, etc but ii found it very much suitable for me. The buses are fully Air Conditioned provided by college throughout delhi. I suggest one to definately go for it but the only drawback I found is distance and Reappear Exam fee which is 700/- per subject compared to MDU universities which is 1000/- for the whole semester.
Campus life is with both of the aspects whether it is coming to happiness and sadness to there are both the thinkings syudies pressure is also high but when it comes to enjoy one can do so too. several extracurricular activities go throughout the year. Labs are well equipped and nedat and clean as well. Competition such as roborace and debates like group disussion and extempore are twice an year.
They are neutral with the equal treatment. Everybody is equally treated. No one is discriminated based on whatsoever. Hats off to PES in this front. They also do some social responsibilities which is a healthy thing.
Loan facility can be opted by Axis bank. Because they have partnered with Axis bank. I think the college would help you something on tis front. you may to have to touch base with them to see what they are upto
I did my B.E in a college in my own state of rank 11th in the state. But, i can say proudly that my M.E college was far better than that. I did visualize that the college gives every thing to students. Studies/Fun/Communications an they were up to the mark of IIT's, i guess.
GATE - Score - 292 College was so Professional. I am glad i studied in that college. Good placements. Infrastructure and Hostels were good. Teaching will not be up to the mark. Though, you can do better with the infrastructure.
Placements are really good in DSCE college as it is one of the top institution but most of the companies were like Infosys,HP, Accenture, wipro etc which they were taking for software associate profile which was good and advicable for IT and electronics department students. Frankly speaking for mechanical stream students companies are less and no much placements happen. Two to three normal companies and hardly one top company comes for placements and which is hard to crack due to cutoff or technical and communicative effective knowledge. Salary package will be decent to high at some cases and it will be from 3 lakhs/annum to 6lpa max.
College all together is recommendable and good with quality activities and coaching. Rating would be more than average due to the rich level and facilities. Placements vary little as per the course and field of interest. Management is really good but only disappointing thing is the expensive fees structure and other extra fees. Apart from that the college us really awesome to be a part in. I specially recommend anyone to join and to have fun and have a great future ahead. All the best to all!

College events has both technical and cultural festivals. Department wise they used to conduct technical presentations from various colleges and other technical experts. People from the college as well presented few presentations. And some technical events like quiz and some more are conducted. Every year there is annual day celebrations will be conducted where people from various sports winners are awarded
No stipend offered in our college at that time. Don't know what is the situation now. May be now they are getting few companies. But few companies came like IBM who demonstrated the latest technologies like Websphere etc
I had a bad experience with the seniors, they were of valgur type of fun they do with the juniors, when i was in 1st year i meet the this incident. In the beginning of my first year i meet with the guys who take raggings with the juniors, they told me to go n say 'i love u' to 10 girls in the college, they pressurious me very much otherwise they gonna harm me every day in the college, unwantedly i have to do that. And i did, after that they all senior become friends withe me
Campus life of our college was districtive, students were in fear, everyone wants to to placed in the campus itself, i was in boys hostel, head if the hostel hosts a party every half yearly for us all jus to get entertained, awesum parties they were i can say, nera our boys hostel there was a girls hostel too, many incident happened just because of the girls.high End politics goes on in the minds of students in hostel related to girls

We had very grand teacher day celebration in our college. 3rd year students will organize class level function in which we will decorate our class and we have some plays for faculty members. then we will gather at main function hall with more events in which Student, Teacher will perform. Apart form that we have annual day, fresher day, final year day etc in our college. IEEE also had branch in our college, so we had there events also.
MPET, in 2002, I ranked around 2000. I was getting IT seats in some govt collage but that time IT & CS branch was not considered good, so I have taken EC in SVITS. SVITS is considered as best private engineering college of MP and was located in Indore. It is run by Prestigious Vaishnav Trust of Indore which have around 20 more school/colleges.
Till now 15-20 companies has been arrived and out of 20000 students 11000 got the job opportunities as they offer them the package of rs 200000 to rs 800000 per annum. The studentsstudents are very happy by having the jobs like this and also the students .Which are currently studing in our colelge are very eager to get the jobs in these companies and also they are preparing very hard to get these jobs.
Events on environment protection, diwali, holi, basant panchmi, andmuch more are the events or festivals which we celebrate in our college. The events like child labour , child marriage, child labour are organised to give information about these harrasic things to the people and tell them to take stand against .
Course curriculum is good except for maths papers which i found little difficult. But if you sincerely learn then the electives are easy and interesting too. Only thing is we have to be attentive and concentraing on the subjects that we feel tough.
I liked my four years of learning process there as the entire environment is student friendly. I loved the food served in the hostel and loved being in the classrooms when the classes are going on because the teaching faculty system is very good.
Course curriculum was good its the normal university syllabus that this college offers i enjoyed studying in this college this college also allows student to undergo different exams like CA. CS articleship and it was very much flexible.
I hate senior students ragging part when we were new to the college this should be banned as it benefit none this is not only for this college but applicable overall ragging is to be banned forever.
Fees structure is not that much flexible. All students have to pay fees on stating of course between 2 to 20 days and fees are not that much expensive. It cost you around 20000 to 30000rs. Depending on course subject for both sems in year all total you hav to pay 80000 to 200000.
Very good curriculum the course is all about computers hardware and software knowledge. If u are good in computers thn it definitely for you and you find it very easy. At last year every students has to make one project either on web or application.
The gender ratio is not that great with around 1 girl for every 4 boys. 2 yearly hostel parties are there 1 for Freshers and another for Farewell. A cultural committee is there for hosting festivals like Dahi Handi, Dandia and etc. Ganpati puja is conducted by staff union.
The annual fest is Avartan which invites distinguished personalities from the industries along with inter B-school competitions. Other notable events are Sansmaran, the annual alumni meet, and Mandi, A CSR activity of selling toys and other handicrafts.
Campus life was very bad when elections used to happen. However I have never seen the leaders coming forward for any effective role/work for students. As regards to other activities, we never used to get the communications.
The college was good for those who wants to learn. however there were no talent hunt or no consultancy provided from college side. It seems that all were busy in just completing the course.
The college seniors were quite helpful and there was no ragging in the college as far my observation. Interactions during events and festivals with seniors was quite smooth. They responsibly helped us with anything and everything related to our college.
There was no college internship offered to us, The course was such that its not offered here. I believe nowhere in Mumbai you are offered college internship experience for this course. So there is no question of a general stipend.
Good faculty team I have at my UG but on that time am very irregular student so that I missed my faculty teaching but my friends are told me that our college was fentastic with good academic level.
College fee-8000, Mess fee-4000, Hostel fee-4000 It us so expensive on that time but all days are gone now am very happy with my present life so totally am satisfied with this college.

I started this course with a little trepidation as I have never done any work in this field before, but after the first week both myself and the other men relaxed and really started to enjoy ourselves. The course is both fun and informative and our lecturerer were excellent, taking time to ensure individual understanding and also class awareness of all points covered. I feel that this course has helped me both in my personal development and also in my quest to further my academic qualifications in this particular field of work. I am very happy to say I am glad I took a chance to try Men in Childcare
I had a great experience at Vp College. It felt like an extension of high school, which is really what I wanted. I wanted to have the college experience. VP College was small enough to make friends and get to know professors and the campus, but large enough to get a good education and have your university be taken seriously I did learn from my education, So if I have any issue, it's not necessarily College I blame, but rather my career path.

College live is quite cool. There's Annual day celebration. Various Quiz competitions, Sports meet etc are organised from Time to time.Apart from these there are various sessions in which astonished personalities from various fields are called for giving lectures & sharing their career journey with students Gender ratio is almost 50:50
