I had planned to do MBBS when I was in 10th grade. By the time I was in 12th grade, I planned to do BDS. After I attended CET, I changed my plan and I got interest in construction. So I wanted to choose either architecture or civil. Finally I chose civil. I was forced to join this college and I got scholarship too. So I had no other option.
Campus life was fun being with friends. Otherwise it sucks. I attended college day only twice in these 4 years. First college day was the best according to me. Later on, it was like technical stuffs only which sucked. I never attended any functions after second year.

Actually it depends on college faculty , if they are intellectual and good then college will be graded as good. Otherwise nothing. After then there should be all equipments and books a good library , attractive infrastructure . This all the assence of complete college and my college cover all things . There are time to time events in our college like Tech Fest, we aree also good in sports and If talk about campus recruitments in college then currently most of the eligible students got placment in TCS .It is all due to hardworking of our Training and Placement Department. Job Placements is nearly about 40-45 %.
Gender ratios depends on branches. In CSE/IT branches gender ratio is around 60-40(From male to Female). In other branches it is low. Hostel parties is very good. Workshops labs is very good and interesting there. Cultural societies is quite good enough to sustain. There is nothing like intolerance in SIRT campus. Each and every gender, religion, ethnicity, race, sexual orientation, politics, economic status does not matter there. Everyone treated as same.
Course as designed by Delhi University comprises basic to complicated texts. Mostly foreign authors books are a part of syllabus. Many of them are noble prize winners. Course curriculum is well structured and analysed as per the course requirements. However the first year as per FYUP batch the structure of foundation courses was of the level of class 5.
Many companies comes as a part of internship. We do have Delhi university internship programmes. Birla Money Mart ltd. and few others. Internships frame a quite good opportunity to use your time effectively and learn the practical application of knowledge.
College experience is good as the friends circle but management of college are very rude in my second year college increase the fee that was not good for every student last year some companies are come in campus but they all are dumb.
Gender ratio is very poor girls are only 20%of total students extracurricular activities like sports cricket are organised every winter. Student are participating in this activities lab are very bad there are no proper instruments.

Gender ratios was good, almost 6/4. I was a day scholar so i can't say about hostel party and i never joind any hostel party. Workshop was nominal because college was very makkhichoos so he didn't organise. But boys and girls was very friendly they worked together and organized lots of workshops, debate, and cultural events. And mostly students from east uttar pradesh. And most of came from service class family.
Ahhhhh at least one thing was in my college that i had been always enjoying. Srijan was the name of my college festival. I participated in poetry, dance and salad preparation. Nd most funny thing was i was only mail candidate in salad preparation. But but i won 2nd prize. And judges gave me a prestigious complement they told to all contestant if i eat my lunch here. Only and only on my table.
My course is B.A, which has one compulsory subject i.e English and for second year there are two compulsory subjects i.e English and EVS. And other five subjects. For which we have options. And in second year one must choose the specialization subject.
Faculty is good but as we know no one is perfect, have got one or two teachers need to be changed. However no complain is made from students yet. Thus they are part of faculty otherwise college would have changed them.
The college has very big ethnic group including a lot of non indians. There are discrimination based on ethnic groups. The sex ratio might be around 80 female for 100 male. Hostel parties are rare but are allowed to watch and enjoy sports.
College is affiliated to vtu so it has to follow the vtu curriculum which is one of the best and the college offers courses in mining , construction technology , aeronautical and other courses as well.
Not good. Only very few companies came for the placement. Our college need to work on that part. As, I did get into genpect through campus placement but still I find genpect is not that worth it to gain much experience in future.
Many debates are conducted and many events on sports are also held time to time. Nss and ncc programe are there to promote more such event. Self defence programme was also conducted for girls safety.
Cultural fest. Named maizma. Sports fest named frolic. Technical fest is there. On natinal level. I have also got first position in bhangra. Students from various colleges came to participate in different events. Its was owsome experience.
Instrumentation and control engg. its all about instrumentation and control engineering. For eligible in instrumentation industry. Subjects are power electronics, higher engineering maths, control system, process control etc.
I did not attend in any placement programs and there was no job opportunities at that time.
I was an NCC candidate and participated in dance, music and other cultural activities. Attended in NCC camp, which conducted by our college.

It was good. Basically the college was affiliated to UP technical university lucknow. The course curriculum was good. The course consisted of all the material which was related to the course. First two years are almost common for all. Its because student can choose any particular stream in 3rd year own wards.
Campus life was good. I really enjoyed that life. Boys and girls both are in almost equal ratio. But they all participated in each and every activities together and enjoyed a lot whether it was related to studies or parties inside the campus or outside the campus.

Yes there were couple of good loan facilities were offered by the college at nominal rate of interest. They have a tie up with oriental bank of Commerce and a financial institutions named ss credila financial services.
It is well organized and student friendly. There are sufficient choice in elective paper. They are also eell designed. Text books and other reading material are also nice and full of knowledge.

Every sir/madam has minimum qualification of M.E./M.tech. They have excellent teqching skills and are trained periodically. The every sir/madam has to give exam related to their subjects time to time according to the syllabus of course and their qualification.
The fees for open category studenf is 78000 and the bus fee is 13000 a annum. In short the fees is so cheap compared to other colleges. The hostel fees for both boys and girls is 55000 a year which is too much less compared to other colleges.

The campus life is very good with loads of fun filled experiences with both teachers and friends. Every day we had 3 practical and 3 theory seccions ranging between 50-60 minutes. The theory subjects were very boring and we ended up talking to friends.
I did my internship at Greaves Cotton Limited as trainee engineer in Industrial Engine division. We were given project of design and development of conveyor chain for carrying crankshafts. The stipend provided is around Rs. 5000.
It usually have more than 90% placements record every year. It brings a lot of companies in the campus for the placements & give wide choice to the students for choosing their dream company to work for.
It is yet to be happened. Generally our college keeps internship before the 2nd years starts & after the 1st yer gets completed. But seniors have reviewed internship of college in 100% positive manner.

Gender ratio is around 1:8. Classroom mix will depend on branch and stream. Labs are pretty decent in most departments. The rest are upgrading the infra. Biotech, CS, Pharma, ECE departments have some of the best labs in the country. The college has a phethora of clubs and societies. Has one of the best FSAE and BAJA teams (automotive) and RoboCON teams. Cultural clubs for literature, dance, dramatics and quizzing etc are present. BIT has won the overall Springfest trophy at IIT-Kharagpur in the past, and reached podium almost every year, hence cultural activities are top notch. Hostel Parties depends on your friend's circle. Special dinners are organised once or twice in a semester. There's also a hostel night towards the end of the academic year.
The structure depends on the department. My department (Mechanical Engg.) was pretty chilled out in that sense. Exams are twice a semester (mid-sems and end-sems) with a couple of quizzes or assignments in between. 75% attendance is mandatory, which is quite old-school. Some departments like ECE can have hectic schedules and lots of extra classes, but overall the atmosphere isn't that hectic either, leaving you plenty of time to pursue other things you want.
We have good course structure for engineering student as the course cover almost knowledge of every field that's why an engineer is eligible for most of the jobs as i covers knowledge for all the branches as i am a student of computer science student but i had a knowledge of civil, electronics, electrical and mechanical field because the syllabus contain all those subjects but if we talk about the research field then the syllabus is not sufficient as for research work. As it needed the full knowledge of the subject for that we must go for M.Tech and the faculties of our college are talented, experienced and hard working they are always ready to support students. They gave their 100% to make student understand the subject. Student can go to them at any time during college hours to ask any question related to subjects they always teach student as their own children they usually explain students topic using daily life examples so that they can easily understand the topics and their daily life implementation. Most of the teacher are phd holders and remaining are M.Tech so they know how to teach a student and how to treat us because in previous day they were also student so they know how to treat us and what we like.
We are having a good enriched campus with variety of professions because in our campus we are having Management college ,Engineering college, Dental college, Nursing college and a hospital so that's why students of different professions are always there in our campus. The gender ratio is some what equal and for parties in college we should have to take permission from management for parties. In each semester our college is organizing a workshop according to our demands. In our college we are having various clubs like ideas and innovation ,movies, literature and many more clubs in ideas and innovation club members need to give new ideas and work over that and if the project was really innovative then the college will finance it. Various achievement of our college students are "matka cooler" and "eco friendly cooler" and many more.

4 years, 8 semester first year same for all branches, then from 2nd year onwards its changes according to specific branches, regular practicals and theory classes are there along with lots of extra curricular activites.
They were really very intellectual and friendly, student those who come from other states dont feel like they are in other state, all the faculties over there were have a very good experiences in their expertise.

The campus life was cool but it depends on your group, the number of girls were one third of boys, there was a good communication between boys and girls, both use to participate everywhere together, even a centerlised combined mess were there.
It was feasible only. Per semester charge was 75000, and it was low bcz the college was world Bank funded. The hostel charge was also not expensive.even for the karnataka people that was only 37000 and lower fees was there for reserved people.
I had no entrance examination for the admission. I was admitted on the basis of my plus 2 marks. I decided to go for this college was because this was a college empowering women to reach out for high standards, good quality staff and library was one of the other main criteria that attracted me to this college.
