My college faculties are good. They are very caring to us and helping to us. They are highly qualified & good knowledgeable people. Most of completed Masters in particular subject & most completed doctors in particular subject.

Course curriculum is nice .I studied first semester C , C++ along wihtn practical, in second semester I learned vb, C#, In third I learned DS, In fourth semester I learned JAVA.

Extracurriculars are very much a part of our college which includes technical, managerial, cultural, departmental and sports fests individually. We have four cultural clubs in our college comprising of students from all states and no discrimination is tolerated. labs are also well equipped with necessary machinery and are in good working conditions. We have hostal days for every hostel and each hostel celebrates one major festivalof india.

Some meritorious students get internships provided by our alumni and by the companies that visit our campus for recruitment. Since we are undergrads stipends are not generally for many. Core profile internships or projects rarely get any stipend while non core interns get a stipend ranging from 2000-10000 inr.

Prof.S. Rajaraman, a civil engineer of international repute and author of many engineering books was the first Principal. He along with Prof. M.P. Mathew and Prof. V.S. Nair (the then Head of the Departments of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering respectively) formed the triumvirate that established the growth of the college.

The Government Engineering College Thrissur is an engineering college situated in Thrissur city of Kerala, India. It is the second oldest engineering college established in Kerala and the first engineering college to be established after the formation of Kerala state. The college is affiliated to the University of Calicut.

It having very strong alumni bonds and senior students. As if i ask about my ouw then i know my almost all seniors and juniors, that shows how frequently we are in touch and college also provides many plateforms for get together.

All faculties are well qualifies and experts of their fields. All are Ph.D and M. tech. They are well defined to explain any dough's. All department faculties are structured well so that students never get face problems.

The campus life is very limited. I wud say that the campus itself is very small that the campus life would not exist. But the management allowed students to participate in competitions held in other colleges and also provided the travelling allowance based on the winning spot you achieved. There are no sports equipments and the sports activities are nill as the management doesn't think of having a sports field or ground.

The fee structure is very feasible for the middle income group and lil expensive for the lower income group. The bus fees charged is too high. Otherwise it is jus rupees 6500 for a semester, which lasts to the maximum of 5 months, there were few semesters which lasted ly 3.5 months, at that time it proved expensive.

NEEV - EDM Fest, EKLAVYA - theater art and culture, Samaarabh - Every year at the beginning of the June session, all Symbiosis institutes on the SIC campus hold a cultural event. This popular event is a fiesta of talent on the show and also an ice-breaker. TEAM Matrix - info security domain, ISR - college social representative and many corporate and guest events.

The placements are very good, but more inclined towards info security as that is the niche area as of now. All big 4 companies have visited the campus with profiles of risk consultant, associate project manager. Their avg package was 9 lpa. Citrix visited the campus with profile of product manager and salary offered of 21 lpa.

For the passed three year it was fantastic college life with lots of fun. Gender ratio is 1:2 for Female and Male respectively. Students came from from different regions. There is no tolerance regarding gender. So many extracurricular activities are organized by the college for example in the annual gathering function. Sport such as cricket, football, volleyball, kabbadi etc are available up to university lavel.

Every year there are three main events that are celebrated in this college. First is, Ganesh festival celebration which is organised by 3rd year students. It is celebrated very interestly. Second one is annual gathering which is mainly organised by final year students with the help of teaching staff and for this event the fund is collected from which students including staff and some fund age from University.

College management is very bad no rules are followed bus passes are not checked daily at fees counter 1 student is filling fees of 3 students and security guards dont say anything students use abbusive language 75% attendance is must i.e. very wrong in other words buniversity is not good for any student all states students come here.

IIT JEE I got 55 marks in JEE mains 2015 i got less marks in 12th also so i choose it as it was asias fastest growing university.

Faculty was nice. All were coperative. They taught us so many new things and gives us new ideas for business and give a talk on how to be a successful person in a life by giving the examples of there real life.

There is tech fest, cu fest,sports meet, stunt mania, cu marathon, and soo many of other activities and many celebrities come in these events. Many of other colleges also participate in these activities.

Although personally I didn't get internship through the college even the college on the top 3 rank but yes I had got my internship with my abilities started with the print media where I learnt all the process and production of print medium like newspapers, magazines etc.

I was very impressed with 3 faculties who were very knowledgeable and had good teaching abilities. Others were average but I was focused on journalism and for the same I learnt lots of thing in the related area from the very experienced faculty/professor.

Every year they organize alumni program which is very helpful for the current students as the seniors share there experience and also see if they have better openings for the current students in there organizations.

It helps you be techno functional as the courses involved. For MIM you have first year commomn and later in second year you go for specialization which also allows you to opt the subject you want.

Alumni contacts is very week here as we were 2nd batch only who passed from the campus. However, we all batch mates were in touch with each other. I request to the campus to improve their alumina network & get the maximum benefits from the passed out candidates.

College was amazing as we had a wonderful time during our MBA. Its like our own family & we had enjoyed alot. We had celebrated, played & enjoyed every second in Rayat & Bahra campus. I recommend this campus for MBA & Btech programme.

The faculty is good. I like the way they teach in the classroom. They are also helpful otherwise and can be reached out to in case one needs help. On many occasions, I have received help from them after college time also.

This college is a good college and I think everyone should consider going to this college. This provides a very good platform for future jobs and the learning is up to the mark.

It was really good with theory and practical sessions. labs are awesome, even few staff there was really helpful in academic stuff. I would refer to join kuppam engineering college for bright future.

We have alumini in this year at banglore. It was a great sign & i am pretty happy to see everyone after many years. Expecting same in coming years so that relations would continue ever green.

This is not applicable for me as I have found my job from my own and it always good as per my capability. But the thing is, I chosen sales and marketing that time which is not so much good field and now If I want to change this profile, then again I have to work with a minimum package and start my career from zero.

Campus life is an amazing life which we cannot take back and we always try to memorize our campus life to enjoy those days. That'swhy college friends are only true friends.Yes extracurricular activity is very important to enhance your talent and it will also help us to find out our goal for future.

Its was bit expensive because the college was little decorated so it was little expensive. For every students is not possible to study in Management quota , but if someone clears the entrance exams then it will be affordable.

Some Faculties are Good , Some are Rude , some are friendly as of the first semester of the college , but end of the semester all are the best. This happens with all students as they take some time to recognize.

Gender ratios were equal, hostel parties were organized when students had birthday or victory celebrations. Guest lectures were organized on weekends and there was no difference made based on religion or caste

Faculty was learned and cooperative and provided guidance when required. They helped in completing projects and other activities benefitting us with what is requird and going on in industry today

Spring festival IINA award annual function refreshment party GCET intercompetition and cultural activity. I got award in gcet as second winner and got prize and certificate for that.

Yes fees is more in compare to other city but according to fees they are giving facility n knowledge and now they are providing job in campus and transport facility canteen n more.

Our principal Mr. Late. Venkataraju was the best principal, well read, well mannered and a very nice human. Mr. Muniyappa, Physics, Mr. Parthasarthy, Physics, Mr Suresh, Mrs. Shalini, Biology, Mrs. Subashini, Mr. Radhakrishna, English, Mr. Gururaj, Mr. Dakshinamurthy, Mathematics, Our office staff, Mr. Late Kariappa My sanskrit master he was very good because of him had got stitched the traditional long skirt and blouse to wear for the college otherwise i used to wear only jeans tops and skirts .

Those days we never had such exams. It was a direct admissions for PUC Ist year. The admission process based on the percentage. They had given preference to hard working students. Good College Mentoring and monitoring was there and there was a discipline evenly.
