Usually College celebrates Annual day, sports week, and culututal week in annual day all the past year renowed alumus is invited this function is celebrated on vast scale. There are various activities like drama, dance and speech takes place during that in sports week all the major sports are being conducted by the College sports administaration. Apart for these there are various co-cullicualr activities being conducted every fortnight.

Usually there are no campus placement for Bcom students mostly all the students opt for masters still few of them try to find out a job after there graduation. Usually they will get a job in accounting and finance areas with an average payment of 15000-18000 per month which is quite decent for a graduated student initial after it all depends i your skills and working stature.

The course curriculum is outdated i would say. Been teaching the same thing for years and years on. Most of the faculty are absent. Those present are not very good either. The contractual lecturers are good but the permanent ones, they don't even come in the class with the topic prepared.

It is a government college. The fee comes around to be around 20 thousand per year. That should be feasible in the present world i would say. Including mess and hostel charges it might get upto 60 thousand each year. The mess fees is unexplainably high for a government veg mess.

College management is quite helpful and student friendly. One is never harassed by college management. All the Deans are very polite and ever ready to solve students problem.The only lacuna is that being a college of 60 years old, the infrastructure is not that huge that one expected it to be. At last, I won't say that it is the best college to study engineering, but will definitely say that its a good place to study and one won't regret it.

I had given GATE and had scored 459. Could have got NIT, but would not have got a good branch. So I decided to chose VSSUT. It's a govt college and the oldest college of Orissa. It is now autonomous and in a league to become IIEST. The admission process was just like any other college. Shortlisted candidates were called for counselling and there they were to choose from the available specialisation. I had choosen HEAT POWER specialisation.

My college have a small campus, we dont have any playground but we manage everything the campus life is awesome we are fully enjoyed our college life at our collge campus many extracurricular activites and competitions held regularly in college. College have good gender ratio we have around 30 societies in college some of them are verve street play society, Kartavya social services society, Kriti Fine arts society, Parishram sports society, Blitz Dance society, Synergy the Corporate Society and many more.

Their are many events that happens in college are as given below sanganak the technical fest of college adrenaline sports Fest of College convergence the annual flagship business convention of college manthan social event in which many colleges and universities take part it is a 20-25 event in which students of various colleges and universities takes part and do street plays etc in public places to create social awareness on social issues.

Faculty member tried their best but management through them out of the collage. Dirty politics were played between the teachers. The college is still running because of some bright students and some rich students. The only statergy is to score nice marks

Fest were organised regularly along with Robotics fare, Asha mela, NSS, Dramatic competition,Cultural Event, Blood donation campaign ,Inter college technical competition along with quiz and online technically test.

Dhruva Techno Cultural Fest is been conducted for nearly 5-6 days which include some special days like theme day,traditional day, games,DJ night,mismatch day. Cultural event's main focus is on Codename Hallucination Sports events are also conducted simultaneously called Askra which specially gives importance to football with bigger prize money. Its budget is very low under 70-80 thousand budget. The participation for these above special events has huge participation level.

The Finolex promoted Trust and Society offers scholarships to meritorious and underprivileged students. The sole purpose of providing these scholarships to such promising students is to give them a chance to show their academic potential and excel in the fields of engineering and technology. Other than that only OBC and SC,ST students gets caste scholarship.

Laon facility is available in oyh sbi and vijaya bank both are brancch of MNNIT allahabad Scholorship is avalible accoding to family income family income less than 1.5 lakh can get scholorship. Scholotship is also available according to state and national scholorship is for all student less than 3.5lkh family income.

College provided technical seminar every saturday in the week depends on the branches. Every year college conduct national level fest TECHNVONZA its very nice and useful. Students are participated from all over india in this fest, Around 5000 students were participated. College day celebrations and freshers parties and other events were conducted.

They were provided Placements in the Multi National Companies as well as national Companies and also provided small and medium scale industries. In the academic year 2014-15 Infosys and TCS came to campus and selected 57 members. They were offer depends on the field and selection.

Amazon dev, teradata,broadcom, polycom, MAQ software, ggk technologies. of these general stipend is 18,000 and maximum by amazon 40,000. as a student of this college i am proud that my college has bagged good comapnies with good amount of internship and creating the values to the students. so while studing these companies are offering internship so it's good and proudfull to everyone that while studing they are earning a good amount .

This is Government college so fee structure is same as all Government Engineering College. Exam fees are around 125 Rs per subject and tution fees and all other fees are around 2000 per semester. Overall fee structure is feasible for anyone.

There are many scholarship and loan schemes are offered from different organizations. I havent take or havent availed any but I know that many religious scholarship and other Government scholarships are offered.

First I am joined in mechanical and in first year I got 83 percentage, on based on this percentage chagedto EEE, course was good,but there is no placements in this college ,this is the main disadvantage.

I have done my internship at andra cement, internship was gud and company was excellent. They explained each and every thing,plant was very big and neat, they given certificate for internship.

We have received scholarships from state and central institutions of scholarships. But there is no provision of stipend for general students. But there is some provision of discount in course fees for economically week students.

Many senior students of our college is helpul. But many of them are not good, there manners behaviours are not good also. The student union's members are dominting and they have no relation with common student.

We had almost 5 events every annual year.It starts with freshers day party where good interactive session between students and senior students with good guideness for thier career.Secondly engineering exhibition day with best learning and science, skill displayed to exchange knowledge. Third one was engineers day where professor are honoured and they deliver some of valuable speech that motivated us.

The assese of the course curriculum was well planned with excellent experienced, well versed staff to my every student career toward their goals.Even the faculty of the college are well versed with their theory and practical knowledge. Many of them are even phD holders and having real time work experience to share.So I felt extremely lucky to be party of that campus.

Various events are celebrated in the college technical events like aayam and cultural events like annual day of college is celebrated with full fun. There are also fests celebrated fir management and for hotel management as well in which they cook varieties of food.

I cleared the AIEEE exam to get admission in this college as it is necessary to have score card of aieee to get admission in this college. I opted this college as this was the best college in Rajasthan with no. 1 in terms of infrastructure.

I can done JEE main and advance both i can score JEE main as 105 marks but not qualified to jee advance after one year coaching from carrer pointkota institute. But at i select bsc because if i can done btech in private college then what is advantage of my 2 year coaching .Thats why i can lastly decided that i am doing B.sc that almost its all basic is that i can read and learn in coaching. But at last all colleges admission are closed but only five colleges are open in interioir area of himachal pradesh so at last i can choose chamba college for me .

Only placement from hp university from MBA course our college only provide MBA pgdm. But no company is come here in my college 0% place and job opprtunitues because no company is come here because only two pg courses are learn i our college like pgdca and ma only .Thats why no company can tour our college .For pg course i reffered hp university is good where are have some placement if chances and job appotunities.

Exam Structure is divided into three years. You will be promoted to next year once you doesn't have more than 3 backlogs. Altogether you should clear in the total course time. labs will be chilled out, But some times theory exams will disappointing our expectations.

Yes seniors become nice friends and thier advice/tips how to secure good marks in lab, theory and reference books even in projects is valuble. And also if we can follow after the exams how they are going it will be a live example for getting to see our future.

The course curriculum was too complex for a BTECH course. But it was advanced, in sync with the latest trend in technological space, and good for us. I liked Neural Networks, Data Mining, Algorithms, and other relevant computational biology framework a lot.
