I was in Delhi IIT JEE north west centre. Teachers were good there but I was the one who was not interested in studies but one has to make a good impact on others if he is paying one lakh per year so I gave the JEE mains in 2011 and passed but not with a good marks so I gave the advanced paper. I could not clear that.But due to friends and family recommendations I came to Bangalore and joined this college.

Campus life if full of friends. Sports bunking classes etc. Just complete fun. Extracurricular activities I don't know but sports is supported by the college many tournaments are held and we do participate in it. Competition are held and they are held out of our campus. So I don't know much about it as I am not interested in these fields.

I took up CET so that I can get into this college. College is too good and the coaching skills are awesome. And coming to placements, It has one of the best placements record from the year it started.

Ond word to say about the placement, excellent it has the best placements trainers and they make sure everybody in the campus gets into some or the other companies with better pay packages.

Upto now i didnt attended for any campus interviews and many companies will be coming every year for placements interviews and selecting the best one and college provides notificatipns and info about that.

A little bit expensive as the facilities provides also the best one and reimbersement students will be offered scholorships from universities and college fees are little expense compared to other colleges.

Stipend is provided to the toppers of each class. Internship programs ae=re also available if students are interested. If the student is laborious then he or she can get much stipend for studies.

Various events are organised in this college like marathon, cultural events, inter college sports events. Many sportsmen are graduated from this university. Special coaching is provided for SSB.

College as such do not offer any stipend but they of course help financially lower class student to study ahead moreover, many companies like Cadila healthcare, zydus, Intas healthcare also provide internship chances to the student.

There are many events organized in the Institute like Pharmafest cultural festivals and singing as well as dancing competitions are organized other than that various sports competitions are also organized on college level.

Minimum fees takem by college which government of gujarat has announced here when i was studies i paid 3000/per annun and girls quota like almost free extra expenses like project , hostel have to bear a student if he did not comftable with up/down.

Helpful because in time of exam mh seniors provide me qithbwhole guidelines with what to preapre what to not !/ they help us in compliting project and paper work. seniors are like juniors professer for me because i learnt lots of things from their.

Course curriculum was as prescribed by the Mumbai university,old and not updated. There are newer courses like robotics and advanced computer programming are on offer. This college is one of the very few colleges offering marine engineering leading to career in navy. The college has electronics,computer science,tele communication and information technology as the key courses.

College as far as my understanding has limited internships on offer except the computer science field. The college does have tieups with some companies but only the exceptional student with recommendation from seniors,faculties or connection with the companies stand chance.

There was no bad remarks at all. I think this was my best college life that i passed recenltly. I had enjoyed my days with my faculties and friends happily and unforgettable .All of my friends were just amazing. All the things were best in this college.

Many more companies were came to our college and there package was also best in industry. The stipend was also good for internship. TCS, WIPRO, MICROSOFT, JINDAL, TAA STEEL, IDCO, PPLC and manymore companies came to our college.

It was a myth basically, none of the companies came i did not got any placement as they promised. On the other some companies came but they only promised a job for 3 months only.

Poor Placement Cell and no Job Opportunity. As in the above Questions i mentioned how the placement department is so its quiet clear that the job opportunities are none.

Youth club in the month of August, college enrolls members for youth club the club tries to incorporate leadership qualities different tours and trips are also arranged photography and Fine arts club the college has a well estabilished photography and fine arts club to which interested candidates are enrolled to enrich their hobbies st. John's ambulance club the club provide facility for the betterment of human beings interested students are enrolled for these services.

The Campus incharge maintains the upkeep and beautification of the campus with the help of class IV employees at his disposal the time table incharge is entrusted with the responsibility of the smooth flow of classes throughout the academic session the discipline incharge tries to ensure a conducive academic environment with the help of the staff, the NCC & the NSS volunteers through proctorial duties.

Excellent. From our senior we teach lots they guide us in every studies and every time when we need any help. From all India students are came there for study so we experience all India at one time.

My aim is make my self good civil engineer. So I choose civil engineering at that time. My self make good civil engineer. At that time some little percentage I miss chemical engineering.

Good senior as of anti ragging plan every one is ready to help.Many senors meet me they are very good they give us many knowledge and experience.How to study nothing bad every thing fine and worth living.

Faculty is also well educated and responsive.Every teacher is good and frank .Every one is ready to share knowledgr never heard no from teacher every one is hard working.Tell us their experiences.

There was no entrance exam for admission. The admissions in the M.tech course was on the merit of the marks of B.tech. So there was no exam and interview. I choose this college because of two reasons. The college is located at a place which is well connected by road and there is no transportation problem. The other reason is there is not much strictness to attend the lectures and no attendance problems.

The course structure of M.tech is very fine theoretically but practically there is not much to learn. The practical labs are not well equipped and also does not get due consideration. So these things seems like obstacles towards research work. Most of the faculty members are new and has less experience. the faculty is very cooperative but they are not able to guide students towards research work.

All labs and workshops in the college are equipped with latest equipment. The lab instructors are fully known about the working of the systems and equipment. There are many extra curricular activities organized by the college such as debate,sports event, technical competitions, quizzes etc in which student participation is very good. The gender ratio in the college was not very good. The strength of girls was much less than that of boys. There were students from every race and religion in the college. As the college is situated in rural area there in not much political participation or interference. The overall atmosphere of the college is peaceful. the economic status of the college is rich.

For the proper placements of final year students the t&p cell invites the different industries for the campus placements. The institute provides all the infrastructure and allied information required by the visiting industries. Students also participate in pool campus interviews. But as the college is situated in rural area it does not attract many companies. But t&p cell provides help to attend placement drives in other colleges in the region. Many students are placed in good companies with moderate to good packages with the efforts of t&p cell.

Yes there are few big names associated with my college but still the situation of placements are pathetic most of the students who got placements are from off campus only.But still there are some companies who visit FGIET not every year but occasionally like infosys wipro,HCL,IDEA etc but still i would say the placement cell here is not good that is the only bad thing about this college which makes it 42 college in UPTU top college list now this year(2015 batch) around 70 students were placed out of which 80% are due to off campus only with a package around 3 LPA.

My college has 4 engineering courses i.e mechanical engineering computer science end engineering electronics and communication engineering and aeronautical engineering apart from that there is also MCA master of computer application now the whole curriculum follows UPTU university norms of 8 semesters regarding faculty i would rate it as average only despite the fact that some of the faculties are really good but some are really terrible but still overall it's a average looking faculties of some NITians and few IITians.

This college is also good in extra curricular activities festivals are very nicely celebrated here and the best one is Christmas celebration its really nice to see when people of different cultures celebrate together.

My college experience was great . Every day i learn alot about newthings with sides and alot practical knowledge. The internship was very help ful in my futher studies. I got a lot of practical knowledge about many things. This internship was also helpful in my placements. My experience is great.

Cultural and technical events held in the college like tarang and parivartan. Parivartan is a national level fest held in our campus every year . It is a two days fest organised by management .It is the biggest event held at our campus having cultural and technical programs and star nights.

The fee structure is not very expensive. This was also one of the reasons why I had chosen this college. The tuition fee we are paying is 60, 000 per year, hostel fee is 15, 750 per year for single room, and the mess fee is 24, 000 per year. The fee has been hiked somewhat for our junior batches.

I got this college through CCB counselling of AIEEE. I got an score of 177 in JEE 2012, 293 in BITSAT 2012 and AIR 35570 in AIEEE. I was not having much options and I wanted to be a Mechanical Engineer. So, I chose this college and took admission.

I had done science with 'A' group. I had scored 89% in three main subject (maths,chem,phy) and took admission in this college. If u will want be yourself in this college then u need atleast 80% for general category .I am in this college because of placement.

If you will doing internship in this college then don't worry about stipend and other query.They will give you best knowledge about your projects and extra curriculum activities.They offered 8000rs per month for ME.

It is very Feasible. Tuition Fees -20,000, BookFees-15,000, Hostel Fees-55,000. No other extra fees are got from students. Such a good college. The total Fees will be around 90000 including hostel food and rooms.

Equal Gender are available. No discrimination activities. Extra curricular activities are encouraged. Hostel birthday parties are allowed, various department workshops are conducted in the college.
