AIEEE I was score 120 out of 420 I am apply in mumbai dte site online for college allotment and I get college in 1st cap round.

In this year tcs placed 45 student out of 80 and I gate placed 15 student out of 25 and direct I placed 8 student out of 13.

No bad things about college. But college provide good facilities, Good education, Nice placement and my college comes on top 5 list of engineering college among tamil nadu college.

I didnt wrote any exam but during the year of admission software field was on high so i decided to do it.

I personally enjoyed my college life a lot. Every year we celebrate our cultural day naming it as Sangamam with one of the celebrate from tamil nadu some times from all over india. We too celebrate national festival and separate from each departments. Atleast we have 4 workshop in a year for each and every departments. We have separate buildings for each and every departments. And we have a great IT lab which accommodates more than 800 pupils in a single batch. We have a centralised library with high speed Internet connectivity and free WiFi in campus.

As my college is listed as no 1 in Mechanical engineering and no 2 in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in terms of lab facility as we learn mostly from practical sessions. Having good lecturers and HOD's built our college stream stronger.

Girls and boys are in equal strength. You can explore a lot on your own. No discrimination is allowed in college campus. College also arranges sports competition. There will be competition in university level. The student bodies in college arranges many competition for students.

Alumini are the backbones of our college. We can contact them and they are ready to help us. They spend their time and money to promote students technical and soft skills. Many of our alumni visit our college for placement since they are CEOs.

In my nellore district one and only college which will celebrate more events is PBR VITS, here we will celebrate youthfest,techno fest And also and also every branch will celebrate farewell days and also freshers day.

Our college in provide the free seats for those who got the intermediate marks more than 950, it will include the free hostel fees also and 50% off for the students those who got the marks about 90% intermediate.

It is expensive Up to 1lakh. Most of the colleges have a cheap fee but the chance of placement is very less whereas our college has a high fee and the chance of placement is also high compared to any other colleges. Our college is only suitable for the rich and middle-class people who can afford.

Just graduated from Mithibai college this year in Commerce. Considering all the other commerce options in the suburbs I can easily say it comes down to a tie between NM and Mithibai.

The placements were good. For an academic year about 12-15 companies are coming. Students have to show their talent and get placed. Companies like TCS,VIRTUSA,POLARIS,TECH MAHINDRA,ACCENTURE and many more companies are coming. About 250 students got selected for every academic year.

I took EAMCET. I thought that the college is good at teaching. But, the teaching was not so good. I scored 46 marks in EAMCET. I opted this college by searching the top 50 colleges in andra pradesh. I got this college as the 32nd college.

Campus life is so good and peacefull gender ratios, girls ratio is somewhat high than boy sex curricular activities are too weak labs are good and maintance is also good sports facilities are very good when compared to other colleges.

Regarding faculty, they are too worst some of them does not have atleast knowledge to teach the classes few of them faculty does not have required qualification regarding corresponding subjects.

Course curriculum of the college is followed as per the university course syllabus. For the first year, all the branches are having common subjects. Later, each branch is having it's branch papers synonymous with the increase of batch. It's a four year course. At the final year, the course consists of less subjects and more projects work. There are 2 academic projects-major and minor. Apart from that, every branch has to make one technical project in their 6th semester. This activity is being enriched for knowledge enhancement of students in technical rounds of campus placements. Each project group is assigned a project guide who are mostly the college faculties. The guide helps and nurtures their students in making one real time application which will be having its value in practical world. Faculties of the college are mostly good. They don't bother about the formal lectures, attendance and all that stuff. They only focus in lab work, projects and internship programmes.

Placement statistics mostly comprises of 3 companies: Infosys, wipro(both are day 1 sharing company) and capgemini. All these company are coming every year for recruitment. And apart from these, other companies are tech mahindra, cognizant, mind tree, TCS. These companies are coming as off campus/pool campus. So they have less figures of placed students as compared to former three. Package for all the companies mentioned lies within a range of 3-3.5 lac rupees.almost every student passes out from college with one job in hand.

Course curriculum is perfectly designed for the particular course. It covers all the subjects, starting from the basics to the knowledge of recent technology any new development in technolgy is included in syllabus every year syllabus is revised. For electives there are lot of choices, and student can elect that ac to his area of interest.

Time to time cultural event, technical event are being conducted in the college tech tatva is one of the technical event revels is the annual fest of mit, and participants from colleges all over karnataka comes to participate. It gives good exposure to other competents from different colleges.

We celebrated events like Passion, Joy of Giving, Zest , Mess day, E-cell conclave, .Among them Passion and sports fest was biggest.Passion is a 3 day event which covers intercollege debate, case study , business plan competition, Joy of giving is a social event where children from NGO come and enjoy at IMT. On Mess day students cook food for mess workers and themselves.

IMT G is like a family. Seniors and Alums are very cooperative. I found they are always ready to guide us. Many alums are working at prestigious position in good organizations, some of alumnus started their own company. IMT alums had achievements in their account, which is quite motivating.

I done my internship in my own family business so i never get any specific amount for stipemd but one thing i experiancesd after internship is that our colleage faculty is very dumb they dont know what is new technolgy trend for market so if i work hard on my internship project and present them they never worth my work.

50000/ semester it is feasible for middle class family but it is not worthy for which facilty they are provided to students from classes to canteen no maintained infrastructure and common facility and we never think about lab facility because i think they never think about engineer need lab for work.

All government scholarships and yojnas are applicable here for students.Kanyashree yojna by government for 18 yes old students.Railway and travel concessions for daily traveling students.I has applied for a pass and got it at rs 0 which means 100% concession.

Well my internship experience was horrible. Because college people specially MR. TPO didn't tried to provide internship to its students from a single company. So every student tried to do internship at pay basis and he was irritated in the market because of less experience of the professional market world.

Well course structure of my kiit college,gurgaon is good but not relevant to modern industry required subjects because currently Android is in market and this isn't in its syllabus. Well two or three faculties who teach computer subjects are good but not all faculties are good.

Our course BA Journalism (Hons) had a very impressive curriculum right from documentary film making, to writing news articles to social sciences, the environment studies, political science basically covering all aspects of knowledge areas and evrything that will make for a complete journalist. The faculty was well acquainted with the subjects, not only did they add to the theoretical approach to varied subjects bt also their experiences accounted for a thorough practical, on the job kind of knowledge.

So it was an all girls college so the gender ratio point is nullified here. The sports team was popular but apart from that the extra curricular societies like dance, theatre, fashion etc were a huge part of KNC! The fashion society and dance society was the most popular from our college amongst all of DU. The western music and classical music societies were very active and won accolades evrywhere they went. Most of our cultural societies took part in all DU competitions and won most places.

Like many other institutes, the Business Internship at UPES is a 2 way process both College and Student Driven. There is a specific Internship Committee at UPES, represented by the HODs of all departments and the CRs of each class. Being a CR, I was also part of the committee which allowed me in helping my fellow classmates to be placed for Internship in the core companies logistics, Aviation, Ports, Pharma, Multi National, Construction, Cargo etc. I arranged my Internship with Britannia Industries Ltd., at Kolkata. The Internship was for 2 Months and helped me get in depth practical knowledge of the industry. Stipend - Some Companies paid stipend, while others didn't. I used to get a monthly stipend of 4.5k

UPES has got dedicated Labs for all departments concerned. A lot of interdepartmental and inter college competitions are held in the campus, which include games like football, cricket and annual sports - UPES has got a real life cricket field, Rifle Shooting Activities, Mountaineering and Trekking, Robotics Competition, Jugaad - Battle of Trashes, Seminars by various departments, etc. Also Hostel Parties are conducted, but generally in the Private Hostels as the Campus Hostel is quiet strict in the manner. Generally the Student Strength is in the ration 60 (Male):40 (Female). Students from all cultural backgrounds, socio economic status, religion and India and Abroad studies at UPES.

I heard from some of the persons that this college offers you a lot of placement opportunities but that was when Miss Babita was the placement coordinator when Mr Rajat the placement percentage reduced even the number of companies that came reduced at my time :TCS 3.2 Lac Headstrong 2.4 lacand a few other software companies came.

We had 2 separate hostels for boys and only one for girls so we can say that the gender ratio was 2:1. We had a volleyball court, a basket ball court, a football court which was also the cricket court. There was no gender inequality of any ways and even the ragging was banned from the college
