College is very fun in the intiital years all seems good no politics or whatsoever not very strong in acedamicxs but yeah not bad events are not that fun but still you'll love it Placements are the pros of the college

Only one event when we have demanded for management they have conducted one annual celebrations and that too not much money spent. Just for the eyewash they have spent money. They also not encourage the sponsorship from outside colleges.

College was awesome , college management was at beast , faculty were best. Awesome part was hostel life, Food was also good . Exam schedule was hectic ,but i used to get over it very soon. Overall expeience was good. I love college life.

It was feasible.Total Academic fee for 2 yrs- Rs. 5,25,000 ScholarShip Rs. 75,000. Fee break up was also there for the easy paying. Hostel fee Rs. 1,20,000 for 2yrs Scholarship depend upo the score of MAT.

They were at par with other engineering colleges in town if not better. The college itself had a yearly fest in all three areas technical, cultural, sports. We were also given an opportunity to partcipate in other college fests.

I was offered an internship with one of the MNC's based out of Pune. It was a service based setup and we had it going good. Mostly allowed us to work from our college. No stipends just industry experience.

It is engineering college . So , u can easily guess about gender ratio. Gender ratio - 100 boys per (10- 15) girlslabs - COMMON LABS FOR ALL DISCIPLINES OF ENGINEERING (Chemistry Lab ,Physics Lab ,Applied Mechanics Lab,Electrical Science Lab ,Engineering Graphics Lab)- CIVIL & ENVIRONMENT ENGINEERING LABS(Structure Analysis Lab,Engineering Geology Lab,Environmental Engineering Lab,Fluid Mechanics & Hydraulics Mechanics Lab,Geoinformatics and Surveying Lab,Material Testing Lab,Soil Mechanics Lab,Transportation Engineering Lab)- INFORMATION TECNOLOGY LAB (Computer Lab Complex-I,Computer Lab Complex-II,Computer Center,Advance Computer Network Lab,Embedded System Lab,Analog Electronics Lab,Circuit And System Lab,Digital Circuit and System Lab-I,Digital Communication Lab,Micro Processor Lab,Mobile Computing Lab)- student diversity : student are mostly( around 85%) from delhi . 15% are mostly from north part of india .- our college is ragging free- relation between juniors and seniors is very friendly - sports facility is available for cricket , T.T , badminton,basketball , volleyball etc.- college organize educational trip every year but mostly for civil and environment branch.

Course curriculum of IPU ( C.B.P.G.E.C comes under IPU ) is famous in all over india. its course structure is of high level focus on core subject. Its course structure is one of the main reason to put this university on top university list. Its examination system is good enough to make u learn something even if u are not like to study. Now here comes the tough one. Its is one of the main reason to dislike this college if you want to. Here is the brief information about faculty:- Most of the faculty are on contract basics .- Most of them comes from low level colleges.- Knowledge of Most faculty is very very poor.- Don't expect too much from them.Best part about faculty :- the best part is they are on contract basics because of lack of UPSC exam qualified teachers in india. Yes UPSC , this is government college u are more likely to get UPSC qualified teachers as per availability - teachers from IIT delhi , DTU etc. comes here to teaching .

It's a beautiful campus on around 489 acres. The sex ratio is okay. In my branch, there is a total of 110 students out of which 28 girls. There are canteens in each hostel. Different hobbies clubs are also there one can explore his hobby with the group like dance group, music group, photography, robotics, debate, spirituality, etc. NSS, NCC, and sports are there. Cricket, hockey, football, tennis and many playgrounds are there. Each hostel has a gym with the latest equipment. There is a central gym also.

I cleared IIT JEE 2013 in search of a good college. My score was 82 although it is less I am from a reserved category (SC) so it was sufficient. I was eligible to get admission into Integrated M.Sc. Physics program here, till my first semester I studied M.Sc. Physics. But in the first semester, my grade point was 7.76 so I was eligible for branch change. I changed my branch from M.Sc. to B.tech. Chemical. I opted for this course because the Chemical department of IIT Roorkee has been ranked 1 in India.

Took the Manipal entrance test spanning from March to may. Its is an online MCQ test with no negative marking. Admission is based on a merit rank list and counselling thereafter.

Internship takes place after 4th year in the college itself where students are paid a stipend.

No placements not even single company came to our college placement officer was not available at our college days its very poor placement facilities which we had.

Every semister i found some new Lecturers and i old lecturers resigns management is not proper.

The overall experience of the college is good, As I earlier said some parts are still in construction phase, so we dont have much to do. Though in the coming years it will be a huge competitor to the other Universities around as it is growing and progressing really fast, faster than i expected.

Labs are good, everything is good, but as it is a growing university with construction in full swings, we dont have much to do inside campus

Cultural Festival, Eclectika, Central India's Largest cultural festival attracting crowd from more than 100 + colleges, youngest in the festival field but yet promising, students tries to pull it off in the minimum resources and every year they do succeed technical & Management Festival Aavartan, same description for it.

There are really good and reputed companies that visit the campus and most students are satisfied with the opportunities that their branch gets placements and job opportunities are really good with a large number of reputed companies visiting for campus placements these companies also offer large CTC packages and some students even got a package of rs 25 lpa.

We have a number of fests, the main ones are:festember it is the official cultural fest of NIT Trichy it attracts a large crowd and is very popular among other colleges too. Pragyan it is our cultural fest and is appreciated and taken part in by a lot of other colleges of southern India in addition, we have a lot of intra college festivals as well.

We have two types of fee structure one for government seats reserved and second for Payment seats government seats have less fee and Payment seats have more than two times of government.

For placement many companies are came all companies have different criteria and selection process but that time very less companies come because recession.

Lot of seniors and juniors are connected to you even after your pass out. Through Facebook, linked in and Twitter. Also over ph and whatsapp. They help you also in placements even after the college.

No internship was provided by the college. We took ourself and got 18000 stipend. Only a letter was provided by the college for internship and we have to search ourself for the companies.

Some faculties were good, but the torture they have to face from the management of the college forced them to look for some other opportunity in market.Labs are not at all good and lastly all the left out faculties are those who didn't got job in market t

2013 Campus placement was 0% Whosoever got job was from off campus mode only. Though college did ask companies like kabir InfoTech and Techmahindra to come but they offered only call centre and SEO level role and not any core technical role

Many cultural and technical festivals were arranged that time at college campus, L N mishra institute and some of the prestigious institute there.

SRMJEE ,though there are ways to join with class 12 marks and backdoor. I chose CSE only because of my passion and a good liberty for choice is given respecting the students will comparatively unlike most other colleges which determines the students life without their concern.

Placements are proactive and SRM is a sea of opportunities. Right from the mediocre levels the college makes sure it satisfies every student in placement.

The University has established Training & Placement Centre in each of the Institutes headed by a senior faculty member. The objectives of the centre are to provide training for development of integrated personality.

Our do not allow students for internship outside the college and companies take very less number of students.

I took EAMCET exam to get admission in this College and I opted for E.I.E(electronis and instrumentation).

Yes, we do have a alumni group & released diary for the contact no & place of working. recently college has organised alumni meet at college premise at large level & attended by 100+ members.

There was no placement cell at 2004 but later they introduced & 2006 onward regular placements happening & if i am not wrong, more than 70% are getting placed thru this program.

Labs are good with all required instruments and equipment. Also large space is provided for lab work. Good to work in labs always we loved to work in labs. Computer lab also was with enough computers.

Alumin network was established long back and college was 15 years old when we joined now it is around 30 years old definitely more alumin network an more people have part of college.
