Only TCS showed up in my college with very less a package hardly anyone opted for it about 80% didn't sit for campusing as the dates for orientation got postponed twice which led to itter confusion the one who enrolled backed out after thd date extension. There was no proper information provided.

Only a freshers party was organised i don't know why but it was a waste of time and energy. There was very less space as no auditorium was booked instead it was organised in college campus hall cum classroom no food no water in scorching heat unbearable no one was interested in that seriously.

Annual cultural function, Alumni Meet, Inter IIT games, Cultural Nights by famous singers. Kavi Sammelan etc are celebrated in our college.

IIT is one of the best institutes in India. A few faculty (less than 1%) is not good at teaching.

Gender ratios are 7:10. there are different groups of students study here of different religion, caste and creed but there is always equality in the diversity. Girls got a safety environment and feels secure here the college having no compulsory uniform mandatory for the students college elections are held once in each year and different political groups are formed during the elections but everyone cooperate with each other different sports and athletics meet are celebrated in each year the cultural society secretary is responsible for all the cultural events taking place in the campus, overall the campus life is outstanding and memorable my ratings for the campus environment is 7/10.

The college celebrates every kind of festivals for the interests of its various of students technical fests tech-ino fest is celebrated once in a year in which students gets a chance to formulate their innovative ideas to make different products at cheaper price and using Natural resources cultural fests- Different pujas and festivals celebrated at each and every Departments. National festivals also celebrated nicely. Annual functions and other cultural events celebrated and coordinated by different Heads.There is a huge gathering in every festivals with huge number of students participating in it. Normally the Annual function is celebrated at a large with well-known Guests invited.

In the college campus we freely live.The no of boys are much greater than girls because this is an evening college.The number of boys is 5 times higher than the girls.There is nothing call religion in our college ,we just don't care from what caste or religion our friends belongs.We just happily enjoy our our times with each other.There is no sexual orientation in our college.

I dont have to go through any entrance examnation.I just choosed this college because it has its reputation as one of the best college under Calcutta University.

Approx 70%-75% students gets placed if it's not a recession year.Companies like Cognizant, Infosys, Capgemini, ITC, Microsoft(pool), Yodlee(pool), ADP(pool) comes every year. Cognizant technology solution, ITC infotech are sure shot company, it comes every year.Apart from these local companies also comes.There are some other companies also like verizone, Igate, etc comes but they are not regular.

This college follow the course curriculum of West bengal University of technology now named as MAKAUT as it is affiliated to it.Course and subjects are good.It's a decent college and fee is also not so high.Faculty members are good.It is AICTE approved college.College don't have a playground.It has a small campus.The campus is in front of the road so no transport problem.

There are alumni meets organized in the month of January every year; where food and drinks are served. The alumni are happy to return to their college and speak for the students. Infact, in my batch we played a game, where the seniors could randomly pick a chit from a bunch of chits with names of juniors in it. And the chit the senior students picks, the name of junior student on the chit would make you their godmother/father whatever. So, even after you passout, you will be guiding them throughout their course, a nice gesture but no imposition as such.

The course curriculum was very well formulated. The topics were fresh and had literature that was very distinct and novel than what other universities practised. Also, They had the system of CIA (Continuous Internal Assessment), which tested us periodically throughout the semester. The CIA system kept us in the learning-mode throughout the semester. CIAs would include writing research paper, paper presentation, outdoor activities, tests, projects on the given/chosen topic. There was a lot to learn through this.

There was no emphasise on extracurriculars in NMAMIT. The labs were really very good. I didn't participate in any sports activities, but the facilities for sports were very good. There were a lot of contests on robotics and workshops too but came with a fee of Rs 4000 or more. There were no debate contests. I'm not aware of hostel parties as I didn't stay in the hostel. There was a high tolerance with regard to ethnicity, race, religion, sexual orientation, politics and economic status. No politics were involved campus life isn't that great in NMAMIT, because it is situated in a village and definitely not enjoyable.

The placements were not that great and 23 studnets students from EE got placed in Infosys and 1 student got placed in Oracle, 2 students in IBM and 2 students in Robert Bosch. Overall, in the college, Infosys placed students were 300 with a package of rs.3.25 lpa, Oracle placed students were 6 with package of 6lpa. Robert bosch - 5 students with package 3 lpa. Wipro - 20 students with package of 2.8 lpa. Mscripts offered 10 lpa to 2 students Mware offered 8 lpa to 2 students, IBM offered 2.5 lpa to 1 student. Sankalp semiconductors offered 3 lpa to 3 students.

We have a good gender ratio. Plan your own hostel parties,in and out of campus;). The college does encourage students to participate in workshops all over India and keeps students updated of available opportunities. The college has a lot of African and middle East students and from many other countries as well. We are a very tolerant and welcoming college. Sports is given high importantace and encouraged.

The course is same for all in the 1st year. 2 nd year is similar to mechanical engineering.3rd year is when you are introduced to aeronautics and has a touch of mechanical subjects.4th year has pure aeronautical engineering.The electives vary as per teacher availability and students interest. Electives offered are- CFD,Industrial experimental aerodynamics, helicopter dynamics, composite materials,etc

The facilities were good with well ventilised classrooms, labs etc.The faculties are very much friendly.

We got this admission through EAMCET entrance exam. I scored around 110/160 and ranked 30,000 basically I was interested in Computer Science / Information Technology and based on my score & ranking, getting Computer Science in good college is difficult. Hence I decided to get in good college for Information Technology course and if we analyze, MVGR is best in Vizianagaram district and even better college in & around Visakhapatnam district. Hence I decided to choose MVGR :)And even I was bit influenced by my cousins too.

Campus life is very good gender ratio is not in the hands of college right.It all depends on merit of students best students irrespective of gender will get an opportunity hostel parties are relatively good workshops and cultural events are nice, college used to conduct multiple events for this.There was no partiality on gender and race coming to religion there was nothing much differ, But there was some soft corner towards Rajahs cast politics ans economics wise, it was so strong nothing much negative, it was good.

Our college has good infrastructure and clas rooms and we'll equipped labs and good faculty and good play ground for sports and games.
