For taking admission into this college there is a separate exam named CUEE. I had qualified with a rank of 192. Other exam for getting admission is ojee. I opted this college because it's a state university and it has good and regular exam schedules.

The main event is our annual tech fest. In which a lot of technical events like robo war, aero modeling workshop etc are conducted.Except those some management related workshop for entrepreneurship also been conducted in our college.

Course curriculum is frame by Anna university. Excellent Curriculum and Syllabus which bridge the gap between Industry and Institution. Student's will he made industry ready before completion of course. Industry required courses are given as value added course to the students.

Inter college Technical symposiums, Technical Conferences are organized. Various Technical Association activities are conducted. Inter college Cultural festival is conducted for three day with a celebrity's performance. Various society conducts its relevant events.

The course structure is good and is same for all the JNTU affiliated colleges. The electives selected in final year are Digital Image Processing and Digital Communication. For an Electronics and Communication students these two were good electives to gain more knowledge as these fields are having a great effect right now in market.

80% of the students are recruited for different companies like Tech Mahindra, CSC and few electronics, mechanical and electrical comapnies. Even now the rate of recruitment is high and even recently TCS took bulk students. The package would be around 3-6 LPA(based on company standards) .

GATE, I got 99 percentile in the GATE exam, I was having 02 option at that time either go for MBA or M.Tech, but i preferred M.Tech as i was inetersted in technical line, moreover i got scholarship 8000 P.M i choose NIT, Kkr for the reason that it was a Govt college (An Institute of National Importance & also among top 20 engineering colleges in India) and also a good placement record there is no interview for admission, the basis is GATE score only.

Total subjects are 43 out of which 6 are electives . and labs are 16. All the 43 subjects completes the entire portion of my branch electronics, which is very useful for higher and knowledge purpose. Electives are dependent on students interest, student will be given three options out of which he can select one subject, overall he will be giving 18options in the last two years, where he can choose 6 subjects as per his/her choice.

Not only studies extracurricular activities also plays a major role in my college, we have inter college sports competitions every year,in which many college students participate in different sports like cricket, volley ball, basket ball etc. We also attend to other college technical fests which are useful in acquiring practical knowledge

JGEC helped me to grow not only academically, but as a person. I was able to step out of my box and experience new things, forcing me to examine my life and the direction I was heading in.

One can simply enjoy his/her campus life in this college. Though number of girls in each batch is quite low. There are several clubs for the students. Our robotics club is very active.

I didnt take any entrance Examinatons, My relatives told me that this College is having state of the art facilities and hence I decided to go to Garden City.

Very less companies only I got job by off campus only they are providing use less training and placement activities which is not helpful for interviews.

Our campus life is best,gender ratio us 5:1,we are having good labs,we are having clubs for every thing,like sports club,robotic club,literature club,photography club,astronamy club.and learning computer language and programs Cat,Adam,java etc. We have clubs to tell to the junior's by seniors.
