The faculties helped us with every possible thing and were always avaible for help even after college hours especially during the times of assignment submissions and exams. They are also very knowledgeable and have prepared us in the best possible way.
The year wise fees that i paid was around Rs.54000 per semester for 4 semesters. it was a 2 year course as I was pusuing my masters and my major was Masters in Public Relations and Event Management. That faculty are enough and they are experienced in teaching also they teaching in good manner as we like also they clears doubt. As per the faculty I like priya.R she advised me a lot and helps me to achieve and also motivated me.i don't like soundarya because she will be rude and shouts in class. For each sem 2 internal and 1model practical.

The faculty is very good. And i opt bcom prog which has 4 core subject and 3 SEC VEC GE subject . The paper is of 70 marks and 60 marks for practical and all other things. Minimum attendance required is 67 percent
From the starting of seventh semester students becomes eligible for campus placements. Companies like Capegemini, Wipro, TCS and many other companies visited to our campus for placements. The percentage of students getting selected for placements is around something 60-70. My plan is to get a placement before completion the course.
There are so many fest like Diwali fest, Holi fest and many other fests typically held in our college and many other activities like orientations and many computer labs and technical labs in our college. And every friday a club activity held in our college which is so helpful in building teamwork and creativity.
The campus life is not much on the engaging side but yes they do have fests and events around the year. They do have a large amount of books and journals on availability from your phone and library. The classrooms are equipped with projector and have Air-Conditioners in the classroom, so yeah it is good. Also computer labs and other labs are well equipped with the essential and required technology. The sports and extracurricular activities are limited, they have badminton courts, basketball courts, volleyball net,and two main ground for sports and also organise an inter streams sports week. There are various students run social groups and clubs for coding, photography, music, dance etc.
The year wise fees is divided into semester wise fees which increases by 5k every year or you may say every odd semester, Like 1,3,5,7. The fees per semester starts from 1,08,000 when I took admission. They provide scholarship based on result of class 12, which is like 25% if more than 75%, 50% if more than 85%,and 100% on more than 93%. The scholarship is on semester wise fees. There is no clear break down of the fee as far as I know. UP government also provide scholarship to the students of UP those who are not great financially, also study loan is available .Not much information on the interest rates.
The Fees for BBA charged by the college per year is an average of 50000 rupees ,but also depends on what type of student you are if you are a local student you get concession or if you are a non karnataka or out of district student the fees is higher There are numerous number of Scholarship available for almost all the type of student especially for sports and cultural students they have 100? scholarship plus free hostel and food facility, Genral students from unreserved category might have no benifits in terms of scholarship Girls aslo have different type of scholarships available
Other than academics, the college excels in sports and cultural activities. It produces national-level results, making it one of the best colleges in the southern and western regions of India for those who want to excel in sports and culture. The college infrastructure is amazing, with all the necessary facilities like labs, a library, and classrooms etc. The hostel infrastructure is also good, but the food and strict rules and regulations can be a concern for some. The rules are quite strict, with numerous restrictions, and even a small mistake can lead to issues.
My overall experience at HBTU has been balanced mix of academics, extracurriculars, and social interactions. the campus is vibrant yet academically focused, giving both exposure and discipline. the college hosts its annual cultural fest "Ojasvat" usually in march-april and technical fest "Technozion/Ignite" where student showcase innovation and technical projects. these fests bring in huge participation, not just our campus but also other universities. the central library is well-stocked with thousands of books, journals, access to digital databases. its a quiet hub for study. the classrooms are spacious and well- ventilated, and many have been upgraded with smart boards, projectors, and Wi-Fi. HBTU has facilities for cricket, football, basketball, badminton, athletics, and indoor games. there are student-run clubs like coding club, robotics group, dramatics society, photography club, and NCC/NSS units.
Roughly 1:20-25, depending on the branch. in my branch the ration is even better, making it easier to get personal attention. professors are highly approachable, especially for academic doubts, research projects, and gate/NET preparation. i like Dr. S.N. upadhyay because of their reasearch contributions and teaching clarity. the curriculum is well structured with a balance of theory, lab work and industry exposure. there are 2 mid-semester exams and 1 end semester exam conducted. Exams are moderately tough. a well prepared student can score easily, but rote learning won't work in core subjects. very few students fail, mostly those who are irregular or weak in labs
Faculty to students ratio is 50:1 .and the faculty is of helping nature with supportive attitude. The exam are good level and you need not to worry about the exam.you will easily pass the exam if you study. Here you need more time to work on your self to be made you industry ready. There were 2mid-sem and 1semester exam out of 2 midsem only best of one will add in finals.

The year wise fees I'm paying in my college is one lakh twenty seven thousand per year by the help of education loan. The above stated fees is my tuition fees as I live in bhopal itself so I have not opted for any hostel and mess and in my college the transportation is free of cost. There is a one time cost of 4500 rupees for dress. Reservations benefits are there for people. And scholarships are also available for prodigy students.
There is a single event in college every year named tech Acme which is a boring fest and held in the month of May and June for 3 days. Variety of books and journals are accessible in the library. The technological provisions are nil. Sports and extra curricular activities are not happening. Many student run clubs and groups are there but they are also of no quality.
From 6th semester students are eligible for placement. Tip IT companies like google, TCS, wipro, byjus, amazon are the companies visited our college. Highest package is 20 lpa and average package is 3.5 to 5 lpa. Around 70 percentage are selected.
The relation between faculty and students is good. My faculty were very friendly with us.my favourite faculty is swamy Nadh . I like his way of teaching. As he was very experienced faculty. He is highly qualified and supportive with students
Fee structure for each field is different and as for Bachelors of Technology [B.Tech] in Computer Science my fees is 49,000 per semester so annually the fees to be paid is 98,000. I dont quite remember the detailed course fee but yes it was 98,000 annually at my time of admission. Also each year the course fee increases by a little sum. There are some scholarship that are issued and available in the college so it might be really helpful like SVMCM, MCM and Aikyashree. These scholarships are based on merit but again the required criteria is not so much so you can easily get through it.
The faculty to student ratio is not good enough like i feel there should be more faculty members available for us to learn. Well some of them are really good and approachable like they are there to help you out of any issues but on the other hand the majority of faculty members are just mean and selfish. They does not care about you and your learnings and even your marks and future. Our previous HOD was the best. In a semester there are about 4 continous assesment (CA) and 2 practicals (PCA) then the finals consisting of all the theory papers, practicals, and lab manuals.
Faculty always support their wards. Whenever we need any help we just go and take help or we can email to the help@gkv.ac.in and they instantly help in solving our problem. I liked my communication skill professor Mr. Prashant Kaushik because he helped me alot in improving my English speaking and Public speaking abilities. He used to held a program and a debate in which he used to call me first to improve my hesitation and thus i improved. He makes us interview ready. He also asks for a short video of self introduction. I don't like one of our faculty member who teach us BEE- Basic Electronic Engineering because he doesn't know how to teach. He just copy his notes and paste it in the lecture. He used to teach us by looking into his notes which is very awkward for us but he doesn't feel any awkwardness. There are two three exams happens in a year. 1st sessional, 2nd sessional and the last semester exam. Also we give internal and external practicals Exam. All students are easily cleared the exam no one get failed. Course curriculum is very relevant.
Annual fests haapens in the month of december i.e. JANAGANI FEST once in a year. In this fests technical and non- technical experiments were shown by the students ans teacher used to give marks according to their hard work and in the last they give prize to the winners. Games are also oraganise on this day. We have a library on our third floor not so big but have everything accessible related to our course curriculum. All classrooms are having access to the samrt board and a 200 seater space with benches and a speaker in the corner with mic facilities and a projectors. Sports activities like Football, table-tennis, carrom, chess, cricket, basket-ball, volley-ball all are played here by the students in their free time. I love to play chess. There is some social and technical groups run by the students like GDSC, MICROSOFT, E-CELL, PLACEMENT-CELL BY COLLEGE etc.

Campus life is very chill and positive environment and in campus very large number of community based on social work and events organised and many things so college life is very good and good impact if any students join club
The college faculties is pretty good and if you maintain respect with them they will surely help you but one thing must is that the 75 percentage attendance criteria, from my 1st year experience i found Professor Lyndon Thomic Das the best faculty if you really want to be ready for tech industry communitcation skills
