The college has many effective points regardless of its ranking based on placement provider. However, The faculty's qualifications were off the chart because most were PhD holders and Past BHEL upper management employees. The effectiveness of their teaching method was helpful to students who has less potential and knowledge to complete their degree. In addition, The college provides free time to connect with the faculties in case any student has any doubts. Lastly, All the faculties are proven mentorship if they have seen potential in the student.
The college has tie-ups with many companies like TCS. Most of the students were placed during their studies in the last semester. The average package a student can get is between 3 to 8 lacs. In addition, In our CS department, 50 per cent of students were selected in 2013. I passed my degree in 2015, and since then I have worked in many companies. My plan is simple to find a good company and work there as long as the company thinks I have the potential to run its business smoothly and find myself in a management position in the upcoming 5 years.
The fee that we pay every year is negligible . We pay tution fee 120 rs every year and 10 rs admission fees. Every year we pay 7400 rs for examination fees but for SC/ST it is only 700 rs. Along with that we pay development fee every year which is just 2500 rs. and if you want to take a loan then Bihar Govt. also provides loan facility through DRCC, for more details about this , you can search videos on YouTube.
There is 1 faculty in our college for every 25 students . All Faculty members are highly qualified and all faculty members are very much supportive. If you have any doubt in any subject then you can ask to the related professor and they will solve your doubt.
The overall experience of the campus life was quite intersting. Everyone had the library acess and the libarary had quite a good number of relevant books even we used to get the library card on which we could carry back the books for a week almost. Library used to be open till evening and had a good sitting capacity. Had classrooms with projectors for practical learning. There was less soprts and extracurricular activities, but we used to have annual sports day, we had different sports houses and the compatition was tough having complete almost a week of all the events and then on the final day of trophy distribution we use to have a good campus party with dance and music.
One of the biggest aspect that influenced my decision to take this course was that its a very practical course in todays time. The curriculum were very practical and courses were well definded. There used to be exams and internal exams on a very regular basis with used to help in the final examination. One of the suggestion which i can provide is that the course can include more practical learning. The exams were taken with a very practical approach, and the examination were quite regular and were well defined.

All the Faculty are are experienced and have and great knowledge. The correctinal system is not too harsh and the professor are understandding of students. The teaching capability of the faculty is miuxed as there are a lot of Professor that are genuinely intereseted in teaching the subject while there are a few professor that are only there for the Research and are not interesting in engaging the stuidents. Despite all the other problem, the staff is open to interaction through out the days and under certain circumstances the professor eveen encourage the student to approach them personnaly for anyt queriues.
The First years ciriculum is easy and very underastandable but from the second year the difficulty ramps up to 11,. I was a good student in my intermediate and i struggled to cope with the new syllabus. Often times the given note and the lecturs are not what appears in the examination. Despite this with a few long nights and study session me and my friend were able to pass the exams eventually.
Most of our Faculty Completed there post graduation and very few are having PHD and Faculty to student ratio is 1:30. But the best thing about our faculty is the way of teaching as they always try to explain the things in practical way. Our faculty is always gave there support whenevere we required eapecially during our project works.
Jayamukhi Institute of Pahrmaceutical Sciences is affliated to JNTUH and we having exams in semester wise. Our Curriculum is too tough and most of them struggle to get 70 percentage and above. Its a four years degree and where we student about the methods and process of preparing the drugs.
The curriculum of the courses is comprehensive, detailed, in the scope of the level of study, includes relevant projects and practical approach. Improvements can be in decreasing the number of courses that have associated projects with it as it is of not that importance for minor courses or theory based courses. Frequency of exams is fine per semester - CAT 1, CAT 2, Finals (CATs serve as a mid-term divided into two exams)

Advantages- structured curriculum where all the topics are covered related to our domain - every subject is guided by good experienced faculties Disadvantages - subjects are decided into semister wise topics , which is difficult for students to follow because of the gap between the semesters
IN 2010 THE YEARLY FEE OF ENGINEERING WAS NEAR ABOUT 90000 + EXAMINATION FEES. YES THERE IS A SCHOLARSHIP FOR MINORITY STUDENTS FROM THE GOVERNMENT FOR THE STUDENTS WHO WERE BELOW POVERTY LINE. COLLEGE ADMN DEPARTMENT IS VERY ACTIIVE TOWARDS STUDENTS SCHOLARSHIIP WHICH IS A GOOD PART.
I BELIVE THAT ENGINEERING STUDENTS NEED MORE OR EQUAL PRACTICAL KNOWLEDGE COMPARE TO THEORETICAL KNOWLEDGE. BUT WHAT I HAVE FACED IS MORE THEORETICAL KNOWLEDGE ALSO MOST OF THE STUDENTS NOT ABLE TO UNDERSTAND THE THEORETICALS AS WELL.
As I mentioned before, I have done my masters from an open university so therefore fees was minimal that is 15000 for a year but apart from that you have to pay examination fee also and also a seperate fee for submitting your assignments like 200 per subject. I didn't avail any scholarships and I was doing my job at that time but this was not a part of campus placement.
The course curriculum was well designed and included all the subjects which is required in order to prepare for UPSC GS subject of political science, that was the major reason for doing masters as I was also preparing for UPSC at that point in time. If I talk about the difficulty level of the exam then it's moderate and timings are also ok.
In the name of campus life, we are living school life. There is no fresher’s event that is held. Recently, the college started tech fests and all. But from my first year till now, many events have occurred. Fines are imposed for not abiding by certain dress code rules. It is a ragging free campus. There are common boys’ room and common girls’ room.
The fee structure and availability of scholarships, financial aid, and campus employment opportunities vary widely depending on the institution. Course cost for me is 3 lakhs and you can get scholarship form government around 1.8 lakhs if you have not backlog and 60% then you are eligible.
The faculty to student ration is average and because of that learning experience also improves. Apart from that faculty's credentials and their approach of teaching is also very good mainly in the engineering depatment faculty improves a lot and the labs are well maintained both in mechanical and computer science labs.
Overall experience is pretty good but needs to more work on curriculum and otherwise overall faculty and classrooms apart from that the labs experience is pretty good. Lots of extracurricular activities and fests are also there in the university .
